The location is amazing. Beautiful sunsets and scenary. Lots of space in the villa with many separate entrances. Great pool.
The condition of parts of the villa requires better upkeep. While we did not expect a luxury place (you mainly pay the price for size and location), there were too many broken lights, tiles, and the like. We had to try three toasters until we found a working one.
It would be great to have an outdoor electrical outlet to be able to charge an EV, as the location is somewhat remote and public charging stations are scarce and many of them broken.

Very very nice old house with big garden property, many different rooms and a great view over the Umbrian hills. Big pool. Old wood fired pizza oven. Very quiet area. Friendly staff.
Kitchen and household equipment has been used for a long time. Some garden chairs, seat pads and sunbeds need to be replaced as well. Slow Wifi.

Loved the amount of bedrooms, two kitchens and pool area
The location is the only thing, you have to go up a bit of bad road but once your there it’s perfect!

Villa is extremely well fitted. It has splendid views on surrounding area, was very clean, and the pool is superb. There is plenty of space and room. The house manager was always very reactive.
the (2.5 kom long) white road to access the property is in bad shape and not appropriate for every car. it makes any journey long and time consuming.

Villa Cavagnetti is absolutely wonderful! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. We like cooking and found the kitchen to be so well equipped; it was fun to make pasta and pizza using the wood oven outside. Having four children with us, we very much appreciated the toys, children's dishes, etc.
The grounds are beautiful and we so enjoyed the large pool, outside dining areas and lovely views over the country side. We look forward to returning some day!
The WiFi was a bit slow at times.
