We stayed for the weekend, off season and it was so peaceful and relaxing! Sitting outside with the water right in front of you watching the sunset was the best! There is a nice, long quiet beach for walks. You are also a very short drive to restaurants and shops.

This place is perfect for a peaceful relaxing getaway. Fully stocked, clean, and quaint. Views are breathtaking. We enjoyed our morning coffee in the outdoor lounge chairs and walking on the beach. Salty Market was great for sandwiches to go. Excellent communication with owner. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic few days at this tiny cottage! It has beautiful views alway but especially at sunset. The house is small but efficient and equipped with all the essentials. Most importantly it has large windows that allow you to see the ocean all the time.
The bed was wonderfully comfortable as well!
We were there before school got out so it was very quiet, which we were grateful for!
Wonderful and relaxing stay!

Thid being the end unit you have more privacy. We were there in May pre-season with no other people there. It is probably not so quiet in mid-summer, but this would be the best cottage to stay in I would say. Bring groceries because everything you need to cook meals is there! And enjoy that view when you make coffee. It's exactly like the pictures.

I have been staying in the Provincetown area yearly since I was a teenager and this was one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed at. The views of the ocean along with the views of PTown (especially all lit up at night) were breathtaking! We enjoyed sitting on the beach right outside our door and listening to the waves break. The cottage was clean, modern and the furniture was comfortable. It is only a few minutes by car to get to Commercial St but far enough away if you are looking for a quieter atmosphere. The communication with Liz (the owner) was wonderful and she was very attentive. I definitely will be returning to this rental in the future.

We rented the cottage for a weekend to spend with family who live on the Cape. Location is great. The cottage is quaint and had everything we needed.

Loved the close proximity to the bay! Had the opportunity to watch seals right from the window!
Liz is a wonderful host, very attentive quick to reply to questions!
Would definitely return!

This is a fantastic little cottage right on the beach. We spent every morning sipping coffee in the adirondack chairs watching the ever-changing waters of the bay (some days calm as glass, others choppy). Every evening the sunset was AMAZING. And at night, we watched the stars. We did actually leave the adirondack chairs occasionally - 10 minutes to downtown Provincetown or to the national seashore beaches (by bike or car). The host, Liz, was super attentive, and when we had one tiny problem with a sticky door the property manager on-site was there to help. Would love to go back!

The property manager and owner were delightful. The place was simple but clean and location, location, location !!!!! Sat on the deck one afternoon with a bottle of wine and a cigar and let time melt away. Definitely recommend.

Being from Minnesota, we wanted a place close to the water to watch an authentic Nor'Easter coming in. Bingo! Any closer and we would have been soaked the entire time. Yet, our cottage was so well constructed that, unless you looked out the window, you'd hardly know a storm was outside. The storm was exciting and the aftermath was thrilling. Literally hundreds, perhaps thousands, of northern gannets, shearwaters, eiders, and other marine birds flocking past our window during the day and the lovely lights of Provincetown and the cape lighthouses at night. Although most of the area is developed, the cottage is situated near a huge, high dune running away to the south so you really have a sense of privacy and natural environment. We found the cabin itself to be perfect and perfectly outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Small yes, but cozy and a real feeling of being outside while in. The windows facing west and south were endlessly entertaining.
The location was not only perfect for watching birds and harbor seals, but we really enjoyed the proximity to Provincetown more than expected. What a fun place to visit, even in the off-season. And of course the few minutes drive up to Race Point to watch the waves after the storm will always be a highlight of our trip. All in all, a great stay. If you can do better for the price, you are doing really, really well.
One last note. We came to Cape Cod without having set up anything in advance. We are grateful that the owners were so quick and diligent in answering our requests and getting things set up. The people you work often make or break your vacation. Thanks, Liz, for everything.

If you and your family are looking for the quintessential Cape Cod beach vacation look no further than this cottage! My husband, son, and I spent a week there. The beach was a stone's throw from the cottage and the water was very calm which was perfect for our son. There was lots to see and do in P-town and Truro; great restaurants and shops. The cottage is small, and were aware of that when we reserved it, but it was big enough for the 3 of us. When you are at the beach you really do not need more than a place to eat, shower, and sleep. The pull out futon was an advantage as this is where our son slept and could easily have slept another toddler. The property managers were very friendly and accommodating. Our experience was exactly what we had hoped it would be and are already looking forward to spending some time there again next summer.

I had wanted a small cottage to rent for my parents on Cape Cod, It was my Dad's 89th birthday so I wanted it to be very special. He loves the ocean and will sit for hours watching the waves. Cabin 1 was perfect! They fell in love with it from the moment they walked in. It is very private since it is on the corner. My parents loved sitting out on the deck, but they also could sit inside and still have the same beautiful view through the large window in the kitchen/living room. It was a perfect getaway. I would recommend this cottage to anyone. My parents are already asking me when they are going to be able to go back!

We felt very lucky to find a place at the Pilgrim Beach Village cottages. Even better was that we got a very charming one bedroom cottage right on the beach . It was nicely equipped with a stove , oven, full-sized refrigerator , dishes, pots, pans etc , all of which we used.
Pilgrim Beach Village was a perfect place to relax. We greatly enjoyed looking out onto the beach and Cape Cod Bay while enjoying our morning coffee.
The cottages are not brand new but for us the old-timey feel was a plus and everything was clean and in good working order.
Bobbie and Frank, who take care of the place were friendly and helpful but we really didn't need to ask for much. We had everything we needed.
We hope we can visit again and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was very well equipped and comfortable. If it hadn't been for the wind we would have spent hours on the beach or deck enjoying the scenery. We contented ourselves with the view out the expanse of windows across the front. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were looking for a few relaxing days away from our stressfull jobs and very energic young kids! This place was exactly what we needed. No neighbors at this time of the year, great roads around for biking, very few cars, just perfect! Impossible to get bored of the fantastic view from early morning until dawn! I strongly recommend!

The cottage is very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. Being right on the beach was great. We spent most of our daytime exploring the cape and coming back in the evening we enjoyed a walk on the beach or sitting on the deck and watching the sunset. Just a few minutes drive and we were in Truro or Provincetown for really good seafood.
We will definitely recommend the cottage to our friends and relatives.
