Én nagyon elégedett vagyok, nagyon különleges hely, ajánlom mindenkinek.

Nagyon nyugodt, szép környezetben van, mi félpanziós ellátásban voltunk, de úgy éreztük magunkat mint valami luxus étteremben, főleg vacsorakor, változatos, különleges ételek, minden hihetetlenül finom volt, nagyon kedves személyzettel. Szerintem családok számára a legtökéletesebb, de mi is élveztük, kis nyugalom szigete, közel a tengerparthoz, rengeteg medencével, zöld övezetben.

A bejelentkezésnél időben mentünk, de több mint 3 órát kellett várnunk a szobánkra, mert takarították. Kicsit ez elvette a kedvünk, főleg hogy fáradtak voltunk az utazás miatt. Viszont később, pár nap múlva kaptunk egy üveg bort, gondolom fájdalomdíjként. Valamint a fürdőszoba kialakítása nem túl praktikus.

SUPER !!!

Un resort de circa 20 de cladiri si 10 piscine foarte bine organizat .Locatia este excelenta dar la 15 min de mers pe jos pana la plaja, curatenia este deosebita, dotarile in camera sunt minime dar utile si exact cat iti trebuie, piscinele din resort sunt foarte curate. Parcarea este limitata si cu plata 10€ pe zi daca nu in afara resortului cu putin noroc poti gasi gratuit. In interiorul resortului gasesti super market, bar , cofetarie , brutarie,centru de masaj.....etc . Mancarea foarte buna si mereu diferita. Personalul este foarte atent la oricare cerinta. Veta de la receptie insa cam lasa de dorit. Nu prea se descurca, noroc cu Ghyorghy de la paza ca le descurca el pe toate. Aer conditionat si wi-fi excelente

Patul in camera 22 etaj 4 din resort 21 este ingrozitor de zgomotos si pernele inalte de circa 20 cm nu sunt confortabile

Зручний і комфортний комплекс. Однозначно рекомендую.

Дуже комфортний комплекс, ідеальне місце для відпочинку з родиною. Багато басейнів. Чиста та доглянута територія. За весь чай пришли прибирати один раз. Туалетного папіру і душових приналежностей на весь час не вистачає, прийшлось докупати свої. Завтраки смачні. На території працює гастроном. Дуже зручно, що є пральна машина, порошок можна купити в гастрономі. Ціни там дуже непогані, якщо порівнювати з іншими магазинами поза територією комплекса

прибирання в незручний час. Шампунь, гель для душу та туалетний папір - запаси не поповнювались з першого дня.

Прекрасен комплекс, много е чисто и е помислено за всяка една нужда. Препоръчвам!

Трудно е да чуеш българска реч, със камериерките също не може да се разбереш/ чужденки са/ и при нужда звънях на рецепция.

Very suitable resort for family with many pools and comfortable apartments. Close to the Promenade (10 min walking)

Room Cleaning stuff was terrible. It took more than 24 hours from the time we asked until it was changed. Sheets weren't changed the whole time

Very good

The complex was great, the rooms were nice and spacious, and kitchen well equiped. The pools were great, with options for kids and adults. Great selection of products in supermarket. Close to shopping area.

The complex was full, and this was visible in the pools area, where usually all the places were booked from the first hour of the day. Also, changing sheets and towels wasn't as expected.

Very good

The hotel is very nice and pretty close, around 15 mins walk, from the beach. The pools were also great, the stuff friendly ansld the restaurants had tasty food.

In our 6 days stay we only received towels once on our first day and there were no cleanings, towel change, shower gel/toilet paper supply afterwards. Our room was on the ground floor and there was mould on the door and on the furnitures.

There were a plenty of pools and other fun facilities like gym and sports playgrounds. The food was really delicious and different every day.

The staff didn't clear our room not even once for the 4 days that we were staying.

The cleaning was very bad and they took our own towels from home without bringing them back or give compensation. The hotel does not answer me on mail about this.

The complex is much larger than it looks in the pictures and it is harder to get bored sitting in the resort. The clean and beautiful pools, aerobics activities provided by the complex and a fabulous breakfast have made the resort a place I want to return to.

