Overall the air conditioning not working made the stay unpleasant.

The apartment was well furnished and kitchen functional with drinking water and tea etc.

The neighbourhood was noisy with no parking. The Air conditioning was not functional during the hot summer time, I made a complaint from the hour I enter till the last time but it was not fixed. So the 24/7 customer service was of no use to me as they couldn’t resolve a simple issue. The pillows and mattress were too hard.

Lokalizacja OK, ale poza tym to słabo.

Lokalizacja w porządku, blisko do metra, autobusów.

Pokoje z widokiem na szyb windy!!! Bardzo przygnębiające - półmrok nawet w dzień. W kuchni pomimo, że noclegi rezerwowane na 5 osób, stół na 4 miejsca, brak dodatkowego krzesła. Jednego wieczoru (ok. 22) mieliśmy problem z wejściem do apartamentu bo kod do drzwi nie działał. Czekałem na klatce schodowej (z 3ką małych dzieci!!!) aż infolinia rozwiąże problem. Słyszałem, że inni wynajmujący w tym czasie także mieli problemy z wejściem do apartamentu. Zaproponowali refundacje kosztów: 1. W wysokości 30EUR (poniżej 5% kosztów wynajmu) - finalnie na konto dostałem ok. 27EUR, 2. Sprzątanie gratis (nie skorzystałem), 3. Voucher na następny nocleg na 20EUR 4. Dodatkowo możliwość przechowania bagażu do popołudnia w dniu wymeldowania, co jest na plus. Generalnie bardzo skomplikowany system rezerwacji, mnóstwo wymogów, a potem zamieszanie, bo dostałem różne instrukcje wejścia do apartamentu, za co potem przepraszali.

Bu ev merkeze yakın olsaydı hiç düşünmeden 10 puan verir ve tekrar gelirdim.

Oda da ihtiyaç duyulan herşey vardı. Küçük jestleri de çok zarifti. Ayrıca temiz ve düzenliydi. İletişim ve ilgi de gayet iyiydi. Hemen yanıbaşında büyük bir süpermarket, manav ve fırın var.

Konumunu pek beğenmedim. Gürültülü bir apartman ve şehir merkezinin doğasını ve atmosferini bulamıyorsunuz. Arka mahalle denilebilecek bir kültürde. Fotoğraflar daha nezih ve ferah bir yer gibi ama bu biraz yanıltıcı.

Muy completo.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y decorado con buen gusto. El sistema de códigos en la puerta es muy cómodo para entrar y salir. Tiene un mercadona enfrente y se encuentra a unas cuadras del centro comercial La Farga.

El edificio podría estar mejor, pero no es relevante.

+ There were an iron, hair dryer, washing machine, dishes,blankets. + Not so far from the center. (30 min by bus+ metro) + The apartment was clean upon arrival + Throughout all 8 days, there was light, internet, water + Residential area + Not far from Mercadona,Park,metro station (7-10 min)

- The scam messages that started coming from the booking app on behalf of the chat of Olala Homes on the day of check-in. Which required us to pay for the apartment again in order to verify our reservation. The reaction of Olala homes was too slow, and if you don’t understand and fall for this scam, you will lose your money. In our case, quite a lot, since we booked for 8 days. Likely we didn't. - No room cleaning. And it doesn’t matter whether you rent for 2 days or 2 weeks. There are no toiletries and only 2.5 rolls of toilet paper for 8 days for 4 people. Everything else is for an additional fee. - The most unpleasant is lack of support. Only a Whats App bot that will probably connect you with an operator in an hour. Upon arrival at the place, we tried to contact Olala Homes, since our code did not open the door. Only after 1.5 hours of being in the front door, we received another code, and we were able to enter the apartment.I think if I didn’t have mobile Internet at that time, we would have spent the night in the front door with such support. Cause you cannot call or chat them in other way. Same happened a day before departure. The combination lock stopped working completely, and again, we had to ask for help.

Overall, my experience with this apartment rental was far from satisfactory.

Firstly, upon arrival, the apartment was not ready. I was informed that it would take an additional hour for them to clean it. This delay was quite inconvenient and not the best way to start a short trip. The apartment also had a terrible smell of ego, which made the initial experience quite unpleasant. I tried to communicate this issue to the staff, but due to a language barrier, it was challenging to convey my concerns effectively. On the day of check-out, my flight was scheduled for the evening, but the check-out time was at 11 a.m. I inquired about the possibility of storing our luggage, but the staff directed me to contact Olala support. Unfortunately, Olala's response was delayed, and I had to carry all my bags around for the entire day, which was not ideal for my travel plans. Another significant issue was the lack of internet access during the majority of our 4-day stay. Internet connectivity is crucial for travelers, as it's essential for organizing and navigating a trip. Not having access to the internet for three out of the four days was a significant inconvenience. Overall, my experience with this apartment rental was far from satisfactory. The delayed check-in, the language barrier, the lack of luggage storage options, and the extended period without internet access all contributed to my disappointment. These issues significantly impacted my trip, and I would hesitate to recommend this apartment to fellow travelers.

Very disappointed , the whole house feels like a secret room Feel not good , Will never recommend this room. When we booked here, there was a balcony, but in reality there is no one, and it doesn't look like it was seen on the website. Moreover, the washing machine is stored in the elevator shaft, and all the doors will make loud noises when they are opened and closed. What's more, we have tried four power outages within two days. This is the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in my life. If you can give negative points, I will definitely give negative one hundred points When use wash machine open doors, so many small mosquitoes flew through the door. Bit my kids (picture)

First, the taxi driver did not want to takes us to this place, after few more tries, we were able to get a taxi to drives us there!!! Once in the location, the “receptionist” said she did not worked for the company, yet she had access to all my information. This place its a scam, since the people that “works” there claimed not to be the employees., even thought, they were wearing shirts with the company logo!! The experience and the ambient was weird.! I don't recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with children I hope #booking stops dealing with companies like this

Comfy and spacious apartment. All appliances in good working order. Small but perfectly formed balcony space.

A little too far out of the city for my preference. Short walk to the metro, close to a supermarket but not much going on locally.

Clogged everwhere

The customer service was good. We could reach the customer call center whenever we want.

The sink in the kitchen and bathroom was clogged, and the kitchen ventilator was broken. We could not wash veges or fruit in the kitchen sink, and it makes us eat poor food for more than 3 days. Not only about the kitchen, the bathroom sink was also clogged, so we had to brush the teeth in front of the toilet. I asked appropriate compensation but they didn't reply about this. I will never stay here again. Also, I could literally hear every sound from the upstairs and the eleclvator. I'm not overreacting. I literally could hear some guy peeing inside of his bathroom upstair.

I would NEVER stay in this place again. Stay away from it.

I did like nothing about the property.

The room was almost at ground level, so you can hear the traffic and people walking by at night. Also, you could hear the people in the adjacent apartment, not just talking but even when they open the wardrobes. Smell in the bathroom. Vent in the bathroom failling all the time, and as a result, cold wind was getting into the bathroom. The other bedroom was an internal bedroom with a door and a window to a small inner patio where the lift was fitted. There were no shutters or blinds. As a result, the light was getting into the bedroom, and the noise of the elevator was substantial. Finally, the price advertised did NOT include taxes (even though it said the taxes were included). If you travel for business reasons and the company is to pay for the apartment, you need the taxes to be included in the receipt. This means that the actual price you finally pay is higher that the one advertised.
