Buen hotel y ubicación. Personal muy amable

Estaba muy bien para ser un 3 ⭐️, las cenas muy variadas aunque deberían incluir el agua en las comidas .

Lage logistisch gut. Leider sehr touristisch.war aber absehbar.. Mitarbeiter wirklich sehr freundlich.pool angenehm gross aber nicht beheizt? Frühstückauswahl sehr sehr gut...war nur eine Nacht .War zum radfahrwn dort.Würde aber wiederkommen.

Der Klub gegenüber abends laut. Aber nicht bis in die Nacht.....sonst nichts

Perfect for families or when travelling solo

Food was amazing, very good choice of different food, fruits, ice cream. Also the staff members in the restaurant and bar were excellent. The hotel was in quite location, I felt very safe in that area.

When I came to ask for some toiletries, the receptionist didn't look very happy.

Great stay

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Everything was to our satisfaction! Food was very nice, rooms very clean and staff very friendly. All very reasonable priced. We didn't have drinks included (half board only) and also the drinks we bought were very reasonably priced.

Excellent base for the 312

Excellent location for Mallorca 312. The hotel put breakfast on at 5:30am on the morning of the race. Food was excellent. Bar super reasonably priced.

Excellent! The staff was pretty friendly and nice. The meal was very, very tasty. Breakfast was the same every day, but there was everything that you could imagine :) The dinner was delicious, and my kids found all they wanted and much more. Each day was slightly different in the main dishes. So it was delicious and varied. The animator was our HERO, he did his best both in the evening and during the day. There were not so many children at the hotel and that was boring for my kids from time to time. There were also some play machines (0.5-1.5€, billiards (1.50€), and tennis (free of charge) at the hotel.

Something to improve: small room for 3, but we knew that. I was with 2 children 10 and 8 years old. The extra bed in the room was not a regular bed for 1 person and was very short, which would be good for younger children. A glass door in the bathroom! what?!?!)) Are you serious? A sound, a smell, and a light were like we were without a door at all.

Excellent value for money

We purchased the two-meal option - both breakfast and dinner were an extensive buffet, there was something delicious for everyone. The staff are very nice, friendly and smiling. Rooms and bathrooms very clean, the bed is comfortable. There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, the beach a few minutes walk away, likewise a bus stop. The hotel, at least in low season, does not offer many activities and animations (apart from daily evening ones), which for me is a huge advantage. Excellent value for money, we spent a wonderful 4 days and would love to return.

The bathroom door is frosted glass, some people might find it a bit uncomfortable.

Perfect value hotel with great entertainment and service!

Everything was great! Relaxed atmosphere, perfect service, clean and comfortable rooms, great view!

The only problem could be occasional smell, coming from the lake laying right next to the hotel. But without it the view would not be as amazing, so win-lose situation right here :) And not hotels fault ;)

The acommodation was perfect - large rooms, comfy beads and EXCELLENT breakfast. Far much better than we expected!

The opposite hotel is a quite problem. There was some kind of an ammusemet programm with LOUD music, starting at 10am and finishing after midnight. Someone should explain them that not everybody likes listening to DJ Bobo around midnight.....

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms clean.

The hotel was exceptional. The food was delicious and a wonderful selection and value for money.

I felt the entertainment put on by the entertainer could of been a bit more age related. It felt like he was catering for teenagers

Great value for money. Clean. Comfortable. Worth it!!!

The room, while small and not so nicely decorated as the rooms at Grupotel Maritimo, where I spent the first 2 nights, was very comfortable and clean. I loved the balcony, the responsiveness of the staff, the facilities, very good value for money. I booked with breakfast and dinner and at check-in I was given the option to pay 12 eur a day for lunch and all drinks (meals plus bar), which was awesome, it was totally worth it. Great tasty food. I left super early at 5 am and they offered to prep breakfast to go for the morning. Had a great time here!

Obviously the location it a bit of a walk, though manageable. Also, at the pool people have the bad habit to go in the morning, stay a few hours and then leave for 3-4 hours for lunch and siesta, leaving the sunbeds occupied. I used to go to the pool just after lunch and until 4 or 5 when I would go to the beach, and although there were few people by the people, all sunbeds were always occupied. This should be better organised and people should not be allowed to 'reserve" the beds like this while they are away for 3-4 hours.

Very pleasant, great value all-inclusive option

Room was of a high standard including really quiet air con. The all-inclusive was great value with a wide selection of great food and drinks, even the non-included better cocktails were cheap. Staff were very friendly and the pool and area was pleasant with some fun activities around such as table tennis, tennis and table pool to keep everyone occupied. Pleasant to have the lake nearby, with the beach an easy <10 minute walk away. Wifi worked fine. Great value for money.

Too much german music. Guys we travel to Spain to listen latino music and dancing. Big NO for that
