Eu super indico e voltaria a me hospedar.

Café da manhã excelente, os atendentes sempre educados e prestativos, limpeza nota 10 , e uma piscina maravilhosa com serviço de bar o dia todo.

Decepcionante! Mudei de hotel e levaram uma sena pra estornar as diárias. Ao menos o fizeram!

Localização boa e café bom

Propaganda enganosa. Hotel velho, em reforma em e barulho o dia todo, não tem academia como mostra as fotos, poeira em todos os andares devido a reforma. Talvez qdo melhorarem ficará bom!

- No quarto 206. Estava com vazamento do piso do box para o lado de fora; no banheiro ou você dava descarga, ou usava o lavatório ou tomava banho, pois fazendo duas dessas coisas ao mesmo tempo, a água não era suficiente e fica fraca; a toalha para usar na piscina ou em outro lugar é paga, R$8,00 cada. Em comparação com outros hotéis próximos que lhe emprestam até para ir a praia e não cobram, como no Laguna praia hotel , achei desagradável essa cobrança; pra completar o controle remoto do ar condicionado parou de se comunicar com a evaporadora. Fui na recepção trocar as pilhas, mas não adiantou. Tive de ficar ligando e desligando manualmente na evaporadora, pra não ter de trocar de quarto, pois já era tarde da noite e minha filha já estava dormindo, mas quando ligava não tinha como controlar a temperatura. Aí tive de descer pra pegar cobertas que não tinham no quarto; também não tem cofre.

Mim senti em casa mesmo sabendo que não estava rsrs fiquei bem avontade com minha família.

Gostei de tudo, mas os funcionários estão de parabéns todos bem educados.

Não foi que não gostei, foi só um incômodo pela manhã com umas batidas que o hotel em algumas localidades está de reforma sei que é pra melhoria de nós clientes.

A very moldy room and no respect for guest experience. Will not recommend.

The location is good.

The building is covered in mold. The curtains of the room were completely moldy, the ceilings had mold stains painted over. The smell is terrible, impossible to rest if you have allergies. The person overseeing breakfast was coughing, no mask on. They offered me no refund for leaving early even though the second room they showed was almost as bad as the first. I’m still waiting on a response from the directors. Breakfast was also not great in comparison to the usual northeastern breakfasts. A huge disappointment.

Not coming back, expensive for what they offer

breakfast , the tapioca is delicious . juices are watery but everything else was good

they put us on the 5th floor, im pregnant and had 5 luggages for a family of 4. the elevator doesn’t go to the 5th floor so we have to carry all them one floor up. they are in construction, very loud. there was mold in the bathroom, very worn toilet seat. no blankets, towels with stain.

Hotel was overcrowded and the facilities and staff could not / not interested to try to cope.

Pool area was the best feature of this hotel.

The room was not ready until nearly an hour after the stated check in time - there was a queue of guests in the reception waiting to check in. Rooms not facing the ocean are depressing- they have a small window with coloured glass which leaves the room dark and a bit like a prison.

Very good Hotel with amazing value for the price.

Great Breakfast and very nice location.

The gym facility needs some improvement, so if you are planning on working out you will need to go for a jogging or elsewhere.

Cleanliness was a problem, however the breakfast and amenities were good

Breakfast was good with plenty of options, and the pool was enjoyable

Bed sheet had a stain and was not changed after a request was made at reception. Building work next door created noise in the morning.

So much fun at pool aerea!

The hotel is sooo clean! And what I most like was the pool area with a bar inside and a barman very friendly who does the drinks and also play good music around the pool! My daughter and I had a great time there!
