No good at all

We took one Seaview villa and one garden view for 2 nights. No bathtub for villa and inside the resort no swimming pool at all. When I asked about the swimming pool stuff told me in front of the resort open sea can swim there and have to climb up and down 160+ stairs up hill.

Great view, kind staff.

I liked staff, they were very kind (unlike at another hotel in PhiPhi they were very cold to us). Clean rooms, everyday made up the bed, filed water, tookout rubbish bin. They serve breakfast-you choose from the list (omelette, scrambled eggs, yoghurt, muesli, pancake). There is an amazing view. They arrange a longtail boat from and to ferry at check in and check out for free.

There is over 150 steps to hotel, but it’s okay if you are healthy and fit.

Nice location but could do with some cleaning and modernising.

Beautiful location and view over the sea. Welcome drink and cold towel on arrival. Staff were very helpful with luggage and booking boat taxis and tours. Breakfast was basic but okay.

The room itself was quite run down, no door to the bathroom and had a padlock to lock to main door. The towels did not smell clean at all and we weren’t given new ones during our stay. Lots of ants and a cockroach in the bathroom although we understand the jungle setting.

Paradijselijk mooi en fijn

Prachtige rustige locatie. Die trappen overleef je wel, je bagage wordt met een liftje omhoog gebracht. Opvallend is dat het restaurant op dinsdagavond gesloten is. Prima toch, beneden genoeg restaurants te vinden. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld kiezen uit het soort ei dat je bij je ontbijt wilt eten. Of yoghurt erbij, ze komen het allemaal bij je brengen. Handdoeken voor bij het strand kun je lenen. Vervoer per long-tail bootje van en naar resort is service van het resort. Ze organiseren het wel voor je. Aankomst bij pier Phi Phi is wel rommelig en druk. Maar resort regelt dat wel goed. Staf is voldoende op de hoogte van wat je allemaal kunt doen. Ze zijn allemaal lief en behulpzaam.

Trappen, tja het is wat het is, je krijgt er wel een fantastische locatie voor terug. O ja, kluisje kregen wij niet aan de praat, ondanks hulp van staf.

Les cabanes sont très vieilles et mal entretenues, la salle de bain est une horreur. il faut souligner qu'il n'y pas de piscine et la plage qui est en bas (150 escaliers plus bas) est petite et appartient presque à un autre hôtel. Je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel; ni Phi Phi island en fait.

Панорамный отель на Пхи-Пхи

Добрый день! Отличное местоположение с панорамным видом. Обещанная лестница наверх преодолевалась по-разному- иногда и легко, иногда прям совсем тяжело. К лестнице были готовы - здесь вопросов нет). Подъёмник для чемоданов и прочего - крут! С детьми и пожилым людям стоит выбирать другой вариант жилья. Заселили сразу же, как и в других отелях на Пхи- Пхи - приветственное освежающее лицевое полотенце и приятный напиток. В ресторане кормили вкусно: на завтрак надо было заполнить лист с выбранной едой, для ужина выбор в меню небольшой. Обратите внимание, что по четвергам ресторан не работает. В целом, всё ок.

Номер функциональный, достаточно большой, всё в принципе удобно - как в описании. Но по сути сколоченный из самых простых досок- назвал бы "барак с претензией на лофт)))". Неплохо бы освежить его. Видавших виды полотенца за три ночи ни разу не поменяли, пользоваться ими было не очень приятно из-за характерного запаха. Убирались, питьевую воду приносили как положено.

Tranquilo lejos del centro

vistas desde el restaurante, camas y almohada cómoda, estaba limpio, ducha con agua caliente, personal amable.

en mi opinión esta lejos del centro de Phi Phi, andando es demasiado ya que el camino es muy incomodo y complicado porque tienes que pasar por tramos poco accesibles y si quieres ir a cualquier lado tienes que coger long tail boat, que cuesta entre 100-150 baths por persona, dependiendo de la hora. Si que es cierto que es la mejor playa de PhiPhi, pero esta muy lejos de todo. El desayuno es muy limitado, no hay buffet. Solos sirven desayuno y cena, y la cena es hasta las 20.00h lo que te limita mucho, ya que si quieres cenar cerca del hotel y no irte en barco al centro te obliga a cenar en el hotel de al lado, que está bien, pero no es un precio barato que digamos. El personal es simpático y amable pero algunos no hablan mucho inglés y puede conllevar malentendidos.

Une vue imprenable, à couper le souffle !! Lit très confortable. Environnement très calme

Le tout un peu vieillissant qui mériterait un bon rafraîchissement et qui serait alors raccord avec le prix (aujourd'hui c'est clairement la vue que nous payons).

un petit coin de paradis avec un accueil très chaleureux

la vue dégagée sur la mer, les jardins calmes et sauvages meme s'il fallait monter beaucoup de marches, la position de l'hôtel le méritait

les parties peu entretenues dans le complexe : parties abandonnées, escaliers anciens non démontés, salles panoramiques fermées et pas entretenues l'absence de fauteuils sur la plage : il faut payer 100Bths par jour pour s'installer sur la plage

Quiet and beatiful hotel at the top of a hill

The staff is beyond amazing. So friendly and kind, they always go the extra mile to make you feel like you are at home. By far the best part of our stay. The hotel is located at the opposite end of the island from the harbor, so it's really quiet with some impressive views at the sea. If you don´t mind climbing some stairs (145), it´s totally worth it. The rooms are cozy if somewhat small, but we didn´t mind.

