Hotel simples, acolhedor e simpático.

Estávamos viajando o dia inteiro e encontramos o hotel durante a viagem, não tínhamos reserva, chegamos às 21h e fomos muito bem atendidos, ficamos num quarto longe do barulho da rua, quarto e banheiro limpos, ducha forte, cama confortável, café da manhã variado, com frutas, pães, bolos, iogurte, frios, ovos, leite e café. Ficamos no 2° piso, o elevador não vai por ser um prédio antigo, mas nada de mais subir as escadas, é bom para a circulação. Fica 800m da rodoviária. É um pouco distante do Centro, mas para quem gosta de caminhar vale a pena, no dia seguinte após o café fomos dá uma volta pela cidade. Foi tudo bom!! Recomendamos o hotel. Estivemos em 02 e 03/04/2024. O Restaurante do hotel abre para almoço também, a comida estava gostosa!

Simples, confortável e prazerosa.

Da recepção no atendimento, da localização nas proximidades do Shopping ESTAÇÃO e da RODOFERROVIÁRIA, além de um café diversificado e da gentileza dos funcionários com quem tive contato durante a hospedagem.

Acredito que o fato de o estacionamento estar no interior das instalações do hotel deveria isentar o seu pagamento adicional, afinal fui surpreendido com a cobrança, a título de diária, em que pese a vaga ocupada estar no tempo e sem cobertura.

Só uma pena que quando vamos fazer check-in a supresa de ter taxa de uns produtos que não tem sentido, como estacionamento deveria ser cortesia e quarto 225 onde fiquei as cortinas podian fazer uma troca ou arrumar estão bem ruim

Cama curta. Limpeza fraca. Janela com vidro trincado, ar condicionado desregulado, elevador parou comigo dentro, meu quarto não tinha secador de cabelo.

Atendeu nossa necessidade, quarto com três camas como pedimos, a equipe bem atenciosa, recomendo.

Café da manhã maravilhoso, ficamos bem servidos, adoramos tudo.

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior.. estávamos sem acesso a rede Wifi.

Really good location, close to the main bus terminals. I didn't have any difficulties finding the hotel and exploring the city. Amazing and diverse breakfast options even for vegans. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was polite and kind, they explained all orientations I needed

The shower is old and a little difficult to manage temperature, but it was decent enough when you learn how to do it. The hotel gave the paper with instructions so they made it easier for me to understand. It's an old hotel with peculiarities, but not bad at all.

Excellent stay

This hotel was excellent. The staff was really lovely and amazing. The room was nice and clean, with a fridge. The breakfast buffet was great and full of choices. We arrived at 2 am and the staff were waiting, there was a parking lot and it was safe to leave the car. The location was in the city center really closed to mercado municipal. I took my dog Ralphie and he was very welcome and well treated by all the staff. He loved the stay 🥰

Good because of the excellent location and gentle staff, but fair to poor because of the rooms.

Excellent location. Staff very gentle. Breakfast was good also. The reception of the hotel is in a good condition. We could see they have made a renew in the reception and common area.

The rooms are very old. They need to refresh the rooms urgently and modernize the installations in the room. Remove old carpet, refresh the bathroom. Towels used a lot also. New towels needed. So, I would not repeat the stay with my family. Alone or at work I would consider to stay there.
