The location was central to all of the sites in the city. The apartment has all of the amenities listed and was comfortable.

We had arranged a time to meet the owner and pick up the keys, but he kept us waiting for 30 minutes on the street. The shower is TINY and the apartment is up 60 steps on the 4th floor of the building. Carrying a suitcase up and down the stairs was challenging.

Very well located, extremely well received in beautiful Rouren.

The appartement is very well located, a five minutes walk from museums and a fifteen minutes walk from the impressive Cathedral. There are a number of shops, bakeries, restaurants and cafés in the vicinity of the apartment.

really convenient place, centrally located and well worth the price

The location was perfect and everything was in walking distance for us. The gentleman who owns the place was very helpful and hospitable. The sights were beautiful and the light and sound show on the facade of the cathedral was absolutely incredible.

one minor objection which was probably my fault in not noticing beforehand was that the apartment was a fourth story walk-up. Not a big deal.

Owner includes a nice selection of books on Rouen and its history. Thank you.

The apartment was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Some guests will have difficulty with the steps.

Host met us at the door, everything was perfect. He has put a lot of thought into the apartment, it was furnished with everything one could want.

The host super helpful. The flat nicely decorated with taste. Useful touristic information provided. Great location with both station and car parking nearby.

The shower and bed were a bit tiny.

We had nice experience,antique town with flee-markets, also nearby a park for children

The bakeries and cafes are close-by, there is also a Carrefour express next door, cosy appartement,close to centrum & to restaurants .we did some museums visites(paid & free) ,also sightseeing by car outside of city, we had personalised welcome by host,thank you

Excellent location with excellent host.

Nicholas was very gracious and informative. He actually met us at the facility and helped us carry our bags up 3 flights as there was no lift.Nothing. Everything was great.
