This place was perfect for our family and the family friends we traveled with. The check-in process (basically done through text messages) was seamless. Everything was ready and waiting for us upon our arrival. We were slightly surprised that there wasn't actually a reception area, but the hosts were very responsive to any questions/needs we had. The breakfast was good and was delivered in a picture-perfect little picnic basket. We usually ate in the kitchen area (which we didn't use to cook anything, but was very well-equipped with basic spices, pots, pans, etc) and counted the toucans as they flew by! Our kids loved being able to run around in the grassy area between our chalets. We'd love to come back!

The breakfast is delivered to your door in the morning. It was a great breakfast. The omelette was very tasty. The property is very quiet and has it's own private entrance. We loved seeing all the macaws and toucans every day.
The hot tub had an issue and wasn't able to heat the water while we were there. The only other negative is the road to the property is a dirt road, and our car made it, but we were very carefully avoiding pot holes in the road. I would love it if the road was improved.
