A house big enough for our kids and grandkids. Back yard is lovely. The outside seating areas were very enjoyable. Bonus Albatross sightings.

A wonderful neighborhood location and lots of room for our extended family to have our own space and large open spaces to gather! So close to the beaches on the north shore!

We really enjoyed our stay and the peaceful neighborhood and serene views of the mountains. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable for our group of four adults and one child.

The home is in a quiet, lovely neighbourhood. There was plenty of room for my wife and I, my in laws, and three teenage girls. The house was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we would have wanted. The lanai was a wonderful spot to have morning coffee and enjoy the view. We appreciated having beach chairs and beach towels. We loved our stay in Princeville and this home was perfect for us as we explored much of the island of Kauai.

Home was large enough to fit all 10 of us. Beds were comfortable, minus the sofa bed. Beautiful patio/lanai.

The pictures don't really do this place justice, which is interesting to say because the place looks gorgeous! Just got done with a week stay, and we were breathless. The management team thought of everything (beach toys, children stuff, pack n play, condiments, pots/pans, beach towels, and the list goes on). The back yard view is incredible. Great furniture. Plenty of room for multi-generational family stay. Super-fast internet with YouTube TV and Netflix (huge plus!). Quiet cul-de-sac with peek-a-boo views of the Pacific Ocean. Thank you so much! We will be back. Can't recommend the management team enough as they were always checking-in prior to, during and after our stay to make sure we knew they were available if we needed anything. 5 stars all around!

The house was spacious, had a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. It was perfect for our family to spread out and each have a room with a nice, big bed.

This was our first time we've been to Kauai so we were unsure of which part of the island to stay. We are so glad we found this hidden gem. The property was extremely clean, spacious and had great furnishings that made us feel very comfortable during our 2 week stay. The views were amazing from the Lanai and my two young children loved running around the spacious yard and house.
While it was hot while we visited, this house has individual AC units in each room which cooled us down real quick! The Wifi was extremely fast which was perfect as I was able work from home for a few days.
This property is also located conveniently to Foodland, restaurants and dozens of beautiful beaches.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will be sure to be booking again for our next Kauai trip!

"The house is in a fantastic area of Kauai. The neighborhood is peaceful and very beautiful. The house itself is located towards the back of the neighborhood so there is very little traffic on the street, which is great. It is very close to a market and shops so getting supplies was very convenient. The house itself is in immaculate shape. It has plenty of windows, which allows for great views and nice airflow. A bonus is the air conditioning available in the house. It is a nice feature although most days the great windows allowed for a breeze that kept the house cool. The house was very clean, very well appointed and equipped, and had plenty of space for both families that were there (10 people). The setup allows the children to have their space and the adults to have theirs with two master suites, one on each level. The kitchen is well equipped with top-end appliances that made cooking a breeze. The house sits on a very large property and the backyard is very large and well-kept, with a partial ocean view. The perfect place for your children to burn up some energy. Then there is the lanai. The house has a huge upstairs lanai which has spectacular views of the mountains and waterfalls in the distance. It’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail, or two! When you are ready to explore the many great beaches, there are beach chairs and towels available to use along with coolers and other beach equipment. This made our many beach days very enjoyable. The house is located near some very nice beach spots that were very sparsely populated. The location is also only a short drive from Hanalei or Kilauea where you will find more beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Overall, we could not have chosen a better house for our vacation in Kauai. Whether you have a big family or a couple of families vacationing together, or even just a few people, this is the house you want. We plan to come back next year and are looking forward to returning to this property. "

"We loved our stay very much, it was hard to leave. We had extended family and the layout made it easy to spread out in the house. The room we stayed in was the downstairs master and it was very comfortable with beautiful views of the Napali Coast. I woke up to birds chirping and watching a family of baby chicks pass by my window. It was a perfect way to wake up. The house is well stocked with nice beach towels, chairs, cooler and some snorkel gear. The views were outstanding and we loved spending our afternoon on the lanai enjoying the waterfalls and watching the sunset at the end of the yard. We are already planning our next trip and will stay at this home again!! I highly recommend this house. "

