The Coral Casa is the perfect place for a family or large group and it is very kid friendly with its 2 separate master bedrooms, 2 additional bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms upstairs have beautiful waterfall views and the two master bedrooms share a large lanai.

We have just installed a new outdoor playset in the home's private backyard! Your kids will love it!

We also have made significant upgrades to the house such as replacing all flooring, installing ceiling fans and recessed lighting.
We’ve also installed new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous new white countertops in the kitchen and laundry area. The house is fully furnished beautifully and beachy and we have made it as comfortable and welcoming as we can. The kitchen is spacious and is fully-stocked. There is a large game room with a brand new ping pong table, foosball table and other games for the kids and adults. There are two outdoor spaces with eating areas and a BBQ, and lots of grass for the kids to run around. We have gear for you to take to the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler and snorkel equipment). Additionally, our goal is to make this house as kid friendly as possible, as we know how many items parents must drag along when traveling with small children. We have a pack-n-play, a high chair, ride on toys, a stroller, and kids toys and books.

The location is a prime spot in Princeville, just a short five minute walk away to the entrance of Queen's Bath, about a 10 minute walk to the St. Regis Hotel, and a short drive to the world famous beaches of the North Shore! Be our guest!

I almost feel emotional thinking about it! What an absolutely beautiful, perfect home to stay - in such a beautiful setting. So nice having anything we need right there from bikes to boogie boards to snorkeling gear to washer and dryer to privacy for individual families for rest. Also, Tammy was wonderful with communication. Email, text when we thought we lost something she was right on it. I think we all want to move in! We all felt at home. Perfection!

This beautiful, comfortable, well-stocked home, in a nice neighborhood, close to several beaches and stores was a fabulous place for our family to stay on our vacation to Kauai. Tammy is a wonderful host--kind, understanding, flexible, and responsive. We felt so much at home in her home that we hated to leave.

We visited in March! With windows open, ceiling fans & room fans blowing, we did not need AC. In fact, one night we were all chilly & asked for more blankets, which were quickly delivered. I think it could be quite warm in summer though. House is perfect for young children w lots of toys, bikes, scooters, trikes & playground in back. Our youngsters (five, all under 7) were too young tho to sleep in twin beds in open downstairs area. House fully equipped & minutes to tiwn center.

Kauai is beautiful. Princeville is a gated residential area. Hanalei town near by has the older Hawaii feel. House suited our needs well. Spacious and had everything you could need. Kids loved the toys, bikes and beach items. We were 11 people plus a toddler. Hosts were very receptive to inquiries.

The home was perfect for our family of 12. You couldn’t ask for a better location; just minutes from beaches, hiking, and shopping. The host was amazing and fast to respond to messages. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, a well stocked kitchen and so much more!

This house is amazing! There were 9 of us, and plenty of beds for everyone. The house was clean and well stocked for fun — the garage has everything you need for outdoor entertainment—bikes, snorkels, beach chairs, beach shoes—and indoor the kitchen is well stocked with everything for cooking for a group. When the upstairs televisions weren’t working, the owner sent a handyman to try to fix it, and when that didn’t work, he went and got new televisions two days before Christmas, really above and beyond to accommodate our mobility-challenges Nana. The owner was very responsive and absolutely lovely. We had a wonderful trip, with Foodland just down the street and gorgeous beaches within minutes. Highly recommend Anani and Moloa’a — absolutely beautiful. Enjoy!!

My biggest issue with this place was the owner. She waited until the day I arrived to text me and ask how many people I was traveling with. she did mention that she had sent me a message a month earlier but, I assumed that was check in instructions or maybe just some helpful suggestions. When I told her that we had a couple more than 8 she insisted on charging us more than we agreed upon. Again, we had just arrived so we had zero options at this point. I should also point out this place says it sleeps 12. The extra pull out bed and the 2 beds that are randomly in the common area are extremely uncomfortable and not suitable for sleeping on. The place was spacious but the cleaning could be more detailed. We had to do some cleaning ourselves once we arrived. We also found many lizards in our rooms, aunts and a cockroach. The bikes in the garage were either broken or had flat tires. All of the beach chairs were rusted and the play equipment in the back yard had rust and bird poop everywhere, I wouldn’t let my kid play on it. The area was beautiful and charming also close to stunning beaches and a delightful drive into town. The house was fine, I wouldn’t stay with this host again.

We could not have stayed at a more perfect place on Kauai! Tammy worked with us for 2 years, with date changes due to Covid. But we finally got to go in May. Our daughter and her husband renewed their vows (of one year) overlooking the ocean. Tammy’s home was in the best spot, easy to get to and close to restaurants and sight seeing. It was definitely our home away from home, a beautiful place to stay!

The house is clean and organized and has everything you need for the house and beach. The beds are comfortable. The place feels like home. The only reason this is a 4 star rating is because there is no AC in the house and when we arrived the house was warm and took about 2 hours to cool down. The beaches are beautiful and close by! Our favorite restaurants were The Bistro and Lapperts ice cream. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

Where to begin!! Tammy was super communicative before our arrival and during. We had a group of 9, 7 adults and 2 kids. There was plenty of room in this home. The kids looooved the toys, play area and the sand toys. Truly a great family home. Would definitely book again. Mahalo! Sammartinos

The property was very clean and we were able to get a little later checkout so we were happy with that. The properly is in a nice golf course community with good proximity to Hanalei and Hanalei Beach. Property management communicated with us right away when we had questions - very responsive. The house does not have A/C but with windows and doors (with screens closed of course) open at night this was not a big problem. I would recommend this house for a vacation rental.

The pictures don’t do this property justice! It’s an amazing home. So comfortable it feels like home. Everything you could possibly need to enjoy your beach vacation is available for use. The owners of the property are always available via text for any questions or concerns. 7 adults stayed here and we still had three available beds. Perfect location in Princeville with attractions and shopping nearby. Would highly recommend and can’t wait for another stay in the future.

This home is perfect for large gatherings and in a very beautiful area of Princeville! Our family stayed for 8 days and we could not ask for anywhere better. The owner was helpful and available during the booking process to arrival. They were also available if needed during our stay but everything was perfect so they were not needed. This was our first visit to this island and this home made it a perfect vacation. Such a beautiful area. We highly recommend this amazing place!

We had a fantastic stay in Tammy and Mike's beautiful home. We used this as our base of operations for our beach wedding and it was the perfect location for us and our group of friends to stay whilst we celebrated our union and explored the island. Tammy communicated wonderfully making sure we had all we needed for our little adventure. The house was clean and well organised including everything you would need for an island vacation. Everything about the trip went smoothly and Tammy's responsiveness to questions and queries was excellent. Thank you!
