Basico para sobrevivir en Lucerna.

La ubicación cercana a la estacion de tren. El sistema de entrada era sencillo. Ascensor para acceder a los pisos.

La habitación estaba muy sucia. Solo nos dejaron un rollo de papel del wc para todos los dias. Muchísimo ruido por las noches hasta altas horas que no dejaban descansar. Olor a comida del bar en toda la escalera. Personal poco agradable. No tenia cafetera cuando nos dijeron que si que habia. Ruido de la nevera. Las almohadas incomodísimas.

Gut für ein, zwei Nächte zum schlafen.

In der City.

Lärm vom Restaurant, dies müsste meiner Meinung nach klar ins Profil des Anbieters. Es ist laut bis 23/24Uhr. Die Fenster sind nur zweifach verglast. Je höher gewohnt wird, desto weniger lärmig ist es.

Quaint Old Town studio

The location was amazing right in Old Town and easy walking distance from the train station. It's right above a Gausthaus with outside tables that servers good food and beer.

The Gausthaus can be a bit noisy if you are not a late night person and the electronic locks were confusing until you got used to them. They could use a video demo to show how they work. These tired travellers took 15 minutes to open the door the first time, and I'm an IT guy. Room was pretty small too but that's in the description.

Für meine Bedürfnisse (1 Woche Fasnacht) war das Zimmer ausreichen. Ich würde aufgrund des sehr schlechten Preis-Leistun

Die Unterkunft habe ich aufgrund der Lage gewählt. Diese ist perfekt. Sehr nahe am Franziskanerplatz und man ist schnell in der Altstadt.

Leider hatte das Zimmer einige Mängel. Die eine Store konnte man nur halb schliessen, beim WC-Spülkasten lief ununterbrochen Wasser (dieser zog dann auch Wasser), das einzige Licht im Bad besteht aus zwei kleinen runden Lampen am Spiegelschrankt (der Strom im Bad funktionierte teilweise nicht, also auch kein Licht), das Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkocher trotz Nachfrage vor dem Aufenthalt (dieser wurde dann ca. 24h später gebracht), im Kleiderschrank war noch ein Sack des vorherigen Gastes…. Der kleine Kühlschrank machte sehr lauft und eines Morgen war plötzlich der Boden nass unter dem Kühlschrank, keine Ahnung woher. Es gibt zwar einen Waschturm, dieser befindet sich jedoch im Flur und nicht wie angegeben im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist extrem ringhörig… man hörte alles, egal ob von draussen (Putzmaschiene, sprechende Leute, Guggenmusik, Musikboxen, einfach alles) oder vom Treppenhaus. Die Sauberkeit war ok (im Bad war aber z.B. der Spiegelschrank verspritzt).

Memorable and beautiful city of Lucern

Great location and clean place.

The curtain in the small shower is not sanitary. My recommendation is to put a glass enclosure as I found in most hotels I stayed in Europe.

Dissatisfied with the entire property but location is great 👍

Excellent location in the old quarter. 10 minutes walk from the main railway station in Luzern. The photos' provided on booking.com very deceiving (the reason I booked) I got Apartment 44 - totally rubbish !!!! I sincerely request booking.com contracting Manager's to check these photos' prior to publishing. Please do not publish photos' which are nowhere close to the actual accommodation provided by the property. I also received a email from the property by someone called Benjamin...no-one knew who he was not even the restaurant at the basement. no email can be sent this address as well. I humbly request booking.com to double check rouge apartments such as these. Only plus is the location is good.

1. Room was not ready even we check in at night. No fresh towels available, bed wasn't make and rubbish not cleared after previous guest left. 2. Toilet also dirty, smelly and a lots of insect 3. Quite noisy at night as there is bar and restaurant below 4. Elevator to 2nd floor not functioning and our unit was located on 2nd floor. Wasn't being inform earlier by management 5. Not recommended for family with small child as the surrounding noisy at night

Only plus point is it’s central location

1. Extremely uncomfortable room with lot of outside noise late in the night and very early in the morning. No air conditioner, the fan was too small for the room. They should consider investing in a tall tower fan considering how hot it gets in summer 2. Bathroom had cockroaches and toiletries were empty - see pictures 3. Elevator wasn’t working; we had to carry our luggage manually. 4. Kitchen wasn’t as shown in the pictures. It was given out to a restaurant.we had to sleep hungry as we came in late relying on the kitchen. 5. Dryer was not working. We had to carry wet clothes to our next destination. This was unbelievable!!! Overall worst stay ever.

There was no Hotel name mentioned anywhere on the Building and no instructions on how to open the door. I have to call on the provided number to solve the riddle. These are rooms in apartments where other people are also living, not a hotel.

+ The location is very good. Close to the train station and attractions. + Very easy check-in and check-out. + Good price for what you get in Switzerland + Room is clean

- Not so quiet at night, due to the bars and restaurants nearby. Better to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise. - The fridge in the room is also noise. But you can turn it off.

Recommended for short, inexpensive stays of 1-3 nights.

1. Excellent location - just 7 minutes walk from the train station. We walked there with two heavy suitcases and 2 cabin-size bags without any problems. 2. Easy to find, easy self-check-in. 3. An elevator to help us carry our heavy luggage up to the 2nd floor. 4. Cleanliness was good. Everything smelt clean and fresh, bathroom had been well scrubbed, sheets, blankets, and towels were freshly laundered. 5. Good shower in the bathroom. 6. The room is small, but there was a wardrobe with sufficient space to hang clothes and put away our suitcases. 7. The broad window sill in the bedroom and the bathroom gave us a little bit of space to put some small personal items. 8. Sebastian was constantly in touch with us to keep u informed about the room.

1. There was absolutely NOTHING in the room in terms of amenities. No tea/coffee maker, no hot water kettle, no cups/plates/spoons/forks. There was only one glass for drinking water. 2. The room overlooks a nice little square with pubs and restaurants, so it can get noisy at night. We were there on a Saturday, and there was LOUD thumping music and partying noises from somewhere across the square - it went on until 1.30 am! (But Sunday night was relatively quieter).

We don’t recommand this hotel unless you only care about the location.

The location is near many tourist attractions.

Our electronic key is not working so we can’t lock our room and No reception here so we can’t find any staff to solve the problem. The bed looks terribly not clean. The room is very small and doesn’t fit the size shown on the booking .com website.

the location was excellent.

there was an air of disrepair. The exhaust fan in the bathroom ran continuously and noisily. we had to screw the shower rose tightly to stop it spraying indiscriminately. we had to tighten the handle on a cooking pot. A microwave would have been more useful than the small stove that was right next to the sink.

The location is great! The room (included two separate bedrooms and toilet/shower) was specious enough. Although it is an old building there was an elevator available (however, we had only one key and needed to use the elevator all together which was quite difficult as a family of five).

The furniture in the room is quite old. Most importantly, one of the doublebeds' frame was broken down so we couldn't have a comfortable sleep.
