Absolutely loved it.

Location is insane, most beautiful place. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice, worth getting the beachfront room.

Food was pretty av tbh but you're not staying here for the food. Eat in town or just eat at the hotel, it's find but not very tasty.

Hôtel à fuir…une honte de louer à ce prix là.,,, depuis notre arrivée en Thaïlande il y a 3 semaines, nous avons toujour

Bungalow inconfortable, salle de bain étriquée , un petit lavabo un wc une douche tout ça regroupé sur deux mètres carrés… meubles vétustes, cassés recollés avec de l’adhésif… coffre indisponible….emplacement éloigné du centre, 30 minutes de marche

Séjour à Koh phi phi

Le personnel est adorable ! Il n’y a pas à dire. Que ça soit les personnes à la réception, celles de la restauration, des chambres ou encore les messieurs s’occupant des Taxi Boat. Le paysage vue mer avec eau quasi turquoise très joli ! Petit déjeuner sympa et varié. Nous avons également bien mangé que ça soit au restaurant proche hôtel où celui un petit peu plus haut sur la plage.

Si cela était à refaire, je privilégierais un logement à PhiPhi Town (zone animée, proche embarcadère, boutiques, restaurants…). Effectivement, l’hôtel est au bout de l’ile, nous y avons accès par bateau taxi. Il est bon de savoir avant de réserver, que ce fameux bateau taxi se prend à l’embarcadère. Que pour le Check in il est gratuit mais qu’après il est de 100 bath / personne ainsi que de 150 / pers le soir. Ce qui peut très vite faire monter le budget si l’on veut quitter l’hôtel pour voir autre chose. Ils proposent un chemin à pied pour y accéder (+de 40min min), chemin en dénivelé avec corde pour se hisser, marche intense, des moustiques … pas évident pour tout le monde ! De plus le « chemin » n’est pas éclairé donc impossible à faire de nuit. Autre point de déception, nous voyagions depuis 1 semaine déjà, et nous avions décidé d’utiliser le service « Laundry ». Poids au kg (4kg pour nous). Résultat : les habits ont été récupérés encore humide (imaginez vêtements humides + chaleur + temps humides). Du coup, les vêtements ne sentaient pas spécialement bons. De plus, suite à une activité lors d’un sanctuaire d’éléphants, nous avions quelques vêtements boueux … Ceux-ci ont été récupérés dans le quasi même état après être soit disant passés à la laverie. Une fois que l’on sait tout ça, on doute forcément de la capacité de lavage et propreté des draps, serviettes … Hôtel vétuste (qualité prix pas respecté) mais visiblement ça a l’air d’être la même chose dans de nombreux hôtels sur l’ile. Sur l’ensemble nous sommes donc un peu déçus de cet hôtel !

Schöner Stand, gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Coole Lampen auf den Beistelltischen. Fußdusche vor dem Zimmer und täglich neues Wasser.

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und lieblos eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind rustikal und vor allem das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre Jahre gekommen. Im Bad ist alles verkalkt. Das Klo muss ausgetauscht werden, der Wasserhahn spritzt in alle Richtungen und aus der Dusche kommt kaum Wasser (selbst aus der Fußdusche vor dem Raum kommt deutlich mehr Wasser). Ebenfalls gibt es keine Steckdosen im Bad, weshalb man sich die Haare nur ohne Spiegel föhnen kann. Der Fernseher hat kein einziges Programm, auf dem nicht Thai gesprochen wird. Grundsätzlich gibt es viele hartnäckige Fliegen und Moskitos dort.

The staff was so helpful, and welcoming 🙏, great food by the beach.

The boat taxis , for a family of 4 , it 400 baht each way, at least 4-5 we had to change boat due to no fault of our own. The walk us roughly 45mins .

Nice quite relaxed location away from the party.

The breakfast and the beach was amazing! 10 m walking to the beach that is never crowded since you need a boat to get hrer from teh main pier whch most tourists dont do. Of you like quite and peace that is the place for you.

The massage place was closed and did not seem to be opening anytime soon. To get to the main part of teh island you need to take a long tail boat which is 100bath per person but runs whenever you want.

The amazing beachfront location and stunning view made up for everything that was not 4 star!

Breakfast and dinners was very good and value for money. Location amazing! We made use of the laundry service - very pricey compare to services in town.

Daily housekeeping of bathroom - poorly cleaned. No warm water and we were not informed of that

Beautiful place but not very clean

The resort had an amazing beach with the whitest sands. It was nice and quiet at night.

The room was not very clean. There were bugs all over furniture, in the bathroom and even in the bed! This wasn’t pleasant. The breakfast was not very good either, very bland and not a lot of variety. The bed was also not comfortable, a hard mattress.

Not recommend! Food poisoning from hotel restaurant! Bad service!

I got a really bad food poisoning after 1 meal at the hotel restaurant. I was not the only case. Was in the hospital for 2 days. No staff available at night, staff was unfriendly and didn’t care about the food poisoning caused by their restaurant. Facilities were old and dirty. hotel is overpriced!

Stay at another resort on Long Beach

The location

The staff were unfriendly from the moment we arrived. Everyone is miserable. The restaurant food was terrible and we were sick everyday for 4 days. You don’t get asked if you would like more drinks or anything. No atmosphere with any music or entertainment and closes early. The owner sits in the restaurant counting receipts and money the entire time with no interaction with visitors so not a good look at all. We paid for a beachfront villa only to have a huge tree blocking our whole view. The rooms are outdated and the outdoor bathroom was very ordinary. Extremely hot on the deck but the umbrella wouldn’t stay in position to provide shade. The lounge chairs were burning hot vinyl only adding to the discomfort of trying to lay somewhere outdoors as there’s only plastic chairs on the beach. There is zero desire from this owner to make the visitors stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. It’s all about his money he counts constantly!!! For the price we paid the whole experience was extremely disappointing. We absolutely would not return

Stunning beach location, larger room than expected. Regular room cleans and bedding changes. Great restaurant prices in the comparison to neighbours.

No full length mirror. One small half length mirror in the bathroom only, very inconvenient for two female guests. Breakfast til 10, is early for comparison to others on pp island.

Pleasant stay for a couple of days, nice diving nearby

Nice big room, and protected beach.

There weren't a *huge* array of food options at the restaurant, and to get to most other restaurants or other facilities you need to take a boat. This was also tricky because there weren't many on-site facilities. For example, the beach had very little shade and there were no other sitting areas outside the restaurant. The wifi was not very good; we were limited to 3 devices (which, given both I and my partner each had a phone and laptop, was insufficient), and it was quite slow. Mobile data in this area wasn't much better though.

Staff very nice and helpful. Cleanest place we have stayed at in Thailand. The beach in the front is great and at this time of the year we were nearly alone there!

Free transportation from the pier on arrival and departure day in good, but it’s only at set times which is not very convenient.

a very nice and quiet resort at long beach in phi phi island. if you’ve to go to the pier, you’ve to take a boat at 150/200 baht per person (one way), you can walk there too but you’ll have to trek for 20 minutes.

phi phi island is very very expensive. almost twice as expensive as Phuket.
