The location
The room was filled with mould. You could smell it as soon as you walk in and the curtains were covered in black mould. The bathroom also had black mould and the aircon smelt bad like it had mould. The bed sheets and towel were still wet when we arrived.

Staff: very good
Breakfast: you can choose from a predefined menu (includes: juice, coffee, fruit platter, main course)
Pool: very warm and clean water, nice sun loungers, enough for everyone
Room: very big & modern, huge bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub
The beach is rather small, the water is full with algae (even though it is cleaned regularly). Around the location there are some shops, restaurants, but in comparison with other places, here was poor movement of people.

Better than in pictures. Really great view. Good value for money.
Pool too hot. Not possible to swim. There were no people in as it’s too hot

We loved the location of this hotel, it’s on the beach but has mini marts, massage and spas along with a range of bars and restaurants within a short walk.
This is not in the gated area of Nusa Dua but we knew that when booking as we’ve stayed in this area many times at different resorts. The area of Tanjung Benoa is quiet ( we love this) but if you are someone looking for action this is not for you. The area has been impacted by covid and the lack of tourism and it is sad to see. Most of our favourite places survived and the hotel was a perfect location to access them.
I love that the breakfast is al a carte and not a buffet, the coffee was perfect with a decent menu that offered us lots of choice. We also appreciated the pastry’s are offered during breakfast and the pastry board was no longer used, this was such a huge improvement and freed up space on the table. This should be considered with the fruit plate and would allow fruit eaters to have more and non fruit eaters to not waste anything.
The happy hour buy 2 get 1 free from 12- 6pm was also good.
The other food we had at the hotel was all delicious and at reasonable prices.
The pool is large, clean but was super warm but this was obviously the time of year as others reported the same at their resorts. The pool furniture was amazing and you could always find a lovely spot to spend the day lazing around.
All the rooms have an amazing view of the ocean and gardens. Our room was old but they renovating rooms slowly, it didn’t bother us as everything was clean and functional.
The staff are the reason we had such a fabulous holiday. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they everyone greeted you with a smile and hello. I would go so far as to say the service was impeccable and the management should be aware of what an asset they all are.
Please know this is an older beach resort and the hotel itself wouldn’t be classed as 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices.
Pool towels are in the room and although you can ask for a fresh one from the room attendants, we didn’t and our towel was never dry or fresh due to the humid weather.
The spa pricing was too high in my opinion. I didn’t utilise the spa but would have if it was more reasonable. I don’t expect to pay street prices but you should look at the prices of Novotel Nusa Dua spa and see they offer affordable treatments and the spa is always busy.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel was calm and part of it was being renovated. Those rooms were really nice. Our room was a bit outdated but had all the essentials. It was next to the pool. The area itself was not a very interesting one, lots of local markets and some restaurants.
The sea is not so nice, not appealing to swim in. The hotel beach is well kept but left and right there are run down parts.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful, spoke great English and very kind to us throughout our stay. The cocktails and breakfast were better than other hotels.

Outdoor area is fantastic!!
The rooms were very old and tired. Quite dirty walls and one of our rooms were very smelly. We left after one night.

Staff, location and facilities were great. Very helpful and friendly.
There were a number of fixtures (wifi, smart light swithches etc) in the private villa with led lights directly above the bed thatbflashed during the night light the room up like a disco.
The organsied spar facilities (massage, scrub) were not good value for money being relatively expensive for the service provided.

Property was lovely. Staff lovely.
I had room 218 and it was horrible location. Road noise all night long making it impossible to sleep.
Ask for room to be cleaned early in day because I had wedding to prepare for
But reception never told cleaning staff and room didn’t get done making getting ready for wedding very stressful and rushed.
1st breakfast never received fruit and pastries only main breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly, very slow at dealing with anything (drink of water could take 20 minutes) but really friendly.
Slow service, expensive to eat and drink (compared to local restaurants) and the room felt very dated and not luxurious.

Resort pool,
The included breakfast was awesome, refurbished room amenities
Maintenance works on stairwells at each end of our room block. The paint smell over 2 days was so strong you couldn't use our balcony or have the doors open.

Loved the breakfasts!!!
Staff were absolutely fabulous- particularly food & beverage staff.
Grounds were beautifully kept.
Some maintenance to be done, but understandably, as they are still recovering from COVID.
No room service.

We enjoy the comfortable room, restaurant and pool – everything's convenient for a family outing. Breakfast was superb and the room has been renovated with fresher, more contemporary look. The free afternoon tea was a nice touch.
More activities at the hotel would have been nice.

Breakfast
There was color dripping from the ceiling, probably from some repair and some animal was running in ceiling drie wall, also a lot of mold. They didn't offer other room. For this kind of money, find something else.
