posizione top , praticamente a portata di tutto . gestore top, ha soddisfatto tempestivamente ogni mia richiesta . appartamento confortevole silenzioso , nonostante fosse in pieno centro . consiglio vivamente

mi sono trovato benissimo e se un giorno tornerò a Lisbona sicuramente riconnetterò la struttura, se devo trovare il pelo nell'uovo , metterei una ventola di areazione in bagno, perché ne era sprovvisto e non c'era la finestra

Foarte bun din punct de vedere al locatiei. Proprietarul foarte amabil

Locația unde se afla.

Baia și canapeaua murdara din leasing. Nu se putea lasa geamul deschis in timpul zilei din cauza mirosului de mâncare de la restaurantele de la parter

Superb

Excellent location, shops around the place. Comfortable traveling. Appartent has an AC in every room. Comfy bed. Good sound isolation most of the time at nights. A lot of place for storage. Good and friendly host (Ricardo). The place had seperate storage room which was offered by host for free when our flight was at the evening and we had to chek-out from the appartment in the day.

Dishes we're a bit dirty when we arrived. There we're no basic spices in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar).

Nicely appointed and very handy to everything.

Not having the Owner? there when I arrived as on Booking.com. In fact he was not in Lisbon. Had the code but couldn’t get in. No one mentioned you needed to throw your whole body weight into the door. Also a smelly liquid coming up through the kitchen sink one morning when an upper floor was maybe using a dishwasher or shower. Also not having a shuttle as advised on Booking.com

Pleasant

Location was fab! Almost everything within easy reach. Key was left in the door so we could just let ourselves in, host left clear instructions and responded to my questions about travel, buses etc The balcony was a lovely addition and we had a view of the santa just elevator. Lovely authentic building.

The noise was constant unfortunately but as you would expect in a beautiful old building. The shower was very small and the stairs were a lot (4th floor) after a long day's walking around the city. Very small bed and not very clean. Drain smell was present.

perfect place to stay if you are a large family or group

Location is very good. Close to everything. Very spacious. landord is very helpful. The terrace is nice

the couch in the living room might need chemical cleaning.

Excellent location and spacious apartment

Central location within walking distance from many restaurants and shops. Close to buses and easy to catch taxi. Very large apartment with full kitchen and comfy bed. Owner is extremely helpful and I was happy to meet him one day. He assisted me in calling and reserving a taxi for 5 Am for me to get to the airport for an early flight.

The bathroom shower was difficult because water went all over bathroom floor!

Wonderful intro to Lisbon.

The host is such a lovely human and his communication about early check in was much appreciated. He opened up early for us and even helped carry the luggage up the stairs. The apartment is in a beautiful and central area and the street it is located in has such a vibe. The apartment is perfectly quiet inside.

We were on the top floor so it was quite a walk up the stairs each time we got home, but the beautiful old stairs actually make it a more authentic experience. There are apartments on lower levels so if you are not able to walk up all the stairs I recommend chatting to the host and I'm sure he will make a plan.

Superb

The location could not be beat for central access to Lisbon. Restauradores was just a few paces away for Metro, Gloria funicular, and many city and tour buses. The apartment itself was perfect for a short stay as a traveling person or couple. The host Ricardo was amazing and very communicative and helpful with lugging the bags up to the top floor. He offered suggestions on top Lisbon sights to see, also he is a fluent English speaker.

Stairs - for anyone with mobility issues, know that you will have to climb many stairs to get to your apartment. Our Bathroom -unfortunately not in good shape, particularly in the shower where the walls were cracked open and there was active mold growth. Some fixtures were loose as well ( tap, toilet, towel rack). Its small size would be a tight fit for a wide person.

Superb

Fantastic location. Appartment had everything you need with some character features too. Double glazing helped cut noise from the many nearby restaurants. Didn't meet the host but he kept in touch and responded to queries straight away.

Not a major problem for us ss we travelled light but top floor apartment not for the faint-hearted with lots of luggage.

Very good

Location is the best, very close to everything and very central. Even though I didn't see the person to hand me the keys, the check in and check out was seamless and nice. Everything was as advertised. Thank you Ricardo.

I stayed in apartment #102. Few things to look after to make it perfect 10/10: bathroom door handle was loose, toilet seat lid was loose, toilet sink tap loose, drawer underneath bed was with two ripped pillows. None of the above disturbed my experience as I was traveling alone and only went to sleep and shower.

super central, convenient to be reached and access. The host was very quick in response and when we asked additional towel and to fix something he was very quick in response i would definitely suggest and reccomend to try

The location was spot on which made up for the other things which we were not happy with.

Location was amazing.

TV not working, disappointed with the view. Not enough towels ( only 1 small bath towel each ) even for 3 nights, we are late 60s and had to climb 3 floors wish I had mentioned this when I booked.

All around disappointment except for location. Will not return.

Location / owner communication

Appartment very small and very uncomfortable. Pillows are extremely small and thin. Bathroom was dark and shower was leaking (there's no door so water goes everywhere) and mildew issues. In our Appartment the wifi didn't work and I never figured out the tv. Kitchenette was very small to say the least. Many light fixtures were hanging from the wall and there was even water leakage damage on a wall.

For the price a very good alternative in the heart of Lisboa

The apartment was in general nice and in an old building with high ceilings, several rooms, an own terrace, double doors, kitchen, 2 bedrooms

As the bathrooms have no air circulation it wasn't that comfortable with all the humidity/smell.

We arrived late after 1.00 AM due to plane. The Appartment was not ready for us . There were no sheets, no towels for the children, and the floors were very dirty. My husband had to go and kindly ask for sheets in the nearest hotel. The manager replied to my message only at 11.30 am the day after. In the meantime we have decided not to stay despite the fact that he said “now everything is fixed”. I trusty and honestly believe that we should get reimbursed for the 2 nights we have spend on this place , but no answer and no gesture so far.

It was great apartment to stay in the center of the city, but it was uncomfortable to arrive because of the construction around here. Apartment was clean, cozy and safe as well as staff was nice to us.

No elevator so I had to walk up all stairs to the 4th floor.