Free parking spaces can be a headache if you return late at night.

Theres no mention on the website that if you go before mid-July (we went May) that nothing is open.

The resort would have been incredible had it of been open properly... it was in a decent location with being only 15min walk from the strip. The beach is lovely!

Unfortunately, the hotel was mostly closed as out of season which has no mention on the website. We arrived around 9pm, there was no reception staff at all to check us in, we had to be shown our room by the security guard who didn't understand English (not his fault as it isn't his job!) We then went to speak to reception the following day and they told us that off peak they finish work at 6pm. All restaurants were closed except one. Only one pool was open with most being empty. We were told that if we wanted a room with a kitchen then we had to pay extra (bearing in mind the hotel was mostly empty and nothing was open).

Such a beautiful complex! It was clean and well maintained everywhere! The pools are amazing! A healthy 10 min walk to the beach. I visit every year!

No bunnies. No veggie garden.

It was discomfortable this time.

Cascadas is nice ressort .

I dislike the fact that in my studio wasn't a washing machine, a kitchen box which I thought every studio has.I wouldn't pay that price only to sleep on double bed.I go there for my son and this was very important point that disappointed me, because to move me in a normal studio I needed to pay extra which I refuse. Hope people are checking this details.

Exceptional

We were expecting Cascadas family resort to be good, however, it was amazing! We stayed for 10 days and we enjoyed every minute of it. Exceptional place to stay with children, truly amazing! The resort was so beautifully looked after, the pools are amazing, the gardens and the resort’s surroundings were beautiful. Would recommend it to anyone! The food at the restaurants was exceptionally good as well and just added to our whole experience, which made our stay even more lovely. We will definitely be returning again and can’t wait actually to be back at Cascadas family resort again!

we paid for a pool view apartment cascades desputed but after showing a photo of the booking confirming a pool view they agreed we would get a pool view apartment however when we were put in an apartment with road view and it took a day to get relocated to another apartment with pool view noisy motorway nearby no curtain at all on one window of the main bedroom and other curtains not blackout with no solution offered by cascades no pony available for rides at the cascades paddock no heated pools and so were to cold to use in early season no childrens club exists as advertised broken shower door towel holder and hair drier usb sockets in main bedroom not working only 2 balcony chairs for 3 of us loose main bedroom bed head animation teams did not start until 10th june at the end of our holiday advertised electronics games room and kids pavillion did not exist kitchen extractor was loose falling down wood lice in bathroom main door fob security into the building was defeated by floor height opening windows to corridors very harsh over bright lighting to loungs and bedrooms little storage in the kitchen due to ducts and extractor filling cupboards no oven provided no fitted sheets to beds leaving us notted up in the morning on the undersized flat sheets exposed lift electrics were dangerous inadequate sound proofing to windows for motorway and seagull noise many apartments occupied by private residents only cascades restaurant open when there should have been more damaged kitchen chair filthy floors under beds no wardrobe to second bedroom with very low ceilings broken kitchen sink plug terrible odours from washing machine broken ironing board steam temperature hot water tiny washing machine drum

Room was good and clean, staff - responsive. Modern look and very green complex. I would come back in case of a good deal.

It was out of season so some of the facilities did not work, pools not heated. Breakfast was way too expensive to pay for - 15 euro per person! I thought that was not inviting particularly in out of season period.

The resort itself was lovely, very spacious, pools were clean & grounds were very well kept, the apartment was very clean too, however, our view was facing what looked like a bus yard & the 1 other family that were there had also booked through booking.com & they had the same view. There weren't many holiday makers there, there seemed to be plenty of families residing in the resort on a full time basis rather than on holiday, there was no entertainment for the kids, there were no activities around the pool during the day & no music, just a total lack of holiday spirit. We had to leave the resort every evening to go into town, if we were to visit Sunny Beach again we would stay in a different resort as there were plenty others closer to town that had more life in them. If your looking for a very quite holiday this would be the place to stay.

The Complex is Amazing, pools and all the different areas are beautiful, clean and well set .Flat was well equipped for a Family of 5.
