Le personnel accueillant. Accueil ouvert 24h/24.

Location was excellent
Small spa with an additional cost extra & also very restricted time allowed in it

Excellent location. Staff efficient. Room clean and functional.

The hotel was nice and close to everything.
That you have a reservation and you can't get a spa appointment at all. Frustrsting

Everything worked really well for us staying at the hotel. We were there for 3 nights. Location was excellent in old town. We hired a car so the hotel parked it for us and when we needed it they brought it to the front of hotel, obviously at a cost but very convenient as there is no free parking nearby. Room was very large and bed enormous! Breakfast very good.
We stayed at hotel over a weekend and street was noisy early hours of morning but there is a shutter that comes down to block window/doors which really helped.

The location is great, right where you want to be in the centre of town. Its only a 15 minute walk from the bus station as well. The hotel was very clean.
The rooms didn’t have a kettle, which would be handy as you cannot order tea or coffee until 08:30 in the morning. I thought it was a bit unreasonable to charge €20 euros per person to use the pool for an hour. I’ve never been charged extra to use a pool in any hotel I’ve been to.

Great local, large bedroom and loved the interior design.

Location is good, within city centre, only few minutes walk from the shops.
Air con/ heating in room which you can control.
Lovely decor in room, I had the twin room.
Acess to spa/ swimming pool facilities is by booking in advance and is not free to use.
No large lobby / reception area, therefore just go straight to room rather than having a nice area to relax in within the hotel. The sink is outside the toilet/ shower room with partly see through window so might not be confortable if you want complete privacy in bathroom.

The room was Ok.
No reception area. Very little space for anyone to sit and wait. My guests had to wait outside on the street for me.
I felt the staff were more interested in running the spa than the hotel.
No greeting from staff on passing the reception desk and didn't even bother to look up when a guest passed and said Hi ( there were some courteous staff )
I had the 'phone put down on me when I called reception to check the wi-fi password.

My wife and I love the property, we stay here every year and have done so for many years. it’s clean, value-for-money, beautiful and the staff are so kind.
the only negative is that given we are return visitors, it would be great if they had a loyalty system as it would be nice to get some additional benefits.

location and very large beds
see through door and toliet in wet room

central location, decent bathroom
everything was charged as an extra!
at €140 per night for a basic room it’s not cheap
and then it’s another €15 per night to park,
€15 per person breakfast, €20 each for an hour in the spa

Room was great, staff was pleasant, courteous and helpful; they parked our car for us and brought it around when we needed it. A great hotel, we highly recommend it.
Breakfast was disappointing. We did not expect cold omelettes and cold pancakes. The other breakfast offerings were fine.

Very modern bed and bath rooms, but a bit small. Staff were excellent, so checkin was efficient. Paid parking garage was very easy to find. Breakfast was good but typical for hotels, but a bit pricier than usual.

Good location, good sized room, helpful staff
Booked specifically because it had a pool and paid more for this but unlike in most UK hotels you had to book and pay extra for a spa treatment to use it. Beds very uncomfortable and lots of traffic noise despite double glazing.
Paid more at checkout than quoted price when we booked.
Breakfast very expensive compared to same food at nearby cafes.

very clean - good location for town centre and 20 minutes from the train station

The location was ideal but parking not good and ended up a way away.
Parking was a nightmare and hotel should give more guidance on website regarding this. The bed was very hard. But roomy which was a plus. The bathroom door barely closed by the toilet. Squashed reception area

Helpfulness of the staff
Was not aware that there was an extra charge for the heat in the room😮not until check out time when I was charged over $60 euros per each room (we had 2 rooms) so it was $120 plus euros and that’s checking I’m late and checking oit early morning to catch a flight

We stay at this hotel every year and it’s beautiful and comfortable. Friendly employees and very helpful, especially given we had some complex requirements.
