Unfortunately we had stage 6 load-shedding and the inverters available as back up are more suited for lower stages and shorter periods only

A great place to stay.

The facility is beautiful and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. It felt like home away from home.

Everything else was great, but the wi-fi was a bit disappointing. 1Gig of data was not enough to even update one phone let alone use it for work. We had to hotspot our laptops. Load shedding was also a challenge, but there's a backup ups to ensure that you have some lighting and you can watch TV.

A great place to visit Knysna and a great facility.

Location and condition of apartment. Walking distance to restaurants and tours.

A wonderful location and a lovely appartment.

Loved the view and the spaciousness of the apartment. Also very clean.

Could have had better equipment in the kitchen. Only 1 decent frying pan. Also not enough plugs/points to plug in laptops, hairdryers etc.

There were many ants in the unit, we had to throw out snacks. There was no hand soap provided in the bathroom😏

The apartment needs to be fumigated, cockroaches under the dishwasher. Maintenance issues with the the one tap in the bathroom, the bath plug did not seal, loose door handle on the bedroom door. The back bedrooms are very noisy,.

No complimentary coffee or tea, soaps and shampoos, some items dirty, unit not maintained property, weed growth through paving. Blinds block fresh air.

A lovely base for exploring Knysna and surrounding ares

location near the waterfront restaurants was excellent. apartment very spacious

no amenities provided. No toiletries or basic tea or coffees. No cleaning supplies other than wash up liquid. Be aware of this if arriving without these especially on a Sunday when many shops closed. The emergency lamp that provides some light during power shedding doesn’t last very long. Make sure you have alternative means of lighting

Amazing location on the water. The house was stuffy and can do with more airflow throughout the house especially during the hot summer days. Just 5mins walking distance from the waterfront which made it a prime location.

Pest control needs to happen more as loads of insects in all the rooms. The evening are quite warm and the fans have little effect cooling you down.

The view was awesome. The fact that we could watch any channel on the Dstv was great. Just everything about the apartment was outstanding.

The floor was not clean, not that we mind to do it ourselves, but just something to check on in future.

The amount of loiterers walking past the front door at every low tide… they should be so kind to mention that the jetty is “private property” and there is no fishing allowed..
