Enjoyable but not perfect.

Location, cleanliness and space.

View. Looking at concrete buildings. Lots of loud music, coming from other building, in the early hours of the morning.

Really great apartment and perfect location

Apartment was really spacious and have everything you need and more. Staff was really helpful. Access to laundry area was really helpful. Location is topnotch.

Since we had to open the windows to have some air circulation and a bit of fresh air at night (otherwise it would be hot), we heard quite some noise coming from the street. Since we are also in the ground floor next to the entrance area, we could hear people clearly from the room. Some mornings they (other guests maybe) were loud and woke us up.

Lovely apartment, very clean, great facilities and very spacious. Great value for for money

Great apartment, very comfortable and clean. Good price considering Luzern and Switzerland is very expensive and a kitchen is a must due to the high prices of eating out. Great experience and I recommend it.

Perfect location. Laundry machines were a plus! Staff was friendly. Very clean. Over-all, great stay.

Alittle noisy with cars/trucks. A particular neighbor in other building playing music loud into the early morning hours.

Wonderful people running the apartments, perfect location and functional yet small room.

Greeted warmly and helped us with luggage. Very accommodating. Walking distance to everything - perfect location! Kitchen was well equipped and functional. Absolutely spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Wonderful stay!

Only one thing…Although functional, it is a very small room with a side, small well stocked kitchen. You eat at a small desk beside the bed. We were not in our room much so it was not a problem but very tight quarters.

Amazing!

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The whole building was also very very clean! The beds were confortable and a very nice size bathroom. Kitchen was also good with many appliances. We were travelling with our baby daughter and they provided us with a free cot and some towels for her as well. Christian, Valentina and Patricia were amazing, giving us recommendations and being super friendly. Location was great as well, you walk for like 5 min and you were near the city center. Highly recommended this apartment!

Very good

location was great.

The apartment was very small and the shower over the bath quite unsuitable and awkward. When we booked you couldn’t see which apartment you were getting. We would never book a bathroom without a walk in shower so were disappointed there was such a difference between the bathrooms. Also there was way too much unrequired bulky furniture for the small space and therefore no room to put suitcases. A toaster and cutting board would have been helpful too. All small things but would have made a big difference to our stay.

Great place in a wonderful city

Awesome location, great hospitality and welcoming attitude of the host.

Cleaning should be more regular. Having pair of fresh towels and toiletries would be a welcoming change.

Fabulous studio in great location

Fabulous clean and well equipped studio apartment, in great location with easy walk to train station, bus and boat terminals. Studio had all we needed for a comfortable short stay and it was great to have access to washing facilities. Christian and Patricia were wonderful kind and helpful hosts, very quick to provide support.

Everything was perfect - the location, the clean and spacious room, and, of course, the friendly host! Patricia is a great and lovely host -she gave us a lot of useful information and advice on what to visit, and answered all of our questions. Great to be received with such a warm welcome. We definitely recommend this place and we would be very happy to go there again! :)

Comfortable, convenient and friendly accommodation

After traveling for one week staying at hotels, we were glad that we booked this apartment in Luzern. The managers Christian and Patrizia provided warm welcome with new year card and a nice bottle of sparkling!! The apartment has excellent location, close to old town and train station. Also, it gave us opportunity to wash a few clothes, and cooked breakfast a few times. It provided free public transport card. Overall we had a very comfortable few nights celebrating the New Year in Luzern.

Definitely the best choice for the first visit to Lucerne. Cost-appropriate property.

The host, Christian, was exceptional. The property was brilliant, with a stock of cooking supplies and essentials in the apartment. The location was very nearby Lake Lucerne, the train station and City Centre. Shoppes, souvenirs and transportation nearby. The visitor card received provided free wifi and local bus transport if one wanted to avail of this.

Nothing of note. Everything met and or exceeded expectations.

Great accomodation in beautiful Luzern

Very close to all sights, the lake, boats and railway station. It is an easy walking to reach anything on foot. I had stayed in Appartement Hofquariter 2 years ago. I had benn absolutely satisfied then that is why I returned again. This time I had a different appartman but it was perfect to. The appartman was a bit closer to the street and was a bit noisier then the one I had stayed earlier. I am an extremely light sleeper so I kept the windows closed at night as well. The weather was very hot, but luckily there was a fan so it was not a problem. If Luzern then Appartement Hofquartier is to stay for me.

The hosts were absolutely fantastic, very helpful and friendly!!! Great location close to the train station, piers, restaurants and shopping. The kitchenette with refrigerator and freezer was a bonus. Highly recommended!!!

Comfortable, spacious unit just outside the city center (short scenic walk there) run by warm staff who take amazing car

Very comfortable and spacious one bedroom just outside the tourist center of Lucerne. Run by a wonderful family and staff, the owner personally brought me a missing chopping board and shared his family’s favorite (and more affordable) nearby Italian restaurant Caravelle away from the main tourist strip. I truly felt taken care of. Unit was near a grocery store and the Lion monument of Lucerne, and a scenic 10-15 minute walk to the train station and city center. Easy to commute to a nearby city with this property. Large living room, working kitchen, comfortable toilet and shower. Amazing experience. Also near great restaurants outside the tourist center like the famous Old Swiss Inn.

The only thing that could be better is if it was right in the middle of the tourist area and across the river from the train station, with a view, but then it would be three times more expensive and not near a normal grocery.

we got a room upgrade thanks to the management team, it was a lovely room, very spacious, clean and well-equipped with kitchenwares and everything we needed to cook our own meal.
