Would definitely choose this again!

1. The room was very clean and the sheets were fresh 2. The corridors were mostly quiet 3. The kitchen, although shared, was mostly clean (I didn't use it as much) 4. The bathroom and toilets were well stocked and maintained 5. Checking out early is not an issue (I wanted to check out at 3 am); the keys just need to be left on the door and that's it 6. The room's panel heater worked great, although heated a little slow at times 7. VAT invoice was provided upon request P.S.: The owner, Ruel, is pretty cool. Don't fret if he doesn't reply to you on the platform. You can either call him or message him on WhatsApp but make sure you speak in or translate the text to German, else you most probably won't get a response. (Google Translate for the win!) The caretaker is super friendly! She was very helpful in resolving a small issue I had faced. She speaks either Spanish or German.

The bed was a bit squeaky, but comfy nevertheless.

Exceptional

I came earlier than expected but the caretaker came and opened the building for me. My messages via bookings did get ignored so make sure you call them in advance. Room and location is exactly what you get from the pictures.

The number of bedrooms was too high for the number of toilet/showers.

Great afordble place to spend a few nights.

Well equipped, and set up. the rooms are small, but they did a good job of arranging everything so that the space is usable. the communal kitchens and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

the bed was on the small side, and although it seemed new, the not the most comfortable.

Quality/price ratio was very good. For the price I paid I got everything that was written on the website: a clean room, a common kitchen and shared bathrooms with showers.

The only way to get the keys is to call a German number. This might be an issue for non-EU people.

Good value for money

Easy-to-reach location. Simple room equipped with a fridge, very handy in the summer. The bathroom and kitchen always clean. The host was flexible about my requests of changing to a quieter room too.

Almost no sound proof. I could hear noises coming from other rooms and the kitchen at all hours. The staff starts to clean the kitchen early in the morning and are loud. WIFI signal is not very stable.

very nice, encourage to choose here as a place to stay a few days. kitchen is very good, you could cook food with convenience. wifi is ok.

the heater is not working due to summer time, but it is still a it cold in Bremen in the evening, the room is a bit dark.

Good location, excellent value, very clean.

Very good value, clean and great location.

Make sure you have the hosts number to call when you arrive as no one will meet you. It was very noisy from the kitchen - people talking and the cleaner, people walking very noisily on the stairs. I'm usually an excellent sleeper but the property echos.

Nice hotel close to Bremen city centre

The host was friendly. The location is close to the city centre. Everything is clean and nice. I particularly liked the terrace.

Clean kitchen, bathroom were regularly cleaned, supermarket REWE after corner, you can cook by yourself, wash cloth with washing machine, dishwasher, very good equiped kitchen, good transportation options

old furniture in room, very small, shared toilet and bathroom (2 toilets for 6-7 rooms),to get in city center better take bus or tram, on booking is written very close (is far to walk into city center or train station) recommend to use transportation
