Do atendimento, cordialidade dos funcionários da recepção, do chuveiro (maravilhoso). O quarto, apesar de ser virado para rua, era silencioso. O café da manhã é bom.

A localização do hotel é extremamente conveniente, o que facilitou muito nossa jornada. Além disso, a acomodação em si é muito tranquila e confortável, proporcionando uma noite de descanso revigorante antes de continuarmos nossa viagem.

Hotel muito bom, a localização é um diferencial.

O quarto é ótimo, cama confortável e chuveiro muito bom. Localização excelente, perto de tudo. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Atendimento na recepção é ótimo e funciona 24h. Hotel acessível para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção (rampa e elevador).

Um elevador estava em manutenção e o outro demorava muito para chegar. Café da manhã pode melhorar, Curitiba tem pães e bolos maravilhosos que poderiam ser oferecidos. Havia muito barulho de outros hóspedes no corredor depois das 22h.

Hotel muito completo. Muito conforto e excelente atendimento, Cama muito boa, chuveiro perfeito! O café da manhã surpreende pela qualidade! Staff muito eficiente! Gostei muito!

A localização é ótima, próxima do centro e do Largo da Ordem. Café da manhã ok, staff muito atencioso e disponivel

Fomos hospedados na sobreloja do hotel, no que parecia ser uma espécie de 'lado b' do hotel, mais escuro, frio e com mobiliário desatualizado. Não visitei outros quartos, mas ficou essa impressão. Poucas tomadas e em pontos inconvenientes, longe da cama. Nada que prejudique o custo-benefício.

Went there just to get some sleep as I was not provided the right treatment..

Centrally located

I was given a room in the old wing , first floor 108.. perhaps the worst for being a foreigner.. the rooms needed lots of reform and safety from mosquitos.

Exceptional

Very helpful stuff, with great and cautious attitude. Breakfast was the best from my two weeks trip in Brazil (Rio, Iguazu, Curitiba, São Paulo). Definitely worth the money. Really exceeded expectations. :)

Would definitely go back and recommend this place.

The service was amazing. The people who work there are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to please you. I was there with my 3 kids and the staff was so helpful and caring… they got us the perfect room, with the set up we asked for, they let us checkin earlier, offered to store our bags after we had checked out. They actually offered a late checkout, took care of our luggage hauling it up and down between the 3rd floor and the lobby. They made sure we got a cab driver they knew so we were safe and had a car big enough to accommodate our belongings and (big) family. They even made arrangements with the driver to be there at a certain time so we could avoid rush hour traffic on our way to the airport. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the place was quiet (except for my kids!) the water was warm, the curtains had blackouts, we had a king size bed and two single beds in two rooms connected by a door in the hallway, plus two bathrooms. It was way better then I had expected.

The only down side was the location which was not the best. But we took Uber everywhere we went and didn't even see much of the neighborhood of the hotel.
