Really enjoyed our stay in Zante Town, in this well situated and equipped studio. Thanks George.

George the host, was super friendly and very knowledgable of the island and places to see. Location of the studio was great! Just a few minutes walk to the center of town and the port. Lots of restaurants and shops and even a Carrefour Express for groceries. The studio was lovely, with two terraces, one with a nice little splash pool for our private use. Super comfy bed and a quiet and efficient air conditioner. Couldn't ask for more.

If you're a over 6 ft tall, you'll have to watch your head as the ceiling beams are a bit low in some places. Not a problem though.

Our stay was lovely due the amazing studio and thanks to the amazing host!

The property was well furnished, clean, had everything you would need and more, plus the location was great. The host, George, was really helpful and did everything to make our trip better. When we come to Zakynthos again we will absolutely stay here again!

Very good

The location of the apparent was brilliant. And the views from the balcony was amazing. The first impression of the member of staff was excellent

There is so many light switches . 13 for 1 room + a bathroom it was so confusing as most of the switches didn't appear to do anything. The shower cubicle leaked when you have a shower the roof leaks when it rains so there is a small puddle of water as you walk in to the apparent. There wasn't any heating that I could find so it was a bit cold at night .

Exceeded my expectations and I would happily return again

Top floor apartment, very spacious, huge bathroom, balcony and access to a roof terrace. Fully equipped kitchen and stocked fridge to make breakfast. I travelled alone and the host went above and beyond to answer my questions, provide recommendations and design a itinerary that suited my preferences.

Great stay and great host

Clean spacious room with a very helpful and friendly host. George had filled the fridge with fresh fruit and everything we needed for breakfast. He also insisted to help us confirm information about our ferry. Thanks George! The studio is walking distance from the centre and harbor, with many restaurants around the corner. The location is also great as a base to explore the rest of the island.

Booking.com got the address slightly wrong. The right address is Louka Karrer 16, about 150m further up the street. Not a big deal though.

Great location, great view, great stay

The location was great. a few minutes by foot from the center, easily accessible by car and parking was available in the main street or in a small public parking nearby (3 minutes walk). The room was big, and had all the amenities you'd need even for cooking (not used though) George, the host, was really great and very helpful. Gave us great tips on what to visit and what to skip (mostly spot on :)). He had filled the refrigerator with a lot of fruits and extra stuff for breakfast. Really nice touch and appreciated. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. Air conditioning was powerful enough to cool the room in less than a minute. The bed was big and comfortable enough for a 5 day stay. The cherry on top was the big balcony/veranda and the private pool on top of it. Really nice view of the bay. They offered daily cleaning and change of towels every 3 days.

The cleaning left a bit of bitter taste to us, since we had an ant problem. True that you can find them everywhere in these regions, but some disinfection before we came would have been really appreciated. Plus cleaning wasn't done really well on occasions. Only 0.5 points to be removed (Booking permitting) for this though, the rest was really great. I definitely recommend the stay. Not the cheapest place, but definitely worth the money.

Perfect one

Well, everything was AWSOME. At first, I wanted a hotel room, but after I saw this appartment with all the facilities…wow it was perfect. The host, George, was very very careful and polite. He told us the perfect tour to visit the island, so it resulted in a PERFECT TRIP. Thank you, George!

Sincerely, it was a perfect, even for the most pretentious ones. I have nothing bad to say about this apartment, at this price!!!

Lovely studio ideally located in Zante Town with a helpful and friendly host

Studio was well stocked with everything needed to make breakfast, excellent location across the road from the beach and couple of minutes to the shops and restaurants. Rooftop pool was an added bonus.

Good palce to stay

The room is very new and looks much better than the pictures showed on booking! The owner is friendly and helpful, he provided us many foods and drinks. Also the view on the balcony is fantastic, we can see mountain view and sea there. The room is valuable and I highly recommend it!

The pots and pans are not very clean. If you want to cook by yourself, it is not convenient.

Roof top apartment

Great location. Right next to resraurants, bars and shopping. Excellent host! He helped us with everything we needed. Apartment was spacious and really clean. Kitchen had everything you ever need. Great view from terrace. Pool was great!
