It’s okay to stay here one night and save a bit money. Not as good as what the pictures show.

The price and new building

The sofa bed wasn’t set, we had to do it on our own. Sofa doesn’t look very clean and one of the towels has a small hole.

Für unseren Kurztripp war alles in bester Ordnung.

Das Zimmer war geräumig, moderner Stil. Sehr bequeme Couch. Anreise jederzeit über PIn möglich.

Ein Badezimmer hinter einer Glaswand direkt im Zimmer war schon etwas ungewöhnlich. Aber es gab einen blickdichten Vorhang. Einen Spüllappen haben wir nicht gefunden. Aber es gab eine Spülmaschine.

Bed was uncomfortable to get in and out of, and creaked in the bed frame. It was hard to get around the sides of the bed.

Exceptional

Great place with high ceilings and great interior, awesome house... in the middle of the city. Close to the park.

Coffee machine would be great. Paid parking on the streets, but free on weekends.

Perfect location for my needs but not value for money

The location was great for what I needed, with many restaurants around and a quick link to the office I was visiting. The building is beautifully renovated and the entrance to homewell apartments was very luxurious.

The apartment wasn't perfectly clean. There were dirty socks in the wardrobe and only one hanger to hang my clothes. As this was a business trip I had a few things to hang and couldn't. The iron provided was rusty and as soon as I turned it on it started pouring rusty water. The fridge was extremely loud and would turn on and off making it hard to fall asleep. The bathroom is very stylish but there was no place to hang towels or other items. The other thing that was inconvenient was the entrance code to the apartment itself. It was very long and hard to memorise so every time I got back I had to take out my phone to look up the code.

Modern but cozy, lovely

I like it for its very convenient location, that's why I choose it. Shops, parks, nice restaurants area, public transport stations are just around. It's close everywhere. The apartment itself is very spacious, nicely designed, and has everything that you need for a short stay. Bed was very comfortable, coach as well. There was tea and coffee, also ice in the freezer. Contact with the host was very quick and fluent. I had a late check-in and they agree to it- thank you. Also, all the instructions are clear and understandable, send enough before you arrive at the apartment.

I'm not damaging, so I have a huge dilemma to wrote about it. Overall apartment was very nice, just if you come to such a modern, well-designed place you expect such basics like a squeaky-clean place. There were a few spots that could be improved with cleanness - I contact host about it - so I'm sure they will improve it. These spots just killed my WOW effect and I had a feeling I pay for something that does not look how it is supposed to. But I was happy to stay there and I would choose the place again.

Great bang for your buck

Great location, close to the tram stations, and only 30min walk from the old town, very clean and modern interior. Great and easy self check in! Very well equipped appartment for a weekend stay.

It was a bit cold inside, and the heating didn't work (but that's probably the district heating's fault). Very hard to park your car around the block.

Great apartments

It's our third time with Homewell - a really great host offering tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped apartments (I would particularly highlight the good quality of the mattresses and the beddings in general). The location is not super central, but has been very convenient for us and would be for anyone who is travelling by car.

Just some minor bits related to the functionality - washing machines in the apartments would make the whole package perfect :)

Exceptional

Beautiful facade, modern lift in gorgeous staircase, great apartment on 3rd floor - everything open with a code. We stayed at 301, not huge, but big enough to fit 2 adults, one kid, dog and 3 bikes.

Everything was clean with one exception - one of the pots was dirty. It seemed it was taken out from dishwasher without checking if everything is clean. The pot had still burned food inside.

Our stay was very good.I would definitely recommend Homewell apartments to my friends.

It was self catering. Location was great. The property was really nice, clean and modern.

We have stayed at the property 5 days.I wasn't sure how to deal with the rubish (recycling etc). Also, it would have been nice to be provided with the toilet paper at least every other day. Very low pressure in the shower.

Just Perfect!!!

Amazing price compare to comfort. Fantastic design. Perfect localisation. Best area of Poznań. Close to the city center. Very New and clean. Free Coffe maker available 24/7. I Will be back definately.
