Prachtig appartement.

Prachtig appartement. Licht en super schoon. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Lekkere bedden en een heerlijke zitbank. Auto in parkeergarage dus super veilig, maar op straat ook parkeer gelegenheid genoeg. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar Alicante.

El apartamento era exactamente como en las fotos, teñí aire acondicionado muy necesario para la época que fuimos. Estaba muy limpio, olía muy bien todo y estaba genial. destacaría lo amable que fue la responsable dejándonos entrar antes, acelerando el proceso de limpieza del piso y todo. muy atenta.

Very good

The property is very well located, just 5 minutes walking from the beach.. Very quiet residential neighborhood. Very nice swimming pool.

Two suggestions for further improvement: For those who want to prepare their own meals (like us) the kitchen is poorly equipped. The sofa shows signs of deterioration and is not comfortable.

really helpful host, easy to reach, available at all times, good public transport nearby, good roadnetwork around

the sound isolation in the house is close to zero, the apartment smelt bad, like someone was smoking earlier in there, the cleaning was not the best, the equipment is very basic, the pictures are from many years ago, it is a used place deserves a much lower rating, the neighbourhood is full of constructions - not like a holiday resort area, no proper shops and restaurants in walking distance

Beautiful apartment and amazing host

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed (even tablets for using the dishwasher and washing machine). The host is the most amazing host we've ever met. Was very helpful from the beginning, her response time was very fast and she helped us with ordering a taxi. The apartment is located close to the beach and tram station. With the tram you can get to Alicante in less than 30mins. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Overall Pasable, probably because we were in low season.

The smell was kind of unpleasant. I dont know if they just painted or something, but I got some headache from the smell. The parking garage is nice, but you have to enter and exit carefully.

Try to avoid this apartment. Remember: very dark, no internet, located on a hill.

To be honest - nothing. The only(!!!) advantage of this apartment is location. Its only 5 minutes from a beach. But note, house is staying on the hill. If you are not young and not in a good fit - it would be a nightmare to get to the apartment.

Everything. Just a short list of items: 1. Host confirmed booking and how to collect keys only prior 24h of arrival (!!!!). And only after I pushed booking service to connect with a host 2. do not check pictures! They are not real and processed by Photoshop. Apartment is old. Everything is old. 3. Apartment is very very very dark! 4. Air conditioning is only in the living room. No conditioning in bedrooms. 5. Intenet!!!!! Its not working at all. Though there is a wifi. Only my laptop (that has the most powerful wifi adaptor) was able to connect to wifi constantly. All other devices connected to WIFI only from one point in the apartment - near the TV 6. no grocery stores nearby 7. No soap in the bathroom 8. No sugar and salt in the kitchen I can continue this list for a long time :(

short term trip maybe ok - no long term recommendation

Good things: the communication was very good. They almost responded to all requests quickly. The apartment was very spacious. Close to the beach and train/ bus stations but around not much to see/ to do. We used e-scooters to go to el Campello Centro.

Things to improve: the WiFi was unreliable so if you plan to work from here and have video calls, keep in mind you have to use a coworking space. Unfortunately the wash machine didn’t work so one reason we booked this place and they didn’t repaired them the 1,5 week we were staying there so we washed them in a salon. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Under the shower. Also the kitchen equipment is very basic. Not even a knife to cut vegetables. All in all the apartment feels no one really ever lived in it or spend much thoughts about utilities or comfort. The pictures are nicely edited and not really what you find in the flats. We were disappointed and won’t come back. Maybe we just had the wrong apartment as they seem to be a bigger chain and average recommendations were good. So keep that in mind.

Nice, new appartment near beach and Tram station. The kitchen was modern and well equipped.

The person who came to bring the keys was nice

Work in the building and in front of the building! The sea view, in fact, is a view of a new building under construction. The photos are misleading and do not reflect reality! The chairs were wobbly, the corkscrew broken. Impossible to put a table outside to eat there. The bathroom is so small that it is difficult to close the door when you are there (and I have a normal size and slim!) ! Impossible to rest, dust from construction everywhere, noise from construction, sometimes it was hard to talk to each other, The swimming pool was not particularly clean, it did not make you want to go there, sad environment..... we had to cut our vacation short. We only received a message of apology for all the inconvenience from the man who gave us the keys, he told us that we would surely have compensation but nothing at all!

Limited kitchen utensils Only one very large pot William corrected this but guests should not have to ask No undersheets on bed Garage parking very tricky and security gate stayed open all night on last night No ledge in shower for soap shampoo. Nice flat, close to the beach, kitchen well equipped. Easy check in and check out.

There is only one air conditioner in the flat. There are fans in the bedrooms, but if it is a really hot day, fans might not be enough.

Location perfect for Muchavista beach. Stylish apartment. Good shower. Kitchen well laid out.

Sink needs a plug or bowl to do washing up (there is a dishwasher though)
