Exceptional

The location was perfect. It was close to everything. Hosts were friendly and helpful - explained everything about the apartment while showing us around it. They had a small book as well to help which contains tips as well about the city. The apartment was amazing, well designed, clean and complete. Even the baby's cot was prepared for us. We didnt have to assemble it ourselves - as compared to other places we stayed in. Parking was not far which makes it convenient. Place is baby friendly as well. If we go back in luzern we will for sure book again here.

Great hosts, great location, nice and clean

The communication with the host was wonderful! They met us before check in so that we could drop off our luggage as we were coming by the train. They gave us great instructions on how to take the bus to get to the apartment. We were able to check in before 3 which was nice also. The apartment was very clean, nice and the location was great.

An excellent place to stay!

The hosts are superb. Very fast to respond and give clear and detailed information. Very personal and friendly. The place is spacious for 4 of us with 2 rooms. The decorations are homely, and beds are firm and good. The kitchen is very well furnished to accommodate all sorts of cooking. While the washing machine and dryer are shared resources in the basement, the hosts provide detergent and coins to use them. The location of the apartment is great too as it is near to supermarkets, restaurants and railway station.

There is only one toilet In one apartment which cannot be helped since this is a conserved apartment. We do wish for more clothes storage or hanging place in the rooms.

If you are considering Lucerne, consider staying here. You won’t regret it.

Jana and Famz were gracious hosts that made us feel very welcome. They had a book prepared with many instructions, restaurant ideas, activities to do and much more. They were the first people we really spoke to in Switzerland and as such, made an amazing impression. We were very happy and pleased with our stay.

Overall, the apartment is great. The beds are comfortable, the apartment is warm and very homely.

The location of the property is great. Accessible and local amenities within walking distance. The owners are lovely and friendly. Explained everything we could do and a very handy guidebook.

The pillows were soft and small, but overall the bed was comfortable and rooms are warm.

Very comfortable and relaxing!

Amazing host. Explained all appliances, laundry etc. had a binder with tons of useful information on emergency numbers, restaurants, attractions, etc. follows up the next day and helped pick some sightseeing destinations - one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered!

Fantastic host and perfect location make this place a gem!

The property location is terrific. Lucerne is an amazing city to walk around and the apartment was perfectly located. The rooms are all spacious and the furnishings are modern and comfortable. The apartment is very clean. Our host, Michelle, was extremely helpful and responsive. She did everything possible to make our stay the best!

I really like the text confirmation, information and directions received from Jana. Omer greeted us with a warm welcome. Suggested a few destination points for us. Michelle followed-up with texts when checking out. Really impressed with the customer service received. Location was perfect! Close to Old Town and markets.

The hosts were amazing! The location is very easy to get to from the train station. Very comfortable beds and a nice sitting area. Fully functional kitchen (though we didn’t use).

The apartment is well maintained, very clean. Its situated at a prime area, close to the train station but also not too crowded. Kitchen equipments are well stocked and maintained, we cooked quite a bit.

Great location, super hosts!

Marmaris and Jana were super hosts and provided great recommendations on places to see, eat,,, that we followed and had a wonderful time in the area. The place was perfect for our family and the location was a short walk the train station and center of town.

Spacious, clean and overall good value!

Great location, comfortable bed, spacious enough for two couples, very clean. Perfect for what we needed!

It’s an older apartment: the windows could be replaced for better noise proofing and heat retention. The doors (handles) are noisy, so can’t sneak around in the middle of the night without disturbing others, and the floor is creaky. The kitchen is equipped, but with a hodgepodge of utensils and cookware - none of it is great, but one can make do. Three pots (XL, L, M) with matching lids, and three pans with a couple good spatulas, a ladle, and a sharp chef’s knife would do the trick.
