Great stay, unhelpful breakfast times

The manager on duty was lovely and very helpful.

We wanted breakfast before we had to leave but we're informed on the morning that breakfast was not until 9 30am which didn't help us so we had to go to McDonald's before we set off driving as 9 30am was too long to wait.

The worst place I’ve ever stayed

Nothing

I didn’t my room was not clean. The bed was broken. The wardrobe doors were almost falling off. The cold water was running with warm water. The whole place was not clean.

Airport stop

Size of room. Location near airport and supermarkets. Pub on site was really nice. Hairdryer,tea coffee etc all in room. Clean and nice bedding. Staff really nice. Nice touch having dvd's and books available.

Just very dated . But for the price it was average. The bath was rusty all around the plug hole, cracked tiles and poor quality towels. I dont like to criticise because i realize how difficult it must be for business's but there are a few things that need attention. No kerb appeal at entrance.

Poor and Dissapointing

Big room

Shower would only provide COLD water Asked reception where to get food - sent me off down the village (called Idle!)over 1m walk away - everything (really everything shut by 10pm).... Whereas up the road 2mins walk was Macdonalds, supermarket shops etc even by gone 11pm. Thanks a lot for NO HELP AT ALL...

Great service, value for money.

Everthing was as expected, friendly and helpful service, large room, value for money and extremely convenient location for our needs. We didn’t get to use the leisure facilities which were a bonus.

I ordered a hotel for 3 people, my son was 11 years old. Unfortunately, there were only 2 towels for the shower. We had to borrow ours. There was no microwave or small fridge in the room, which is normal in hotel rooms in Europe. There was also only one flimsy plastic disposable cup to rinse the teeth after the paste. The room was terribly hot at night. There was no air conditioning or fan. Overall very poor.

Lovely, friendly and clean hotel.

The rooms are clean, comfortable and really spacious. Staff are friendly and it feels like a home from home.

Would like breakfast to begin sooner. Don't like the shampoo sachets would prefer a dispenser on the wall maybe?

1.long time to check out. 2. very nice service 3.hair dryer in the room and beautiful large mirrors / contact plug above the mirror in the bathroom

1.One room card for two people, so when one person goes out, e.g. to a bar or to smoke, the other sits in the dark without electricity 2. old items in the room/not even a mini fridge in the room/dirty windows.

The best part was when i packed up to leave.

Everything. Facilities are abysmal, barely anything worked in the onsite gym. I also had bed bugs.

Extremely disappointing.

Great location close to family i was visiting and near shops. Room was warm. Bed fairly comfortable.

The wifi doesn't work in the room. No remote control for the TV . The bathroom looked dirty with lots of marks on the grout. There were silverfish in the bathroom too. Toilet had to be flushed 3/4 times to get it to drain. Everything looks old and worn. Black gunk on the carpet by the skirting board. There was a lock on the door that didn't work so had to barricade the door to feel safe.If I'd known this was how the room would be I would never have booked it. Only managed to sleep because I was so exhausted otherwise I'd have been up all night worrying. Could've stayed somewhere nicer for the same price. Won't be returning again.

Reception and Hallway areas looked really run down and random people said in Foyer. Made me feel uneasy.

very polite staff

WiFi didn’t work in our room at all. staff rebooted booster twice still no connection. If you going for business trip, that’s definitely not place for you. unpleasant smell on the first floor in the corridor. During our stay at the hotel ( New Year’s Eve) someone was smoking in the room so fire alarm went on 3 times during a night, that’s obviously not hotel fall, but after one of the alarms 1 person from the staff went to our room (to check) without knocking or announcing herself, using another card to the room. Inadmissible behaviour, after this experience I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

OK for a budget

The staff were very friendly. The room service/ food was delicious.

The spa was dated and very unclean. The fact that breakfast is only served on Sundays. Noisy families allowing their children to run around screaming in the middle of the night.

Superb

A very pleasant stay all-round clean spacious rooms with equally spacious bathroom with a walk in shower ample seating areas TV and coffee and tea making facilities.lovely pub serving meals and a great selection of drinks children and dog friendly. The staff and clientele are very friendly and welcoming. A home from home experience that I highly recommend and I will definitely stay again.

I couldn't stay longer.
