The whole stay was fantastic from start to finish. The bungalow/apartment was exactly the same as the pictures on the website. It was absolutely spotless and I consider myself to be a bit of a clean freak. The location is great, out the back gate of the complex (about a 2 minute walk) takes you straight on to the walk along the coast. The bus goes from right outside the door in both directions. I actually couldn't recommend it anymore.
We sent a couple of text messages to the host but they weren't answered, the first day we went to the pool the bar wasn't open (Monday) but we didn't know if it was closed permanently so we asked but didn't get a reply. I've also enquired a couple of times about availability for the same bungalow next year but haven't had an answer to that question either.
If I'm being really picky I'd say that the sunbeds around the pool are not comfortable but that's being extremely pedantic.

good location. comfy beds with a strong shower.
noise, dust, dirt from Renovations taking place next door. we were not informed beforehand of such works which made our stay less enjoyable

The house is nicely furnished and has a pleasant outdoor area for having breakfast outside. It is in a very quiet and well-maintained complex of houses and despite the absence of a private car park, a parking space can easily be found on the street outside. Diego has also been available for anything we needed.
There is nothing negative, but I can share some tips to improve the experience. The complex of houses it is in is really big and it took us a bit too long to find the right house with suitcases and backpacks. I would suggest specifying with a few more details where the house is located or possibly agreeing on an arrival time with the guests and be in front of the house complex to drop them off. The other advice I would give is on the towels: in addition to one large and one small towel for each person, it would be good to add a third towel. To do a whole week with just one towel for drying the body is a bit much, the towel was unfortunately often damp.
The last thing I would point out on the basis of experiences with other holiday homes is that it is important that on arrival there are a few basic things because it is not always possible to go straight to the supermarket: water and paper towels were missing, oil and coarse salt for example would be important not to have them bought by those staying because they are long-lasting products that at the end of the stay are left at the house.

Could benefit from a dressing mirror

The bungalow was amazing, and had everything you needed. Close to the beachfront for nice stroles, in a great peaceful location with a lovely pool for the children and close to shops.
The pool bar and the rest of the complex were closed, which were advertised in the listing. Which meant we had to leave the complex quite alot and there was no reception to leave cases after checkout which meant we had to walk around with them for 7 hours, also renovations next door meant no siesta for the younger children in the afternoon with all the banging and drilling going on.

Lovely quiet location. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Beachfront location
Needed key to get on and off complex and only had 1 key between 4 people so had to let each other in and out

very quiet and secure. it was near the paseo and nice to walk on into the town. there are some good restaurants nearby.
there was no sunbed in the garden but we could go to the pool. No sweeping brush so hard to keep the floor clean and free if insects.

Very quiet ,exceptionally clean. The communal pool is well maintained , the on site bar is fantastic and great value for money.
Our only complaint would be the beds are very small and very uncomfortable, despite clearly being new beds and the hygiene standards being outstanding.

fabulous powerful shower & good size bathroom. comfortable beds.
was not cleaned & prepared for our arrival. disgusting to arrive with other peoples mess & their bed sheets still in place. bathroom full of hairs etc etc. corrected quickly by administer & cleaners but still not a nice way to arrive. door handle not screwed into bedroom door. door handles had no latches meaning they could not be closed. no mirrors in either bedroom. only one available was in the bathroom. no proper kettle, so had to boil water on the hob for tea/coffee. only one English Channel on tv. more cutlery needed

Communal rear gate with direct access to the promenade. Bungalow nicely fitted. Everything working and clean. Useful washing machine. Decent TV.
A bit cramped. Bungalows close together, so lacking outdoor space (no sun loungers). Could do with a few more hooks on the walls. Could do with a small armchair or two.
The Playa Roca communal pool and bar area were out of action when we arrived, and the reception area remained closed. But it was late January with Covid still going on, and we were happy to swim in the sea.
