Very nice and clean apartment for a couple. Nice location if you want to stay in the countryside and nicely located right at the border of riserva del Conero, basically all destinations are within 15 minutes drive. We haven't tried it but I think there is an agriturismo as part of the complex, so that's nice.
The entrance door is a glass door and with only a little see-through curtain there is not a lot of privacy in the kitchen/living area. From outside you can see inside.
If the guests in the neighboring apartment stay up late on the tables outside their door you may have some noise until late. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

We stayed for just one night en route to Gargano. The apartment was nice, clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly. We received some fresh fruit from the garden.
We would definitely return and stay for a longer period.
There was nothing to complain about.

Ideal place to spend quiet and safe vacation in this pandemic time. Host and whole family were warm, kind and helpful. Spacious, fully equiped appartament, view with olive trees and vegetable garden. No rural smells.

- the kindness of the owner: she gave us fresh fruits from their field
- they provided the electric cable for our EV, so we cod charge from our apartment
- spacious flat
- the anti mosquitos net: you'll be thankful to have that!
- the Place Is shared with another homeowner that didn't restructured the house for a long time, it is like a construction site
- this above neighbor shout in a very bad manner at his phone, not very relaxing
- inside the house there was a hanging cable, the owner said that there was no current in there, but you never know (and we were there with a 1 year old daughter)
- there were no instructions at all from the owner: where to go, how to book the beaches (yes, you have to book your umbrella and sunbed since anticovid rules are very strict)
- there were no garbage bins around, but the owner told us to left it in the apartment when we left (we.kept our garbage for five days)
- the shower was stuck and a piece of the shower sink was missing
- we paid the breakfast even though, because of covid it cannot be served, instead we prepackaged Nutella, jam and biscuits: surely not for the value of what we've paid
- the patio was not cleaned so our daughter was covered with dust when she crawled outside
- the outside chairs they were definitely end of life, I was expecting to fall on my butt in any moment

The guest house contains 4 apartments. The apartment offered on booking.com is the nicest one, as it has a view over the fields and nearby valley. The apartment was large and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and central air conditioning. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. The apartment is very functional and also provides an outdoor dining table. The hostess is very warm and friendly. She did not speak English, and we do not speak Italian, but this was never a problem.
The apartment price is listed as “including breakfast”. It is not really correct, as it refers to breakfast provisions only (milk, biscuits, marmalade and coffee). The hostess also offered us fresh fruits when she realized that we were a bit disappointed... This was very much appreciated!
This farm has many dogs, which could be challenging for guest who are afraid of dogs.
