The flat was beautiful, incredibly spacious for the price and with all amenities you could wish for. We were visiting during the heatwave, and the flat was incredibly cool, it was a haven for us! So close to both old and new town in Spoleto, it's the perfect place to stay.

A wonderful apartment with so much provided by the host. Great location for access to the bus to the railway station, a short walk to supermarket and great coffee and pastries at corner shop. Apartment was exceptionally clean and spacious. Excellent value.

The apartment is very colorful and comfortable. The directions to get in and the contact with the host were among the best we’ve seen, and the location makes it easy to get to anything, but you are in a very quiet setting. There is a nice little cafe across the street; the bed is comfortable, and the bath large.
Can’t think of much; some people might find it over-decorated, albeit in a loose and charming way. Flight of stairs to get in but that seems typical for Italy.

Very nicely decorated. Very very comfortable and practical furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked. The heating worked perfectly and you could open the windows and shutters onto a small balcony. Lovely bathroom large and cleaning well stocked. The apartment is exactly as described.
Loved everything

The apartment was beautiful and clean. The parking area was relatively close by.
The location is not nearly in the center of town. One has to walk a very steep hill to get to the center. The fact that it's on a one way street makes the apartment very difficult to locate with GPS. One must drive through some tiny streets and alleys to get there. Honestly, it would have been much easier if the staff had met us and guided us there. But, that's my only complaint and, I believe, that can be easily fixed.

Our host, Roberta, was very kind and helpful. The flat had everything we needed and is in a great position, both near to the old town and near to free parking.
Nothing.

Roberta is a very kind person and the B&B is right in the heart of Spoleto. The flat was very nicely equipped with everything you needed. There was even milk in the fridge for the first breakfast.

It was a very big apartment and Roberta made it cosy. Although we did not meet her, she was very helpful. It was quiet and had everything we needed. We much appreciated the books about Spoleto. We loved going to the local cafe across the road for our coffee and drinks.

We live out of our suitcases and choose to stay in self catering accommodation where possible (vegetarians). In the last 30 months we have spent around 7 months in Italy - this property would rate in the top 3 we have stayed in.
The effect of those hills on our legs.

Roberta was very nice and friendly. A very hospitable host! She had everything that a guest could need and more. She had bug spray for me and my son who are allergic to mosquito bites. She even stopped by to loan us her own fan for my son who growing up in LA is still getting used to the humidity in Italy. Parking was just a short walk from the property as well as all the major sites. The place was very clean, bright, spacious and cozy. We felt right at home. She provided us with snacks water, juice, milk and coffee. She even had red and white bottles of wine as a welcome gifts. Cooking was a delight as the kitchen was well stocked with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and lots of spices. We really had a wonderful stay here. Ciao Grazie Roberta!
Nothing really.
