Close to the elevator, and upon entering this four-bedroom three-bathroom suite via our secure electronic lock system, one will first notice the tall ceilings and the high-end interior design the vacation home has to offer. This four-bedroom condo has been delicately crafted with high end furnishings, detailed moldings, and modern amenities. Plush couches with strategic accent pillows, a combination of single king and double-twin bedroom options, coupled with luxurious sheets along with a kitchen that’s fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, disposal and all the culinary tools needed to create the finest cuisine. This homes offers one unique feature, which is an accessible bathroom and kitchen.

Overall impression is its amazing. Right on the bay with a great pool and plenty of chairs. Place wad very clean no cosets so a few hooks would help to hang up some clothes. We rented a golfcart for 7 of us and it was perfect to get from our place to anywhere on the island. Host was nice and if we needed anything, we got ot right away. Rooms are clean and bathrooms were sparkling. We would def stay here again Westayed 6 nights. Gorgeous sunrise

There are no closets! How about some hooks on the wall and behind the door in the bedrooms. There is to much furniture in the living area. the chairs on the porch don't fit under the table make it impossible to get around someone or even an empty chair... An umbrella at the pool would be great too

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was clean, well stocked with necessities such as paper products and cleaning supplies (no need to bring extras). The only minor issue was the lighting coming from exterior lighting, I believe some darkening shades would help in this situation. An Uber ride to Duval was right around $10 and with two couples that was very affordable. The walk to Duval was not bad at all, we enjoyed the walk and the beautiful neighborhoods and landscaping! If we come back with a group we would definitely seek to stay again!

3. the electronic lock worked intermittently (spoke with manager to no avail - treated me like I was stupid) until it did not. Then it did not work, the handyman came and stated it was not installed correctly and had to take the lock apart to make it work.
4. the entry door and front slider did not have a shade. All the other entry doors n the facility had shades.
5. The listing led one to believe the w/d were in the unit, they were on the second floor!
6. The elevator was broken.
7. The soundproofing was till, the ladies in the the two back bedrooms had trouble sleeping with all of the noise.

6 of us stayed here in Jan/Feb and had a lovely time. The location was very good with nice views over Garrison Bight marina and it was easy to walk or cycle into Old Town Key West.
The apartments were also located on a quiet road away from the main highway so peaceful too.
There was a nice pool with plenty of areas to sunbathe, ample parking and spaces to lock up rental bikes and the whole area was attractively landscaped.
Only slight negative was the elevator was out of action but as we were on the first floor, it wasn’t a big issue.

The property was very nice and was perfect for our family to spend Christmas together. The bedrooms were roomy and provided space for all of us. It was convenient to all things Key West. Communication was frequent and very specific for arrival, departure, and needs in between. Management was responsive to questions, and very accomodating.

While the rental property was updated and decor was nice, overall it was disappointing. Much smaller than pictures would indicate, could not sit 6 around table. Had to step over living room furniture to get to patio. No closets or even hooks to hang things. Front door is a window with no blinds or curtains. Washer and dryer not in the unit, shared with other condos in the building. The outside patio and terrace were spacious and would have been wonderful to enjoy, unfortunately we had rain so couldn't enjoy sitting outside.

We rented this condo for 5 weeks. It is the perfect location, very well decorated, nice pool and great view! I am in a wheelchair and having the accessible bathroom was a dream! Even if you don't need it the property is still nice. We did go down the street and buy a cheap squidgy for after showering. The linens and pillow were very nice. Would definitely recommend and rent again!

Couldnt ask for an easier rental. Place was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. just far enough off Duval but yet a quick scooter ride everything. We had our charter capt drop us off at the dock and we spent some time by the pool area. The whole property was clean and quiet. Ill be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay and experience at Bayfront Suites. We truly were on the water, bayside, with the dock just a few steps from our spacious and luxurious four bedroom suite. Our family was so comfortable and felt we had everything we needed in this well appointed property. From when we booked this unit unitl the checkout the communication was amazing from the Bayfront staff. We had reminders about the upcoming stay, checkin information including the door code, recommendations on things to do (We did the Old Town Trolley and Snorkeled), and clear checkout procedures. All of it was touchless where we just showed up and did not have to go to an office to get a key. Overall this was an amazing stay and we can't wait to come back!

CAUTION! CAUTION! CAUTION!
If you are handicapped and need the elevator, DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY!! We got stuck in it TWICE!! Both times, maximum capacity was NEVER approached, not even half the maximum capacity! And the worst thing is they WOULD NOT SHUT THE ELEVATOR DOWN!! No warning sign posted, nothing!! The rescue squad that came the first time said it happens all the time! The management disagreed and said it was the property next door. I may have thought that could be true if it hadn't happened twice!!! 30 to 45 minutes in a closed space, HOT AIR, NO CIRCULATION, SCARY wondering what the heck is going to happen! I don't think so!

Beautiful views
The views from the back porch and dock are so relaxing and beautiful. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and it was an enjoyable 20 minute walk to Duval street.

The photos of the property make it appear a two level unit when in fact all 4 bedrooms are crammed into maybe 1200 sq ft. so look at the blueprint layout carefully. Only the master has an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms share a bath you have to go into the hall to access. The other uses the general bathroom which is handicapped accessible despite the fact that the unit itself is not (lip at entrance). In that bathroom a roll in shower means water is EVERYWHERE. Plus there's no dry place to put any provisions or clothes.
Only one bedroom had an armoire, no other including the master has a closet, just dressers. The kitchen is so full of stuff there isn't any place to put groceries. It was nicely provisioned but there were only 7 forks.
The furniture had been moved around from the placement in the photos so it was dysfunctional and really revealed the stained carpet. The unit advertises for 8 adults but the living space and the back porch are not really set up to be comfortable with that many people socializing.
The main door into the unit needs some sort of covering. It's full glass which means everyone can see in at night and the outdoor lights shine in. Back sliding doors, too.
Check in and out with the ap was simple and there was good (but system generated) communication. The older folk in my party couldn't master the ap.
The upstairs outdoor space was great but the bathroom has been converted to storage. There is comfortable seating and tables for our group of 12 we had the last evening of the stay. Unfortunately the wind was blowing directly in to it and we ended up all crammed in the condo for the farewell dinner.
The brand new grills were amazing but there weren't any grilling utensils.
The pool is small but it's exactly as pictured and the view of the marina is great. The grounds are immaculately kept and gardens are lush.

Location was great. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. My only complaint was the door keypad was not always easy access. The door had to be pushed in each time for the access code to open the door. The place smelled musty and we saw 2 cockroaches, normal for Florida. Overall the condo was clean.