It isn´t that big of a deal, but the rooms feel kind of old and could use some maintenance and/or improvements. It might be hard to do so because of the pandemic, but I like to think that they will do something about it once they are back at their 100%!

Idyllique

C’est ma deuxième fois dans cette établissement, le cadre est plus que beau, le calme est apaisant, le personnel est au petits soin, quand je souhaitais une autre chambre pour avoir une encore meilleure vue, contre un tout petit supplément j’ai bénéficier d’un cadre magnifique! Le restaurant est très bon et le petit déjeuner est servis à l’assiette !

La centaine de marches pour arriver à l’hôtel mais la vue nous fait tout oublié

Классный вид, обычная кухня, неплохой завтрак, для трех звезд даже здорово. Но локация неудобная.

Безумно крутой вид, надо брать номер с видом на море и будет отличный пейзаж за панорамными стеклами, классный балкон для сансета и прочее. Хороший маленький пляж внизу

Очень неудобно добираться от тауна, либо пешком вдоль пляжа (лучше в отлив) либо пешком по горной дороге без освещения (опасно ночью и идти час), либо на лодке (дороговато от 100 до 150 бат за человека в один конец)

The bed was comfortable and view was nice

When I got to the room there were stains on the mattress. On top of that I was never told about the walk from the pier to the hotel which was incredibly dangerous since I did it at night because there were no taxis. When I told the staff about this they just told me I should’ve asked and that it’s my fault even though they told me it was an easy 40 min walk. In general the staff were very hostile to any complaint or discomfort. On top of all of that there was no hot water

Ok for who want to relax in quite place.

Just ok for couple who want to chill in room and beach, market is far and need boat taxi which frustrating in low tide and high tide time specially in june to October. In hotel there is no facility like pool and restaurant is also limited. The biggest problem is the commute from hotel to central place every time you need to pay 100-400 bath per person for one way. Even hotel staff told that they will help you out for boat taxi later they said come by walk which is 45 min, strictly Not recommended, try to book in central phi phi or come back to hotel as soon as possible.

Cozy, beautiful and away from the center.

The staff was super nice helpfull! The view was good and the beds were clean and comfy. The location made the stay special, away from the center and the nightlife and in the jungle high above the sea, the stairs were no problem, thay have a lift for the bags and it shouldnt be hard for anyone to get up some stairs, the view is also worth it. Long beach is beutifull and very nice and quiet but it lacks good restaurants and stores, but it’s easy to take a taxi boat to the town for 100baht per person in the day and 150 in the night. The breakfast was great and the dinner was also lovely.

There is some difference between rooms, some of them are nicer than the others(I think they are renovating them), we did not like our first room but the staff was super helpful and found new room for us that we felt comfortable.

Exceptional

The view was amazing! Moreover the resort is not directly in the center of the island. It was really calm and our beach was not crowded with people.

If you don't like long walks or if you don't like to depend on a boat, it is maybe not the best choice for you.

Superb

The long beach is just perfect, beautiful for swimming and snorkeling just from the shore. We really liked the room with the balcony, very comfy large bed, spacious bathroom. Beautiful terrace where they serve breakfast. The staff brought our luggage from taxi boat to our room, which was very convenient. Also taxi boat from and to Tonsai pier was complimentary.

The stairs are manageble for people in good health condition, I would say the same as going up to the the third floor. Wouldnt recommend it to those who struggle with walking or have breathing problems. The reception staff was quite unfriendly, we always felt like were bothering them with a question. When one of our group struggled with bad stomach sickness they were not helpful at all and did not care, the just told us to go to pharmacy which is in the town (quite far from the hotel). Other staff besides the people at the reception were really nice and friendly. The hotel restaurant closes at 8 PM for dinner, which was very early for us but you can find few other restaurants on the beach. (Do not recommend Paradise resort, that is where we got the stomach sickness).

Exceptional

This is the second time I'm in Phi Phi and both times I stayed in this hotel. The view is stunning, the garden is beautiful up the hillside. The room had fantastic view to rhe sea and islands. The bed is very comfortable, breakfast is good and the staff is very attentive and helpful. I'm glad I returned here again. It was quieter than the center of Phi Phi that we appreciated as we could sleep perfectly well. The hotel organised the boat+bus trip to the airport which was not only very helpful but also cost saving for us. I do recommend the hotel!

The stairs, too many stairs to go up to reach the hotel from the beach…it was a nightmare, should have been mentioned before we booked. i wont be going there anymore just cause of that.
