I booked this property for work colleagues during a recent business trip. The cost was comparable to booking hotel rooms and much more comfortable. The house was perfect for our stay. It was fully stocked with anything you can think of including beach items and a binder that has all the information you need for the house and location. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions that we had during our stay. We will be back. 5 stars all around!!!

We (four adult cousins) truly enjoyed our stay at Persian Ct! The property is immaculate and very comfortable. The house is beautiful and the pool and patio so inviting! You have everything you need at your fingertips! Beds were all comfortable, bathrooms clean and well equipped. Access was so easy, and inside was instantly welcoming! The communication with the host was stellar - quick and responsive! We would all go back again and made sure to make a note of the property for our next trip to Marco island and the 10,000 Islands! We all 100% recommend!

The home was comfortable, the host was easy to work with, and the home was well stocked across all our needs from beach items to a well-stocked kitchen. This was our 3rd visit to Marco Island and we loved the house. Everything we needed was in the house including towels, toiletries, and kitchen items. We took the bikes out one day and also rented paddle boards one day from Marco Paddles. Mostly we just enjoyed sitting on the deck and being by the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the home was exceptionally clean. It was cooler than normal when we were there but we still enjoyed the heated pool as it is kept at a very enjoyable temperature. We would stay here again.

This house has everything you need to enjoy Marco Island! Location is perfect, pool is perfect, canal is perfect, house and amenities are perfect. There are even items provided like a hotel and a brochure pile of things to do; a book that tells you all the Marco info that you need! We kayaked to the bay, fished off the dock, went shelling/fishing/jet skiing. Thank you ED-- very responsive, helpful and available!! We hope to be back very soon!

I have stayed in several VRBO’s and this place tops them all. Plenty of room for our group of four. Pictures are spot on and Ed, the owner, was always available to answer any questions. The house was very clean and having the backyard pool was so relaxing. Restaurants and beach access just a short drive or bike ride. (Garage has several nice bikes as well as all the beach and pool gear you need). It was an added bonus having access to the garage during our stay. Overall a wonderful couple of days in Marco. We will be back.

The house is even better than the pictures show! It was super clean and was even ready a little early for us to check in. Edward is a great host, and he was in touch to ensure that all of our expectations were met. The heated pool and dock to fish off of were a real hit with my family. Highly recommend this place.

Super clean, easy check in, great layout and location. Our entire family enjoyed the pool and I loved the screened in porch. We loved the open kitchen for cooking for our 4 kids. The washer and dryer were a great convenience for washing towels. The owner, Ed is very responsive to any questions. The beach is at the end of the street this court is located on; we drove and parked (parking lot is small) but definitely an easy bike ride, 6 bikes are included in this rental. We rented kayaks one day and left out of Caxambus park and went to one of the islands for some great shelling. We also took an airboat ride thru the Everglades and spotted alligators; this was a huge hit with our kids. Overall we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this home.
