Mala experiencia

La cantidad de espacio, es un apartamento grande. Muy bien el anfitrión al dejar cosas necesarias disponibles, servilletas de papel, café, hielo, unas gaseosas y unas cervezas.

Las instalaciones están muy viejas, nada anda bien, pocos enchufes, no andaba el wifi. Las instrucciones para llegar al parking, buscar la llaves y llegar al apartamento imposibles de entender.

Una auténtica estafa, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento de ultima hora.

Nada en absoluto

Todo. El parking está lejos del alojamiento. Se trata de un 5° piso que en el momento de mi alojamiento estaba reformando el edificio y el ascensor no funcionaba (viaja con niños y personas mayores). En el anuncio no se comentaba esto y la persona que lo gestiona no nos avisó con antelación de esto. El personal de limpieza llegó después de alojarnos, por lo que a nuestra llegada nos encontramos un alojamiento sucio y desordenado. El mobiliario no se corresponde con las fotos que muestra en el anuncio (muebles estropeados, lámpara mal colgada, camas sin hacer, ropa de cama amontonada por el suelo.... Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento, porque allí era imposible pasar nuestra estancia de acuerdo a las personas que viajábamos. Esperemos conseguir la devolución de mi dinero.

Very good. Nice comfortable apartment in a very good location with much going on close by.

Roomy apartment, in a central location within easy walk of the old town and the beach.

Parking isn't on the premises but there are places where you can stop to unload close to the buildings main entrance. There are several car parks very close by but with 1.95 metre height restrictions which was too low for our vehicle. We couldn't use the parking space made available by our host despite but found somewhere within a 10 minute walk.

Excellent option for a group travelling with a car, great value!

Easy self check in and great communication with the owner, parking included in a private closed garage, very spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds. Great value for the price paid.

The only negative I would say is that the apartment is a little bit far by foot from the old town, but not a huge issue. If you like to walk, it’s fine. There is also a bus stop not too far away.

San Sebastián is a fabulous city, the apartment was not

No air conditioning, some fans didn’t work, no parking as advertised. The car park was a municipal car park which was a considerable distance away.

The house is clean, comfortable, and charming. It is also close to the river and the sunset is spectacular. We hope to come back

great city. we loved the tapas, pintxos, bars and buzz of San Sebastián

the owners, in acceptance of the fact that it was quite shabby I think, provided us with coffee, bread, milk, even beer!

it was shabby. the kitchen was very tired with very worn cupboards. the bathroom cold tap ran perpetually and we needed to turn it off and on under the sink. the shower was very small with a shower curtain which replaced the broken shower door. it was a taxi ride into town sockets didn’t work.

Stay away from this place

Absolutely nothing

The attitude of the owners of this place is extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this apartment, Spain is a lovely country with touristic traditions. You can find much better accomodations with great value.

Great location, apartment is fine but could do with some basic maintenance.

Great location, easy to access and the beds were good. Some basics provided in the fridge were appreciated.

Needs some basic maintenance, lots of the bulbs were out and several sockets didn't seem to work. The apartment was hot at night, and although some fans were provided one didn't work and it was difficult to cool the apartment. There is a random selection of kitchen equipment - basically ok but could do better.

Great position within 10 minutes walk of eateries, bars and the beach. Nice welcome with refreshments in the fridge, coffee, milk and some breakfast basics as well as some snacks and drinks. The host also provided lots of information about the local area nd access to the apartment which was very useful. The rooms were clean and comfortable beds. .

Some of the furnishings and decor are in need of updating or repair.

Comfortable beds. Useful guide provided, with information about nearest parking areas.

The apartment lacked care and in need of refurbishment. Some things like the TV did not seem to work properly, and the shower panel was broken so a makeshift curtain was put up. The location is 15-20 minutes walk from sights but need to walk through some rougher areas. Like everywhere in San Sebastian, parking is complicated (research the rules in advance). One of the rooms was hot.

Good value for money, well equipped flat (although a second bathroom is recommended for 6 people)

20/25-minute walk from city centre, we were missing one towel and one set of keys, shower was slightly clogged, soundproofing wasn't great

Pleasant

The host gave us very good information and we had no trouble getting the keys. Good location and easy walk to town. Good restaurants, shops and bars close by.

The off street parking was quite a long way away and always full. We parked in an underground car park which was close but pricey. Some repairs needed, we told the owner who said he would fix them. Instructions for the washing machine would be useful.
