This superb property rests on the outskirts of Barrow-in-Furness sleeps up to 10 people in five bedrooms.
Villa Marina is a superb property resting on the coastline, near Barrow-in-Furness. It comes with five bedrooms, comprising a king-size double with an en-suite, a twin bedroom with an en-suite, a king-size double, a twin and a ground-floor double, together sleeping up to 10 people. There is a family bathroom with a shower over bath, basin and WC, and a ground-floor shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, as well as a utility, a sitting room with an open fire and a first-floor sitting room. Outside, there is a large garden area with a lawn area, a decked area and a sitting area. Villa Marina is an impressive base for a friends and family gathering to this part of England.
Amenities: Gas central heating and open fire. Gas AGA, oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, TV and WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot provided. Ample off-road parking and secure bike storage. Garden with lawn area, patio area with hot tub, table and chairs and decked area. Sorry, no smoking. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Pub within 0.6 mile, shop within 3.8 mile. The property is in an ideal and unique position to take advantage of the shared (with the property next door) launching slipway directly from the property, which is great for those who enjoy water sports, sailing, windsurfing or kayaking.
There is also a sailing club on the island where guests can visit and use the facilities as day members. Guests who bring their own equipment such as boats, kayaks, windsurfers can store safely on private car parking area on the property
