In pictures on website hotels looks beautiful and showed many balconies, the reality was quite different. The room received was small box room and had a smell that made stay uncomfortable. It was lacking in proper ventilation. Its advise if getting deal in £25 to £40 then take it if you are paying £150 per night never book this place otherwise will regret.

A most enjoyable stay at an efficiently run hotel, with exceptional and attentive staff.

We loved having a balcony and a wonderful sea view. It was very helpful having a lobby for coats and luggage. The en siute bathroom was a good size. The bed was comfortable and the lighting adequate. A comfortable room where we could relax.

The bedroom furniture was a little shabby. The lights on the balcony could not be turned off by us when we we ready for bed.

The hotel is very tired and certainly does not look like the pictures. Frayed curtains, wallpaper peeling off the walls, no snooker hall, no sauna available when using the swimming pool The hotel overcharged my credit card but to be fair they did call me to amend their mistake. The receptionist had me down as staying a night earlier than i actually was... just chaotic really!

lovely staff and comfortable rooms.

great staff and when the breakfast hall was VERY busy due to valentines they came over to serve us within 10 minutes , we were greeted with “hello, how was your day” upon every return over the 3 days. the rooms were clean and they were well layer out.

our only dislike was that it was a little dated but we were the youngest guests in the venue and I think it’s definitely somewhere the older community would prefer instead of younger people but it’s a little thing that’s totally ignorable

Our stay was very enjoyable. Steve, Julie and Lauren made us feel very welcome. DEFINITELY recommen.

The breakfast was well presented and well cooked. Lauren, our waitress was really friendly and helpful Topmarks to her.^

The heater in my sister in law's room was working properly but Julie said she would get it sorted.

Fantastic brilliant awesome amazing 9/10!

Staff and facilities excellent Food very good Nothing was to much trouble. There is only one down side parking at the hotel is a night mare but we managed parking on the streets near by.

The parking as said above very limited pretty much only for drop off and disabled. All other customers had to find parking on near by side roads.

Very dated hotel and previous guests rubbish left in the room ruined it for me.

The location and balcony with a sea view was great.

The previous guests rubbish bins were left on the balcony including multiple dirty nappies. We asked reception if someone could remove them but nobody did and we had to remove them ourselves. The deco was very dated and felt a little like a museum! Breakfast was too busy and felt chaotic so we didn't bother the 2nd day.

Definitly recommended but dont except luxuries, is only three star.

Perfect location, very helpful& polite staff.

Waiting time at breakfast 10/15min for tea/coffee, even longer for food (food was ok).

Beautiful view but not great hotel!

Location was beautiful. View was spectacular!

Booked a family room. No tv in the room. The room smelt old and curtains were ripped up and disgusting!!
