This advertise is a fault advertise? It’s not exactly the same in the picture and this is disappointed. They said there’s a balcony in front of the beach. is not front said of the beach

Poor conditions and high price

Only localization - near to the beach and centre.

Unfortunately, the floor was dirty, there were a layer of dust on the furniture, the windows were neither tight nor soundproof - at night you could jest people partying in the restaurant below, as well as the sound of motorbikes, scooters (there od a parking for scooters, motors under the buliding). Furniture and home appliances very old - microwave and fridge already had a yellow coating from age. Bathroom like a sauna - no proper drainage of water vapor. Our room was poor compare to other. What's more, you can hear the sounds from the corridor and closing door - doors are coded and when closed, doors knock hard and noisy. Price is too high for this poor condition. You can find something comfortable on low price in Alicante.

NOISY AND VERY SMALL NOT VALUE FOR THE MONEY

A few steps from the beach. In the center surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Very clean.

Too expensive for the little apartment. Not value for the money at all!! Must park in private parking that are very expensive. Tiny bathroom with really narrow shower. “Paper” windows and walls: we could hear EVERYTHING inside and outside from the first floor. Uncomfy too soft bed.

The location is perfect to explore the city and to go to the beach. The host is nice too. There is also a locker where you can leave your luggage.

Great location! Great pillows!

Nice and clean room. Location couldn't be better, all the main places in the city are close by and easily walkable. The electric key system worked everytime without a problem, so it was really handy. And the pillows! The pillows were definitely the best I've ever had in any hotel. I wish I knew where they are sold :D

Some noise from the streets, but the hotel is right in the city center so it's normal. The bathroom didn't really dry, so it was quite damp or wet all the time.

Smallest apartment

The only thing we like is the boy who answered the phone and i think his name was viky

Smallest apartment i have ever seen. We were with our 11 years old son.The bed was only for one person to sleep well, very small bed for two people.the sofa bed was ok. Bathroom was so small with broken dustbin.extra pillow for sofa was sooo dirty.coffee machine was not working🙄🙄

Spacious, clean and well furnished. Very close to beach and nice restaurants and bars.

Next to a noisy street. Difficult to sleep at night. All the windows seem to have double glazing but still there was a lot of noise coming in and made it very hard to sleep at night.

Very clean, good location, good communication with host. Check in was super easy. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great.

I would have preferred another pillow, personal preference. I would have also liked if there was a way to lock the door from the inside.

Very good location. No need to use keys, you can open the doors by application on phone. I even got the coffee,water, and ice inside the freezer. I'm satisfied with the hospitality. Thank you really 👍🏻 I recommend 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

No information about where the switch is for the heater for the hot water, found it by chance or how to use washing machine, dishwasher or coffee machine. Also no sweeping brush to use when you brought half the beach into the apartment

Great location, go to the beach and forget about the hotel. Come back and regret booking here.

You will regret booking here. Yes, the location is great but please read the part of the things we didn't like and take a l ook at the photographs.

The whole room smelled of humidity. We had to leave the toilet air vent running in order to survive our stay. Even so, our clothes got the smell of humidity. The furniture was worn and the arm holding the tv set collapsed while we were watching tv. The owner initially refused to handle the situation. The handle of the bathroom door got unhinged from the humidity.

the location was fabulous couldn't ask for better lovely restaurants all around beach just across the road

would have liked towels changed without having to ask, Also there was a festival on when we were there although lovely to see very noisy through the night

communication of the stuff was unclear and evading. dirty and sticky floor. old sofa with stinky pillows. bathroom fungus in the shower cabin. very bed noise isolation. impossible to rest well throughout the night.
