Pleasant

Room is clean, location is good and the host is polite.

The host is not at the appartement when i was there at 7pm. I can only wait for one hour till he is back.

Exceptional

Such a nice place!!! Location is right next to the cathedral and easy to go everywhere in the city!!! Host is super supportive, as well.!!! Highly recommendable place!!!

It s really one of the best places to stay in germany!!!

Great location.

The owners were so nice and helpful. Unfortunately there was a mistake in the way booking.com had the payment in the listing. You pay cash when you get there. You're not going to receive an email asking you to transfer money and it's a good thing I had cash with me otherwise that could have been a problem. You would have had to have gone to the ATM and that would have been more time wasted.

I would definitely go back again but because the apartment is on the European second floor, it's low to the ground and during the heat wave we had this last weekend I had to keep the shutters down which made it hard to open the windows. There was no air flow so I compromised by pulling the shutters up a little bit but then people on the street can go by and can look at it if they want. Also at night, you're very very close to the river and there was music and people going by all night at least until 2 a.m. I only know because I woke up but that wasn't the fault of the music that's just how I sleep. If you are a light sleeper it would probably be too noisy for you there but the location is so good, so close to everything. Even in the heat I managed to walk over to the Cathedral and look at it and go inside walk and around a little bit and then sit down for a wonderful dinner right next to it.

Exceptional

There are a lot of things to say. First, the receptivity and cordiality of the owners, that explain me all in a good English. After the quality of accommodation, because I stayed here 15 days and it was perfect. The localization is very good, near to Elba river and markets and restaurants. Thank you.

Clean place, nice staff

The staff was really friendly and helpful

I had to do the check in in another hotel and the told me that just on the date of my arrival It says 'free wifi', but you have to pay 5 euros. It is not clear if the breakfast is included. Difficult to find.

NIce and enjoyable stay.

To take the keys I had to go to hotel close to the bus station, they accept cash payments only. Very nice and modern apartment building, Huge bathroom, quiet area. It is located about 7 min walk from public transport. It has a good location if you want to go for walks by the river. Floor heating makes the temperature in the room very comfortable. Had mini fridge in my room.

Toilet is mounted really low so there is requirement to use it seated on both n1 and n2. There is no instruction about the electrical blinds that give you privacy when taking bath and walking naked, and unfortunately found about it at the end of the stay./ to operate the blind use the two arrows under the electrical socket outlet. right to the mirror/ I didn't like due to personal preferences: Pillows were way too high and duvet was very thick possibly more than 10.5 tog and was forced to sleep with just the sheet.

The location on the River Elbe was simple breathtaking!

The toilet sharing and the nonfunctional bathtub! The apartment is simply minimalistic.
