House was accurate to the description. Kitchen was fully stocked with all utensils needed for the week. There was a problem with some bees/wasps at the front door (absolutely not the hosts fault), we reached out to them and it was taken care of within a few hours.

Great place to stay when visiting Savannah. The house was charming, clean and nicely decorated. The property was very well stocked with bathroom items as well as beach towels. It was close to the Riverfront and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The AC worked well, and there were ceiling fans as well as floor fans in each bedroom. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Savannah.

Family took a trip to Savannah for a long weekend at the beginning of May. Chose house based on location on being close enough to downtown but not too close to be woken by the weekend nightlife. There was also a park across the street that was great for the kids! House appeared as pictured. Plenty of room for us as a family of 4. Not the most kid friendly for young children/toddlers as there is a long, narrow wooden staircase but we just used a piece of furniture to block the young one from climbing. All appliances and AC worked well (though the refrigerator does need a deep cleaning, espscially the water and ice dispenser). Location allows easy access to downtown and waterfront - 15 to 20 minute walk or 5 to 10 minute drive. There is a grocery store that is walkable from the house.
Overall great place to stay and house is as advertised. Would stay again for sure.

This house was so lovely! Everything you could possibly need. Rooms were very big , beds very comfortable and bathrooms very spacious. Location was a few blocks from everything. Backyard was great to sit in evenings. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We enjoyed the property. The house has a lot of space. There were three of us so we each had our own bedroom. Comments:
- The location is good, you are on the east edge of the historic district across from a park. It's a little far to walk to the river but we used Lyft all weekend to get around. The walk to Forsyth Park is more like 10 minutes.
- The house is a duplex or split house with what I'm sure is the exact same layout flipped on the other side. It seems like there are full time neighbors. Being a historic house you will hear them come and go and move around.
- The listing mentions the stairs, a fair warning that they are skinny and steep so if you're unsteady on stairs this may not be for you.
- The house amenities are excellent. Plenty of towels, pillows, and the kitchen has everything you can think of and it's all well labeled.
- The patio out back is a nice space.
- Being a historic house you will hear road noise as the windows are thin. There wasn't much foot traffic so we didn't hear people talking outside. I used the provided sleep machine.
- The size gives you plenty of space to relax and spend time with your group. We spent a lot of time in the living room and ate breakfast at the dining room table. There is a half bath downstairs off the dining room that is very convenient.
-Keyless entry was nice and the owners communicated well. Listing is fairly represented on VRBO, recommended for larger groups who want the Savannah experience.

The house was the perfect base for our explorations in Savannah. It was beautifully accessorized and well equipped for all our needs. The beds were all so comfortable -- a rarity in most places! Thank you for a wonderful VRBO experience!

We greatly enjoyed our time and the extras provided by the owners were a blessing. Starting with the sound machines. The noise outside can get to be a bit loud (I stayed in the front bedroom) but it was a huge help. I wish that the curtains were better at blocking the street lights as they were very bright and right outside the window. The kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of salad dressing! LOL - we added to the collection.
We also enjoyed that we could take the short walk over to Forsyth Park and jump on the DOT to get downtown.
Overall it was a great stay and if we ever come to the area again we will be sure to hit up Darryl!

Was a great stay. My wife and I felt at home away from home with my daughter and son in law and Cousin Linda and husband John. Walks around were all doable and pleasant. Went one block off the start of Parade for St Pat’s. Hall street I believe. And Abercorn. Was all wonderful and especially our time at a well taken care of home. Plenty of room and bonous outdoor patio fenced in. Weather was just perfect. Again the home and also my communication with Darryl were more than our expectations. Would stay again and whole heartedly recommend to others. Woo Savannah and 535 E Broad Street… Thanks for a most memorable time….

Beautiful home in the historic district. The home had everything we needed! We walked a lot (Forsyth Park, North Historic District, Thomas Square), but all these areas are also a very short drive from the home. It was a great first time in Savannah with my family! We will definitely be back!

This was an absolutely great experience from check-in to check-out. Darryl was very responsive to a question I had prior to us getting on location. The house was immaculate and well prepped for our arrival. I can’t name one thing that I would have needed or wanted that wasn’t already provided. I would definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great time staying at this property. In Savannah you have pretty much with in walking distance. The neighborhood was good. We reserved this for a long weekend of Girl Scout exploration and learning so we were out all day most everyday. Even with 3 adult women and 5 preteen to teenage girls we had plenty of hot water for showers and washing clothing. No issues with access to a bathroom when needed. Everything we needed was provided and property owers responded quickly with questions. It was great.

House was great for our group of women in town for 1/2 marathon. Clean, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen and baths, nice back patio, quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and 10-15 walk to Savannah sites and restaurants. Highly recommend!.

Great Savannah getaway
This rental is perfect for 2 families with kids. There’s easy street parking. It’s close to a great coffee shop and across the street from a playground. While it’s not super close to the riverfront area, it’s close enough to historical areas to be somewhat walkable and easy.

