Proximity to beach was the best thing about our stay

High number of threatening emails regarding the services that the hotel did not provide, and the financial consequences of not undertaking this work personally before vacating - we would have anyway. With the high number of emails, no-one told us that one full day of occupation at the hotel would not be tolerable due to what sounded like the frequent use of a pneumatic drill (or similar) in the apartment above us.

It was okay

I loved being by the beautiful long beach and walked 10kms along the Bach, that was the highlight.

Not beachfront, I was in a back unit looking onto streets. Older than expected but clean and spacious. I don’t think the owner likes spending money on maintenance. Opened a drawer and it almost fell out. Not many kitchen utensils. The hotel closed at 2or 3pm before I arrived. Someone had to come and open up for me.

perfect!

The resort/apartment was perfectly situated to the patrolled beach, coffee shops, public transport and only about a 15-minute beach stroll to the entertainment centre of Surfers Paradise. The apartment itself had everything we needed from comfortable sleeping, dining, lounging, tennis court, swimming pool, sauna and spa to direct access to the beach. Our view of the sunrise was terrific to say the least. Safe and secure entry/exit and parking

Close to beach however, the rude reception staff member and apartment was extremely disappointing.

One extremely rude reception staff member. We stayed in the ground-floor apartment which was listed as "deluxe". This was not a deluxe apartment. The air conditioner did not work. Took 3 days to get a repair person to look at it. Wifi would turn off intermittently throughout the stay. The light in bedroom did not work. Required an electrician to fix it. The rude staff member and the actual apartment were a major disappointment.

Very comfortable apartment. Had everything you needed. Asked for high floor and got top floor. Happy.

Comfortable and roomy apartments.

Good view of beach, the large size of the apartment, comfort of bed. Location is great with no traffic noise. Plenty of TV and Foxtel channels.

WIFI dropped out on numerous occasions.

Pools and sauna were under maintenance was just a beach close by

No room service was available at hotel Floor were very dirty had get my daughter to mop areas As ur feet was get dirty all the time Vacuum was very dusty not clean at all Pool and sauna was unavailable for that price could got better location too over priced on booking.com The smoke alarm was very loud at night beeping

Spacious. Big kitchen. Great location. Comfortable.

Light wasn’t working in main bedroom. Foxtel and wifi kept cutting out. Chrome Casting didn’t work at all. Lift and pool was also out of service but understandable I guess. Need to clean the curtains - my daughter would end up with dust all over her from touching it

DUSTY, dirty , noisy and nothing worked very over priced !! RUN

the ocean, that's abut it ! we were excited to be staying here HOWEVER DO NOT STAY HERE

we were excited to stay by the beach, however the view was a construction site, we could not open the doors because of the dust. we we ground level and yes saw the beach but before you see the ocean you see dirt and construction and it was noisy and dusty. we also never had a car park as promised as other people would park there over night and we informed them however no one cared or even replied to my emails. we had to park on the street. The intercom was not working and there was only one working Lift. the property was NOT AS PICTURED AND WAS FROM dated and old. the beds were old and everything has a funny smell like someone had died in the room . with all the amazing places on the GC this would not be one to pick !!! run dont walk from this accommodation

1. Kitchen range hood is really dirty 2. All the utensils are not ready to use.. needs to be washed properly 3. No dish washing liquid 4. No proper cooking spoon 5. Not enough kitchen utensils 6. Refrigerator is dirty 7. Microwave is not clean enough 8. Bathroom showers are not fully functional 9. Wardrobe shelves are dusty 10. Vacuum cleaner and broom and mop are not clean enough 11. Aircon does not work properly

- Location of the property. - Staff were very helpful on arrival after hours.

- Recreational facilities were inaccessible due to renovations. - Very noisy environment due to construction nearby building. Even on Saturday, work started quite early with a lot of noise. - Property presentation was below average, very old couch and table in the lounge room and the exhaust fan not working in the bathroom.

REALLY ENJOED OUR STAY, WAS A SHAME ABOUT DEMO WORKS BUT UNDERSTOOD.

BEACH, LOCATION AND VIEW.

SMELL THAT WIFFED THOUGH EVERY MORNING. LIKE AN INCENSE SMELL COMING THROUGH THE VENTS FROM ANOTHER APARTMENT. NO LIGHT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location, easy walk to fabulous restaurants and bars in Broadbeach.

The ocean view from the living area was unobstructed and spectacular! It was the thing we loved most about the accommodation and why we chose to stay here. The spa and sauna were great too!

Chaise lounge suite leg was broken, and there was no real attempt to fix it. We ended up putting a pile of books from the bookshelf under the lounge to stabilise it. This was the only disappointing thing about the accommodation as we were a group of 4 girlfriends having a weekend away, and not being able to sit comfortably and look out at the spectacular ocean view because we were too frightened that the couch would give way under us.

Beach front stay, 20 mins walk to Surfers Paradise

Property location was good, beach front.

Property was bit dated. Apartment's sea view had a Langham building obstruction and hence only it wasnt as good as it appeared in the pictures. The building had only one lift working and Car park was bit congested

beach was great, accommodation location was great, and the surroundings around the area was great. people in the vicinity's were nice and friendly. the vicinity was close to transport and walking distance to surfers' paradise all up it was great.

better lighting in the rooms and that is about it.
