Superb hotel

An amazing hotel. The setting by the race track was brilliant and the hotel was beautifully modern. The staff were so helpful and so friendly. They went out of their way to help. The restaurants were exceptional too.

A great hotel for a short family break in Abu Dhabi

We upgraded our regular room to a suite at the check-in. The suite was really outstanding: calm and comfortable with a great marina view

The personal at the Garage restaurant: on the evening the waitress did not tell us we had hardly 30 mn to have dinner before the buffet closing which is not fair at all. In the morning I understand the personal is busy but they shouldn't talk like that to customers. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Thumping music throughout hotel is obnoxious

Staff were lovely Lots of towels and water. Generous with amenities. Clean and nice sized rooms.

Noise. I hate the W franchise, they blast loud music everywhere. 8am by the pool, in the halls, in the restaurants, obnoxious club music. This "hip" concept the W thinks is hip is just outdated and annoying. Exhausting. The reason I stay at this hotel is proximity to the track. If you aren't there to race this hotel is not for you. Because not only is it loud due to the music, it's loud due to the cars on track.

The facilities in the room were very good

The tiles on the floor were a bit strange, also the bathroom and toilet areas were a little strange as the doors made it awkward to move in and around for a couple. The bed was too stiff and hard for my liking.

Wouldn’t stay again.

Didn’t much at all except the location as it was easy to get to the arena for a concert.

Room smelled very musty.AC didn’t work properly.Room was very tired and must have been empty for a while as the water was brown.Room service food was very poor.

Very basic.

The hotel is close to Dubai and to Etihad Arena.

The rooms are very cold and noisy, you could hear the music from the club even though the guest rooms are in a different tower. Also there was a huge queue for breakfast, which wasn’t convenient at all.

We visited for my partners Birthday and the W YAs Island made sure she wasn't disappointed

We were upgraded to a WOW room and it definitely was a WOW room with stunning views of both the track and Marina.

Awesome Brilliant Experience- We Definitely Be Staying There Again

Location, hospitality and friendliness of the staff - All Theme Parks and Mall perfectly situated-Rohit from Angar restaurant was brilliant and provided us excellent service at the dinner
