My balcony overlooked the rice fields. Room was well presented.
Breakfast was ordinary. No clean glasses given on room clean. No do not disturb sign..
4.2
The view of the trees and fields from the hotel. The gorgeous sunny evenings on a comfy lounger by the pool, and the size of our Villa was great.
A little more choice on the restaurant evening menu.

lovely hotel, lovely pool , beautiful location. Staff were excellent.
hotel need a little maintenance.

The staff were the highlight for us, they were just so friendly and helpful and really made our stay so comfortable.
We also took yoga class in the morning with Lisa. She is a great yoga teacher and we would highly recommend her.
The food was great, for breakfast we love the fruit bowl and they also add a little something extra to the breakfast each morning by way of a little starter which is a nice treat.
The facilities were great, the pool is big for swimming and overlooking the Paddy fields, the view is fantastic.
Our room was beautiful, cleaned every day and the shower had warm water each day.
This hotel is in a lovely quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud centre, yet you can walk into town or get the shuttle bus.
We would very much recommend staying here if this is the type of holiday you like.
Thank you,
Karen and Ed

Great property until the rain came and almost flooded out our rooms but it doesn’t always rain that heavy so you put up with it for a couple of days.
Pool area was great and breakfast included in the price was great
Just a little bit out of the main area if you like walking but short car ride otherwise
4.2
Breakfast was fabulous, any request was catered for.
I would ask for a room overlooking the rice fields away from the road. Traffic can be quite busy.

The property was beautiful and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

The atmosphere was amazing with super kind and helpful staff. We loved our room, equipped with a fridge and fresh complimentary water everyday. The pool area was great, with a good and peaceful view. We booked a scooter through the hotel and the process was super easy.
The breakfast was okay.

cute hotel especially the top floor rooms in the front. staff was super nice and breakfast good

everything, clean, peaceful, incredible place

Friendly staff, tasty and balanced breakfast, quiet neighborhood and comfortable shared areas.
Washroom, particularly the shower head and sink area can benefit from an upgrade.

The view was nice and the bed was comfortable. Norman was very helpful and was kind enough to move us to a room with a better view, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we are thankful to the staff who looked after us.
You can see the effects of the pandemic on this place as it still needs some work, but it’s seems they have done their best to try and get it ready to re-open.
A few suggestions would be to tend to gardens a bit more, mowing the grass and pulling the weeds would go a long way. A lot of the furniture and cushions need replacing or cleaning. The music playing throughout the property from 7am-11pm was pretty disturbing to the natural peace and tranquility, especially since it was the same (pop music and piano ballads) songs on repeat. Maybe some soft traditional Balinese music might be better suited to the setting. When we asked if they could turn the music down a little because we could hear it in our room they did. 👍🏽

the pool was great, the staff was super
welcoming, the restaurant had a beautiful view.

The place is in a lovely location that is still somewhat typical Ubud, with ricefields around it etc. It has a lovely view from the hall and some of the rooms on the pool (a really nice pool) and a valley of rice paddies. The room (my room was on the other side of the road on top of the yoga shala) was nice although a bit noisy from the street, it was nothing too bad. The breakfast could definitely be improved and maybe the hotel could use a general freshen up, just in terms of being empty for a long time during the pandemic. It was all perfectly clean and spotless. The staff is absolutely amazing.

great location and friendly service
nothing

The property is very nice, in a quiet area but not far from the centre. The pool is amazing with nice view to a smal rice field and with a lot of nature arround.
The food is incredibly good.
Staff really nice.
You can also rent a scooter at the hotel.
The Wi-fi was a major problem. We couldn’t get Wi-Fi in the room and in the common areas the signal is weak.
The room was cute but the bathtube was not confortable neither for a quick shower. Bathroom is really outdated.
4.2
view from the restaurant is incredible and room was very clean
lack of staff made everything very slow including one night we couldn’t eat dinner there because there was no staff in the kitchen and nobody informed us until we sat down to eat
4.2
Set back from busy Ubud, nice setting, friendly staff
mosquito nets have holes and the facilities were a bit dated
4.2
Everything, the view to the rice fields was awesome, very serene. Breakfast has lots of varieties and staff were just pleasant.
The bathroom, the drain system had foul smell. It needs lots of water into the drainage system so that there’s no more flush back.
4.2
The staff is amazing! So caring and helpful. Furthermore is the location beautiful with views on the ricefields, but it is located somewhat outside of ubud so you can take the shuttle or rent a scooter. Breakfast is amazing and the pool is wonderful!
We stayed in Jepun 1, which has amazing views! But the room didn’t entirely live up to our expectations. The water from the shower often wasn’t warm and the airco is located above your head when your sleeping, which resulted in a cold for us.
4.2
The breakfast was good, the bed was amazing! The hotel was really nice, would definitely go back!
The WiFi worked fine in the coming areas but badly in the room. For that kind of hotel the WiFi should be better in the rooms. But that’s the only complaint.
4.2
The location is really good. Close to the center. Staff is very friendly. Good value for money.
