Location - OK
Room - We took 3 rooms, all were scattered (at different location).
Breakfast - Good
The rooms were not the way I saw on picture. These rooms were in different building from the hotel building. I was to make payment more that what was shown in Bookings.com. The reasons for more payment was "CITY TAX"

I liked that it was close to the University, in a quiet area and so close to so many wonderful green areas. It's also very accessible by bike. Breakfast was decent.
I had a very bad experience arriving at the property. I was meant to arrive at the property in time for the check-in hours but my flight was delayed and landed in a different airport (Hamburg instead of Bremen) because of thunderstorms. Because of this, I was significantly delayed and arrived at 1am (instead of 7.30pm) Upon arrival, despite calling the number on the door, no one was able to check me in, therefore I had to sleep at an alternative location at own cost. I tried contacting the property multiple times to inform them of the delays during the trip but only got an answer at 7am the following morning. The hotel compensated this inconvenience with free breakfast for all days. I also didn't like that I had to inform reception for them to clean up my room and only found it about the policy to put a green sign to clean the room on the very last night.

A cosy room in a nice location. A tram stop at the end of the road and tickets available from the shop near the corner. A good choice of food for breakfast.
Hotel was without staff in the evening although you could ring someone.

Fantastic little hotel on a quiet street. Very clean room, nice big bathroom. Tasty breakfast.
Parking on the road a bit difficult to find and lot's of stairs. Still we hope to come back to do some more sightseeing.

The hotel and its staff prepared for me very unpleasant stay in this facility. According to the published hotel information on the site it offers free parking (in the street by the accomodation), which is non-existent in reality. The hotel is placed at the end of dead-end street, which is permanently full of cars parking on the both sides of the road (see my two photo's). In the late afternoon/evening the situation had not improved and it made impossible to park the car. This fact meant really bad surprise for me, when I arrived after long drive and needed accommodate asap. Unfortunately, due to the Covid, the reception was empty and the responsible staff during the call with me demonstrated zero willingness to contribute to solve the problem and to recommend some alternative parking place. The called receptionist was able to repeat only- you can park your car on the street as it is described on the site. I have no other recomandation for you. That really did not help, especially as the called person showed the tendency to be aggressive after short while and left me to deal with the problem without any help when I was very tired after the trip. (Eventually after more than half hour waiting I had the luck that one car left and I directly parked at this place in the street.) This kind of behaviour is probably the hotel culture, as the other person on the reception in the morning did not bother even to say hallo when I came to the reception. I left without the breakfast despite it was paid as I felt completely unwelcomed and ignored. I have to say that this was my only experience like this after many years of travelling and I strongly don't recommend this place. The ignorance of the hotel staff, lack of any empathy and zero hospitality was really very unusual here.

Location
The room was too small and very cold.
I wrote to the hotel staff asking for additional blanket but got NO REPLY.
The worst nightmare was the PILLOW.
I had an important meeting in the morning and could not sleep well due to the pillow.
The only good thing was the location. Thanks

The Hotel ensured the then policies in place in Germany regarding COVID were executed.
The breakfast was varied and well cooked or displayed.
Parking was non existent at the Hotel but the local cemetery had plenty of free parking places a short walk away.
Overall a good hotel given the B&B cost, making it value for money compared to other Hotels I experienced.
On two occasions during my week's stay my room was not cleaned and fresh towels replaced. This was even after placing the appropriate signage on my bedroom door AND informing reception.
