Bon hôtel

Le personnel était très aimable et accueillant, chambre propre, clim fonctionnel, on pouvait directement commander à manger ou à boire depuis la piscine ce qui est agréable.

Piscine un peu fraîche Clim trop forte dans la salle de petit déjeuner

Céntrico y muy bien

Buena ubicación. Habitación grande y con cuna (que solicitamos) . Desayuno buffet muy completo. Y la piscina en el ático top!

Great choice and convenience.

We are local. Me and my husband we were having an issue with the electricity at our home, so we decided to move to the hotel for a night we booked at the last minute for this place but it turned out beyond our expectations. The room was nice and the room service and their food were amazing moreover the Margarita was the best. Cheers!

Modest rooms located in a nice business district

The swimming pool at the top floor was absolutely stunning! Increadible view over the Skyline of Bangkok's business district!

There are much better deals out there. I have been in hotels in the city center that offer twice the space for the same amount of money. Also, the rooms are rather basic and a bit old (it is as if there is no life/soul in the room). The view from my room was ugly. I would only recommend this hotel on the basis of its location. The breakfast is elaborate but only offers moderate quality.

Perfect

Breakfast was good for Bangkok city hotel standards Location was perfect- lots of nearby shops - ideal if you dont want to travel much Staff are so friendly and approachable, we left one of our luggages there by mistake and they kept it for us until we returned 2 weeks later! Lovely skyline swimming pool!!

We asked for a cot in the room- this wasn't provided Occasional sewage smell in rooms some days Swimming pool - could be open later

Ottimo soggiorno a Bangkok

Camera confortevole, posizione dell'hotel ottima, zona con molti ristorantini, bar e negozi. Piscina sul tetto molto suggestiva e ben tenuta. Buona colazione. Staff davvero gentilissimo e disponibile. Consigliato!

Its was ok but i will never get back again the hotel seems old

The location is nice far from the traffic,the area is quiet, have supermarket and massage spa next to it

The day i have arrived was late at night and the stuff in the reception was so rude that no one will able to carry my bags at the worker not around at night , which they haven’t said that before while the desk is 24/7 service

Very good stay in bangkok

The pool on the roof was really good with a nice view. They prepared our room in advance and let us enter in it earlier than expected. There were Water and coffe for free in the room. The hotel is in a good position, quiet but near to restaurants and at almost 20 minutes from the historical center by car. Excellent service overall

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip in der City!

- Edles Hotel mit tollem Pool und Ausblick - Reichhaltiges Frühstück & sehr nettes Personal

Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung zur MRT/ BTS Station. Wir haben uns meistens per Grab ein Auto zu den Orten geholt für 2-3€. Vom Flughafen 9€.

El trato del personal fue genial, siempre sonriendo y dispuestos a hacernos la estancia más agradable. Quisimos cambiarnos de habitación y nos dejaron sin problema.

Très bel hôtel avec roof top

Personnel très pro et aux petits soins. Nous a booké un taxi pour 4.30am pour nous eviter le stress de trouver un transport si tôt Roof top superbe Chambre spacieuse ... Le lit King size! Le ménage toujours accompagné de 2 bouteilles d'eau, de thé et café et changement de serviettes tous les jours

20 min à pieds du BTS Je pensais être plus proche mais c'est ma faute, mal vu. Mais taxi, bus juste à côté.

Bad, terrible and even worse

Location

First we were given a room we booked, as we were walking to it, reception took the key away from us and gave us another room which wasn't what we booked. Then they moved us to another room that didn't have working air conditioning, we asked them to fix it. They went to check it while we were out and left the door open all day. When we came back in the evening we told them it's still not working. They said it is but sent another employee to check again and said its working fine. It was 32 degrees celcius in the room. So they moved us again to another room, where the bath wasn't working. Bed is hard like the floor, breakfast was terrible so my wife didn't eat it on wither day and I don't even bother going for the 2nd day. Never had a worse experience in a hotel.

Outstanding stay!

Professional service, stunning rooftop view with a pool, spacious rooms with comfy beds, and a fantastic breakfast selection. Quiet neighborhood, close to the airport. Highly recommended for an exceptional Bangkok experience!

Very Average- wouldn't stay again

Location was great, on site gym was alright.

It seemed understaffed and besides the gentleman who checked us in staff were not that friendly/hospitable - there was a weird feeling like you were a huge inconvenience. Room service took 90 minutes to come and they over charged us for cocktails which we ended up paying just so we were not late for our flight. This hotel isn't worth the price and not nice enough for a longer stay but would work for an overnight spot.

Great Staff, good location, pleasant stay.

PumPui and Kelly on reception were exceptional, very helpful, patient and really made the stay at le D'Tel Super. Would have stayed there longer had they had a better gym and more comfortable bed.. am now at siam @ siam staff here are not as customer focused as they were... le D'Tel you should be very proud of these Staff.

Fabulous location but not for vegetarian or vegans

Great location if you want to be closer to the real Bangkok. The staff went out of their way to make everything right.

Great Pool! Perfect breakfast

The best thing is the pool on the roof. Very nice to catch sun there. Amazing Breakfast!

Our room had a "window". The "window" has a strange direktion into nowhere and you cant see more then a wall. Sunlight is not included. Normally I would complain about it, but we where only there to sleep --> no sunlight or a view from the room is needed
