Great apartment but more bedding required.

Great location Very clean

Not enough bedding. For the 3rd guest on the sofa bed there was only a pillow, a sheet and a blanket available. If there had been a 4th guest there was only a foldable mattress with no bedding. A tea towel and some washing up liquid would have been a good addition.

Convenient location and well managed property. Responsive to our requests.

Clean, was well decorated and welcoming. close to Yas Waterworld. Also responsive to our requests for more bedding and linen.

Getting in late at night was an issue. Suggest better coordination between the apartment and the front desk security at night.

This apartment is best suitable for a maximum of 3 people

The location of the apartment is within close proximity of the attractions, there is also a supermarket nearby, this apartment would be most suited for a maximum of 3 people and because there was 5 of us in was a bit cramped at times

We had informed of an earlier check in on arrival however there was some confusion between the host and bookings, as on our arrival, the security was happy for us to check in earlier, but unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned after the previous guest had vacated, also you were only given the key to the apartment and not the key card to the main access door, this meant you had to call security to get them to let you in which was a bit inconvenient at times, the shower bath didn't have a screen so every time you had a shower water would accumulate on the floor so you have to mop this up as if you didn't this would create a slipping hazard, ad because there were 5 of us we had already requested that extra towels and duvets be provided we got the extra bed sheets later that evening, which was most appreciated.

Good Location And Modern Flat But Bad Service And Maintainence

Modern Flat Good Location (Beside Yas Waterworld) Secured Place with Guards Nearby Grocery Store

it wasn't a good experience at all the service was bad the stove wasn't working the flat was filled with flies and mosquitoes I had to use force to open and shut the door no hot water the bathroom hose was leaking water pressure was very low they did not provide a door key card so every time I come to the flat I have to wait 10 to 15 min for the security to open the door (basement, elevator, front door) most of all I've already talked to the owner about all the issues and he said that he talked to the team to fix the problems but they never came and he wasn't following up with them or me
