Good location and helpful staff. Free breakfast is basic but nice jn the morning. Bed was very comfortable. Great stop off for one or two nights.
Room is basic and smelt a bit damp.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, always with a smile
Room look like the picture, sometimes a rare thing.
Garden surrounds were great, well kept and comfortable to relax in with 2 cane hammock to enjoy.
No pool is the only small negative but otherwise brilliant stay.

Buona posizione, letto comodo.Consigliato.
Possono migliorare nelle pulizie.

Design was cool
Loud, doors were completely not sound proof. Rooms are located in front of a lobby and bar. Hotels worker was having a loud conversation at a bar with a guest until1:30AM waking me up 5 times. From 6AM stuff was preparing a hotel for morning routines waking us up again...

The location, it’s a cosy place to be
The A/C is noisy.. :/ weak internet connection

Super lief personeel!

Great and cozy place for a few nights stay. Comfy beds, effective AC in the room. Wonderful, accommodating and friendly staff. Booked a few nights here during transit to and from Port Barton. Would def book here again in future. Good area, not far from the Airport and short trike ride from shops and restaurants.

Accessible from airport and can go elsewhere with public transport.
Although cheap, the rooms are stuffy.

For the price, this older traditional style hotel had lots of character and was in a quiet spot just 5 min walk to the popular Bay walk area, which is also only a 10 min tricycle ride to the airport.
Along with a free late checkout from the friendly staff, my overnight stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely choose to stay here the next time I'm in Puerto princessa!
Shower not so hot !

Terrible hotel, old not so clean. The staff is not helpful and was completely lost in terms of my reservation. The girl on the reception doesn't even know where is my room located when she wanted to navigate me there. Breakfast is one big joke. They have 4 options for choice but 3 of them are not available. They want to charge extra for normal ground coffee only instant is available. The worst Hotel in the Philippines I have stayed in. DON'T STAY THERE!

Only stayed one night, the hotel is exactly as described. Location and staff were great.

location is good and the staff was very nice and helpful

Staff was super friendly and approachable. From the start the receptionist lady was very chatty and smiley. This is a fresh approach as in our holiday here in the Philippines we stayed in hotels where we were missing this positive vibes and Filipino smile :)!
Breakfast was very nice and had a nice view from the top. Garden is nice to relax with a beer. Hotel helps you with your questions and helps you arrange tricycles.
Only advice is to do something about the mosquitoes in the room. There were quite a few and I was bitten a lot.
Also, the room photos show a smart flat screen tv, but we had a big CRT TV from the 90s that was loosen and not screwed properly which is dangerous. Edit the photos of the room to show the oldschool tv and screw it more secure.

room was crazy humid with strong smell of humidity, pool/jacuzzi not working

Everything
The cooker. The cooker consistently gives wrong info or say one thing in a moment , but say the opposite in the next moment when I asked him questions...
He said the bar is closed when I asked to buy some drinks. But he continued service two more European couples sitting on the bar 🍸 till 2 hours later around 12am, which he told me the bar is closed for he need to got some sleep when I wanted to buy some drinks.....
Next morning I asked the cooker for to go the breakfast around 7:20am , because I need to catch the booked tour bus around7:30am. The cooker told me that I cannot go to the tour because I was late . I was actually 10 mins earlier than I was told to be there at 7:30am. The tour bus arrived to pick me up around 8:15am...I was not late, the cooker didn't pack me the breakfast which I tiold him to.
The old man in charge of the property also told me that I couldn't go the underground river tour because I do not have permit. But I have booked the tour through the front deak staff and called from EL nido to confirm the booking the day before I ride the 5 hours bus to catch this tour....
These two men on the property site were just ruin the beauty of this property...
The bathroom water is too little water 💧 with only the room temperature. I couldn't take a shower because it is almost too cold to take a shower for me.
Other than the above mentioned. I still like this hotel.

What a beautifully landscaped and designed rooms and the building. It is close enough to walk to the Boardwalk by the water, 10 minutes. The room and facility has a very island motif. Heavy dark stained wood on the floors. Palm matting on the walls and overhead. The rooms have the most comfortable beds that my wife and I have slept in while in the Philippines. Netflix on the TV was a nice touch. Oh, the staff was helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. Great scenic top floor dining area.
The water pressure was low. Not uncommon in the Philippines but....
Breakfast was good but it is the same everyday.

Very nice staff, and great location, close to the mall and baywalk.
Day Tour to underground river on desk was marked up compared to what I got somewhere else. Didn't affect my experience of the stay but just a note.

The staff was very nice. The hotel was very native and with good taste.
AC in the room was working very well, and a van on the top of the bed.
Very good location, in the center.
The cleaning. The van had a lot of dust that made me cough a little bit.
The breakfast could've been better.

My wife and I stayed in the 'Superior Queen Room'.
Room - Relatively clean with a good view across the bay.
Staff - Polite, courteous and helpful.
Services - We arranged a tour to the Subterranean River via the hotel.
Breakfast - The coffee was OK, as was the fruit, but we're not sure what bread they were using. It was very dry and stale.
Room - It was quite dark and the bathroom was quite cramped. Some of the furniture and fittings (e.g. plug sockets) were also falling apart.

Good location and extremely friendly staff, all of them are super kind and always ready to help.
The rooms are and smell quite old, the bed aren’t too comfortable.
