Good quality facilities with plenty of options. Nice pools. Food good quality.
Terrible, really poorly trained management. Some examples: Most expensive hotel in the area but we were placed in a construction site with constant noise early morning. Took too long to change room. I asked that they do something to make up for this… they offered the shortest duration in room massage, which was good, but then the same reception that arranged this called half way through breaking the relaxation, to ask about transport for following day that had already been fully arranged at reception 2 hours before. The ‘complimentary’ massage was then charged on the final bill (luckily I checked). Another rediculous thing happened when ordering room service. The line was busy at 21:30, but we managed to confirm our order at 21:40 with the helpful restaurant manager. The info in the room states room service is available until 22:00. Reception then calls us 5 mins later to say hotel policy is last orders by 21:30 so they will not serve us. 20 minutes of really unacceptable arguing later the same restaurant manager was very helpful but there is a really really poor problem of communication in this hotel that I hope senior management takes seriously and fixes, as this has potential to be a lovely retreat to stay at if more acceptable customer service is put in place at the front of house.

The property is very modern and provides plenty of sunloungers around the pool.
Prior to our arrival we were informed there was a mandatory gala for Christmas Eve. Having attended galas in other countries; we had high expectations which unfortunately were not met. The buffet was the same as any other day, no one dressed in smart clothing, the “all included drinks” which were an extra cost consisted of watery cocktails, sour sangria or soft drinks. We were also charged twice for this.
When asking staff questions; they did not seem to know the answer and would disappear for periods of time until they could speak to someone.

The rooms were great. good food and staff in tomato and basil restaurant.
The Staff should be trained. They are not accomodating. some of my requests not served. Staff in the breakfast buffet are grumpy. Waiting to be checked out is taking way to long. i think we waited 30 mins just to be checked out.

The breakfast buffet, considering it's a four star. Soups, lugaw and champorado were lukewarm, and coffee doesn't taste good. They also ran out of bacon.

A beautiful hotel resort, excellent swimming pool with a perfect temperature (not too cold and not overly warm). Buffet breakfast has choices for all. would love to re-visit once upgrades are complete

Breakfast food to be honest sucks for a hotel that big it could have been better. The egg for example is of low quality. The way the food was presented was absolutely bad.
Clean up the area, organize, improve food menus and quality of the food too, our commode keep backing up, employees need to be more knowledgeable not only the front desk but most of the seen by your guest so we don't have to go or call the front desk for answers.

Staff were very helpful, and also keen to make sure you were aware of the hotels circumstance. No sugar coating here, just honesty like the Filipino people I know and love.
