Que la estancia incluye desayuno y eso facilita mucho para quienes están en Chetumal por cuestiones de trabajo.

Que no había mayor disponibilidad en el hotel para más noches.

La ubicación cerca del malecón, el desayuno buffet está rico, la comodidad, me gustó que el lavabo está afuera del baño

Instalaciones, le hace falta una remodelada al hotel, colchas y toallas viejitas, no me encantó que no tiene ventanas, la TV es muy pequeña

I was very comfortable, enjoyable and very much satisfied.

Excellent house keeping in our room, cleanliness was key! The food was scrumptious, I like the variety to choose from, and most of all waiters and staff are always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Will certainly go back there!

The staff and ambiance were amazing. From the rooms to the pool, to the gym and the restaurant. It was such a wonderful

This was our first visit to Tryp. The young man at the front desk who checked us in was amazing! Friendly, helpful and professional. My only regret was not getting his name to publicly say thank you. The complimentary breakfast was delicious! There were a variety of options to choose from and the staff was wonderful.

La atención del personal de recepción fue excelente, la ubicación del hotel es fantástica y tiene estacionamiento techado.

Creo que le falta mantenimiento a algunas áreas, en mi habitación la puerta del baño se veía descuidada

El hotel en general nos gustó. Las instalaciones bien . El personal muy atento y amable.

El restaurante muy lindo y la alberca. .

La limpieza del baño muy mal. A las toallas les falta desmancharlas y algunas cambiarlas porque están muy desgastadas.

Personal sehr freundlich und stets bemüht.

Die Matratzen sind unbequem und es raschelt, wenn man sich bewegt. Fleckige Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir mussten warten, weil das Zimmer noch einmal kontrolliert wurde. Trotzdem waren danach keine Handtücher da. Wasser fließt beim Duschen schlecht ab.

Great for a short stay

Staff were amazing, so friendly, so helpful and welcoming. Hotel was in a good location Comfortable enough for one night. Good value for money. Was awesome to have the buffet breakfast included.

Rooms did not have external windows.

The parking garage was very good! As a hint the entry is on the backside.

The room was old no decorations on the wall, the bathroom needs also some love. The picture in the portal is not real. The hotel has no elevator.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Nähe zum Hafen ist perfekt. Man kann sein Auto geschützt unterstellen. Gegen Gebühr auch mehrere Tage (falls man nach Belize fährt) Das beste Frühstück was wir bis dahin hatten. Großer Pool und Sportbereich. Das Personal spricht fließend Englisch

Das Bett hat eine Folie unter dem Laken und ist dadurch sehr laut Leider kein Kühlschrank. Abends muss man den Vorhang runter machen sonst sieht man durch die Scheibe alles.

It was in an ok location and you could walk 10 minutes to the ferry. Staff were kind

The pool was weird, indoor without any sun loungers. Breakfast was strange and not that appetizing. Rooms were small and there wasn’t any space to put our clothes

While the location was excellent and accommodating staff,there were just too many issues with the facility.

Excellent location!staff was accommodating.

The stench of sewer in the rooms and the fact that we had major issues with flushing the toilet.Also the wifi don’t seem to work well in portion of the building.We were unable to get wifi in one of our rooms.On top all that,they decided that they will remove a part of the old roof one morning and had particles flying over the pool and the verandah.It smelled like fiber glass but not sure what it was.the room and beds were a bit smaller than other hotels.Breakfast is scheduled for 7-11am,we got there 10am and there was barely any food left so we had to leave and find food elsewhere.

POTENTIALLY GREAT, NOW WITH WYNDHAM SUPERVISION SHOULD BE BETTER.

LOCATION IS GREAT

8 PM IS TO EARLY TO LEAVE THE POOL, AT LEAST TILL 10 PM SHOULD BE ALLOWED. BATHROOM IS TO HOT, OPEN VENTILATION DOES NOT PERMIT AC CIRCULATION NO ELEVATOR !!! AND STAIRS ARE UNEVEN IN EVERY STEP. IF YOU ARE A TALL PERSON WATCH OUT WITH YOUR HEAD AT FIRST STEP !! ROOMS ARE REALLY SMALL. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS FOR THAT PRICE