Comforts of Home on the Road
Darryl and Boryana's property is the perfect place for a relaxing weekend with a spacious, bright and clean home, or as a place to lay your head with all the comforts of home after a tired day exploring Savannah. So many small details were thought of to make our stay pleasant, and the location is convenient for sightseeing as well as near amenities. Local managers were easy to get in contact with even when I showed up early for check in (had to be that one thing that slipped my mind!). Thanks for having us!!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our stay in this home. The property has been very well maintained. There is plenty of room to stretch out, relax, cook and entertain. We loved the modern décor juxtaposed against the historic backdrop. The location of this property was great as we were able to easily walk the 5 minutes to the grocery store. Even the walk to the historic squares is easily doable for those who like to walk and not pay for parking. This was not an issue for us, but it may be worth noting for those traveling with anyone with mobility issues that there is a couch, but no bedrooms on the main floor of the house and a steep and narrow staircase up to the main bedrooms. The staircase adds to the charm and historic feel of the house under normal circumstances. I would recommend this property again. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Girl's Weekend to Celebrate Sister's Birthday !!!!!
We cannot say enough about this house. It is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful home in quite location with great amenities plus extras. Only a few blocks walk away from Forsyth Park. You can actually walk every where and not have to worry about the hassle of parking your car downtown.
The beds are very comfortable and the pictures you see on VRBO do not do it justice. We have stayed here before and absolutely love this home.
When you stay here, they make you feel like you are at home.
Thank you for sharing your home with us again. Cannot wait to come back to stay with you again.

We loved our stay. Home was wonderful. We walked to a few restaurants and drove or used Huber to get to riverfront and city market...very easy. Loved the patio.

Great Stay!
Recently went on vacation with my mother-in-law, mother, wife, and four children. There were eight of us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get to all the places we wanted to go including dining, shopping, sight seeing, etc. The house was comfortable, clean, and in a safe area. We were happy to find a park right across the street where we let our children burn off some energy a few times. We just thoroughly enjoyed it. Found the owner/management to be helpful and very responsive. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Thank you for a great stay!

Charming, super clean and lovely. Modern and Historic all in one.
Great house for our annual girls trip. Decent location, parking was easy and each bedroom set up with attached bathrooms was awesome. Downstairs extra 1/2 bath great too. Cute furnishings and the renovated baths and kitchen were great. Property was super clean and Beth the property manager was helpful and nice.
Once recommendation from a lady's perspective ... would've loved some extra mirrors in the bedrooms. Other than that - it was a beautiful place for our stay in Savannah!

Fantastic Home!
Four girlfriends and I travelled to Savannah for the first time from February 21 - 26, 2018. We were delighted with this home and Savannah! From our first inquiry, Darryl was prompt, informative and courteous in his replies. Members of our group travelled from three different airports and Darryl graciously accommodated our arrival and departure times. The rental process and was handled professionally from start to finish.
This home is beautiful and well-appointed! We were impressed by the cleanliness, accuracy of the website description/photos, and the thoughtful details found throughout the home. It has everything a vacationer could want (beach towels; washing machine; dryer; books; well stocked kitchen; outdoor grill and seating area, etc.). We found the home to be spacious – ample room for the five of us. The furnishings, including the beds, were incredibly comfortable. And, we especially enjoyed mornings on the back patio - sitting in the glorious sunshine with a cup of coffee, great conversation and a good book!
We found this home to be perfectly situated for our needs - a quiet, residential area away from the hustle and bustle, which made for peaceful mornings and evenings. Yet, it is conveniently located with restaurants, the grocery, historical sites, shopping, River Street, the airport and Tybee Beach (we spent a day here) close by. We were able to walk to the grocery, Forsyth Park and the Dot in about 10 minutes. Uber was also very affordable. We felt quite safe in the neighborhood and truly enjoyed its historic character. Between walking, the Dot and Uber, Savannah was incredibly accessible which made exploring all it has to offer a real treat.
We had the pleasure of meeting Natasha (property manager). She was amazing – she was prompt in answering our questions and went out of her way to check in with us mid-trip. Thanks, Natasha! We wholeheartedly recommend this home and its gracious owners, Darryl and Boryana!

Amazing time ❤
8 of us visited Savannah for a 40th birthday and the house was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. It was cozy and modern and had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was a couple more mirrors to get ready but we managed to get dolled up and hit the town. What great memories we had. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous home.

Lovely historic home with modern amenities!
My family rented this home over the Thanksgiving holidays and really enjoyed our stay. The home has recently been updated and features modern amenities yet still had the look and feel of a historic property. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and there were lots of big plush towels. There are 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs so having a half bath downstairs was great. Everything you could ever need in the kitchen was supplied including coffee, cream, milk and so much more. Everything was top notch from the pots and pans to bed linens. A bottle of chilled wine greeted us with a thank you note from the owners and property manager. There is a quaint patio off the kitchen with comfortable furniture and a grill. There is a Kroger grocery just 4 blocks away and there are lots of activities within walking distance. Cindy, the property manager was very attentive and communicated well with us. We highly recommend this property.

College Graduation Celebration for Daughter In Savannah
Great place to stay! Owners make you feel like you are at home. Nice patio for morning coffee or tea, very clean (immaculate) home and plenty of space. Well stocked kitchen including some very nice extras like coffee, sugar, numerous spices etc. Beach towels offered if needed, cozy beds and plenty of bathroom towels. Internet worked great. Walking distance to Bay Street was not bad and allowed you to look around the squares as well as other stores and areas of town. We were able to park in front of or on side of the house without any hassles. Would highly recommend this rental. Owners went above and beyond to make the stay a comfortable time away from home. Easy to get a hold of and work with. Extremely friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We cannot wait till next time.