Our family of 9 adults and 1 kiddo had a lovely time at this home, Upon arrival the house was ready in pristine condition! Every couple commented on the comfortable beds. We had the windows open often and had a lovely breeze. The backyard was a secluded haven, ripe for frog hunting with our grandson. We hiked to Queen's Bath and Sea Lodge Beach both of which are within walking distance of trailheads.
The kitchen was well appointed with all the utensils we needed. We cooked at home often and used the dishwasher and washing machine frequently. Plan to bring/buy loose coffee and any spices other than salt & pepper.
We really had no negative feedback and would stay again in a heartbeat! There was some confusion on garage access since the welcome information at the house lists the garage is available for use which was confirmed by text. (turns out it is locked off for owner access only) We were looking for a broom (in the garage) and accidentally broke the handle off the locked garage door. It was easy to reach out to Vacasa and determine a fix. They were very fast to respond and follow-up with a phone call.
LOCATION: You are close to everything on the north shore and in Princeville which we love because of the laid back atmosphere. Many tours and activities are on the other side of the island so plan on spending 45-60 minutes one way to get to excursions. Kuhio Hwy was shut down one day and we had to cancel Luau plans -- we just worked around it.
All in all, a five-star, wonderful stay! Thank you!!

Beautiful Hawaiian Home
We had a party of 8 and it was plenty big enough, easily could occupy 12 if needed. It has all the amenities you could want to enjoy the beaches. The Lenai up top was so relaxing. The backyard was enormous. Watching the Albatross crossing it was fun to watch. There is close access to the Sea Lodge cove. Would highly recommend this property.

Amazing home and view
The views from the back lanai were amazing and the highlight of our stay in the home. The towels and chairs for the beach was an added bonus to help make the trip more enjoyable. The home was well outfitted and beautifully decorated.

A Gem on the Garden Island!
This house was perfect for our group—comfy beds, plenty of room, and a great location! We loved getting takeout and eating it on the Lanai—what a picture perfect view!

We had a great time at this property….big, spacious, centrally located. Loved the view from the backyard patio

The mountain view was awesome!
Everything was great! Location was beautiful. Just a couple of small complaints. Not enough coffee cups for 11 adults and the first coffee maker didn’t work and was replaced with a 4 cup coffee maker. Also, the listing said the vacuum was available. It was not. We would have liked to use it. Otherwise, the place was great and we would definitely rent again.

Paradise indeed!
Beautiful home, inside and out. Clean and comfortable, lots of space with areas to spread out, or join together. Beds were A+++ with divine sheets, and luxurious comfort. The views were amazing. Location was great. Would have loved to stay forever ❤

Nice house to explore the North shore from.
We enjoyed our stay at the house. Check in was easy, as was check out. Overall the house was pretty clean. Some of the dishes were not and so we ended up just running everything through the wash. We also could not find a working remote for the TV downstairs and contacted the property manager, but never got a follow up response on that. The location is fantastic though and the house was great for multiple families. We didn't end up going out to the large backyard that much since we were only there for a few days, but it's a nice patch for kids to run around in. AC units worked well. There was no access to the garage. Overall a pleasant stay and we would stay again in the future.

Lovely Vacation Getaway
Gorgeous vacation home with a stunning backyard and views of the mountains. Easily slept eight people with all of the amenities we needed. It’s not as close to the beach as it sounds though, takes a bit of a walk to find and get to it.

We loved our stay here! The house is beautifully furnished and everything looked crisp and super clean. The house is great for families because of the split level layout - we had a 1 year old with us taking naps in the downstairs bedroom while others hung out in the great room upstairs located on the other side of the house. Every room had powerful AC. After the beach we would use the outdoor shower to rinse off beach gear, super convenient. The kitchen is well stocked with a large gas range so we cooked a lot and ate outside and also on the long wood dining table.
VIEWS!! This is the best part. We spent a lot of time on the two lanais grilling and enjoying the magnificent mountain and waterfall views! We counted 5 waterfalls from the lanai! The extra large yard was really nice to walk and explore the fruit trees, tropical flowers and do bird watching. You can see some of the ocean from the end of the yard, as well as from the living room and front bedroom.
The house is in a quiet cul de sac and we saw the albatross and their baby chicks during our morning and evening walks. It's also about a 3 minute drive to the Princeville shopping center so it was easy to get groceries and do some shopping. There are some cute shops at the Princeville shopping center - art, jewelry gallery, toy store, clothing store. There is a Saturday Farmer's market and free hula performance at 12:30 in the center too. We were sad to leave but look forward to our next trip and we will definitely stay here again!
