Hotel molto carino, posizione ottima, staff accogliente, cani accettati
Stanze poco insonorizzate

Wonderful staff, everyone was so kind!
I couldn’t spend more time there!

Breakfast was pleasant. Staff was friendly and helpful, let us in even though we missed the check-in window due to a flight delay.

It was within walking distance of a cathedrals, Joan of Arc memorial and lots of shops and restaurants. The little area in front of the hotel was nice for sitting.
The stairs were narrow and curved and they put us on the 3rd floor. the beams stuck out so if you weren’t careful you could hit your head and I’m 5’2”. The bed was only full. it was hot since it was the 3rd floor and no AC. This property is not handy at all for travelers with a car. parking is far away for loading and unloading so it is very unhandy.
4.1
Very good central location. Owner nice and helpfull.
Very noisy at night. There is no air conditioning so you have to keep window open, that way getting all the noise from inner yard and street
4.1
the location was in the heart of the pedestrian area which is fantastic.
the rooms are spare and small. we only had 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people. it takes me a couple of days when arrive to understand some of the language and speak some basics. the host had no patience for my slow responses to her limited English and my more limited French.
4.1
cozy old school hotel with nice inner patio
some dust around the room. view out of the window was just years of bird poop accumulated on the roof

It was fine, but just for an overnight stop, wouldn't want to spend more than that there.
Great, very French restaurant nearby.
Just a bit basic and small but it did what we needed it to do.
4.1
Very cozy reception and lobby. In the heart of Rouen, very central place. The stuff is super helpful and pleasant!
There is no parking at the property, but there is one nearby. The elevator was not working at parking, so we had to carry luggage using stairs :(
There is no elevator, so we had to carry the luggage by ourselves to the 3rd floor (there is no elevator, as the building is very old).
There is no table in the room and the room overall is pretty small.

It's character and charm. Great location for walking everywhere.
Was difficult getting to upper floor with luggage and no lift.

welcoming from the staff - gave recommendation for a restaurant which was excellent- room was lovely with good shower etc and facilities
4.1
Breakfast not taken. Great city centre location and plenty of restaurant choices.
We normally have a bigger room, but that was our choice.

The hotel is cute, with very quirky decor. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. It's right in the middle of the town, with public parking very close by.
My room was connected through an emergency door to another room and I could hear every movement my neighbours made. Besides not knowing if that door could be unlocked somehow, which made it difficult to relax, I was also kept up by the noise.

Lovely breakfast, but is not included in room price. Great location to explore.
Ground floor twin room is next to kitchen/tearoom and staircase so rather loud, and the walk in shower unfortunately floods the bathroom floor no matter how careful one aims the shower head so we ended up using another family member’s shower.

The first room we were given was literally below ground, dark and dank. I wouldn’t want anyone staying in such a room. Asked for a different room and the staff response was less than friendly, We got a better room, which was fine. Only one outlet in the room. Staff continued to treat us indifferently at best, as if we were a nuisance. We were perfectly polite, quiet and our stay was for only one night. Really glad to leave in the morning.

This hotel is cute and quaint with a lovely courtyard where we enjoyed a glass of wine. It is centrally located. The room was clean and very comfortable. A good value for your money. We loved the feel of the hotel. Highly recommend.
The walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the room next to ours.

Ambience and traditional style, courtyard

Centrally located. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast. Charming character in common areas like the courtyard, dining, and check-in areas.
No well-lighted work space like a small desk to work in the room.

staff excellent.
4.1
low cost and good location
bed was tiny, floor was sloped making the bed uneven, bedspread was soiled, room was very dusty and smelled of smoke, and owners smoked much in the courtyard
4.1
Splendid hotel in a very central location.
we unfortunately had a room up in the garret. Room and bed were small but comfortable and clean. lovely bathroom. We were awoken in the morning by a conversation which felt like in our room, so close that we could clearly hear every word spoken over a protracted period of time. this transpired to be guests in an adjoining room. Very thin walls, and could definitely do with a little soundproofing.
4.1
Perfect location and an amazing setting. Town is amazing.
The shower could be improved.
4.1
The room was comfortable, but very small and with very few facilities and amenities.
4.1
The owners were friendly and helpful. The location being almost the centre of Rouen was excellent. All monuments and sites were in walking distance. We purchased drinks there in the old courtyard, and it was private in the middle of a city. One could ask for little more.
The bedroom was a little small, although the view overlooked the courtyard which was a plus.
