Location was great, double bed nice and big and comfy
The two single beds very narrow, bathroom and toilet could do with an upgrade.
9.0 / 10.0
Great room overlooking the pool. Perfect for singles or couple
It didn’t bother me but it is a family friendly resort so lots of children so bear this in mind
8.0 / 10.0
The location of the unit was great as were the facilities of the hotel. The view was beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped.
I feel like the balcony area could be made a lot more inviting. The room is sold based on it being ocean facing, but the balcony doesn't really allow for relaxing. The table and chairs were ok. A couple of lounge chairs would have been nice.
8.0 / 10.0
Great spot over looking the pool area . Walking distance to everything .
The staff at peppers don’t make people that rent these private apartments welcome . Constantly asking if you stay there and treat you like a walk in .
1.0 / 10.0
Location as its on the esplanade, the actual room itself was comfortable.
Everything else ....especially our hosts Cairns Cost Holidays, would never book through them again. Also the staff at Peppers Beach Club were not helpful.
No notification prior to travel that a cyclone was approaching. Upon checkin the severity of the situation was downplayed, we were told we would need to stay indoors for 8hrs at most until the cyclone passed. In actual fact in the 9 days we stayed we could only use the facilities at the resort for 2.5 days, our hire car almost destroyed by flooding in the car park, and no communication whatsoever by Cairns Cost Holidays or Peppers for the entire time. Be wary when booking privately as you will have no assistance or communication by resort staff as they are not your hosts. Horrible experience considering we had 2 children with us. Lots of other beautiful places to stay where you will get great service and a beautiful holiday as we travel regularly to North Qld, in the 18 years we have been traveling to Port Douglas and Palm Cove this was by far the worst resort and hosts.

beautiful lagoon pool, kids loved it. fantastic place to come back to and relax by the pool all afternoon after a busy morning exploring.
balcony is less private as you are near a walkway.

Location was within walking distance to all amenities. Variety of pools to swims in.

Did not have breakfast at the restaurant
The suitcase stand was busted so couldn't use it. More bath salts could have been provided

Great staff and facilities
Went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Great swim up bar.
The apartment had everything you needed and more!!
Everything was great
7.0 / 10.0
Location was excellent and the facilities in the studio were quite good.
Cushions on outdooor furniture were pretty old and grotty and there was insufficient cushions. Also had an issue with water leaking from the balconey above, which was rectified by Peppers within 30mins of bringing it to their attention at Reception.
4.0 / 10.0
It was self catering. The restaurant at Peppers was mediocre and closed between 10 and 12 just when you wanted a coffee. Only one of their restaurants was open with a VERY limited choice
The apartments were classed as luxury… not sure why as they were tired . We had to request the spa deck to be cleaned as it was filthy and unusable. There was a complete lack of basics like bin bags, toilet rolls, shower gel and washing up bits. A hairdryer was broken, extractor fans not working and the facility needs to provide containers to put food into as there were weevils running all over the counter.

Spacious; comfortable; free parking; access to pool; bbq; big balcony
3.0 / 10.0
Location great Beach Club facilities great.
We were so disappointed having previously stayed at peppers beach club. We paid for ocean view balcony which was disgraceful. It had a bucket for a drip from a pipe above we heard all night every night & we had to keep emptying . The spa bath on the balcony was dirty and looked so run down compared to the other rooms we had previously stayed in. We brought this to the attention of both the agent and Peppers and heard NOTHING back from either for the 7 days we stayed there.

We have stayed before in Feb and loved the property and climate and the pool was great
I thus visit the apartment was uncared for the chairs outside had shabby stained cushion and 1 chair didn’t have a back. There was constant dripping from an overflow from a pool above and our balcony was like a swimming pool very dangerous

LOCATION WAS HARD TO FIND AS ON ANY OF THE PAPERWORK , PROVIDED THEY DONT SAY PEPPERS RESORT, THE PRIVATE APARTMENT FELT LIKE A BACKPACKERS , WAS DIRTY AND OLD AND VERY OUTDATED
THE COMPLETE APARTMENT NEEDED TO BE RE DONE, THE PRICE ALMOST $700 A NIGHT WAS A COMPLETE RIP OFF FOR OFF PAEK , FURNITURE WAS OLD AND REALLY NEEDED TO BE IN THE BIN, DISGUSTING

Great pool area
Comfy bedding
Nice apartment
Nice outdoor patio area overlooking the pool
No furniture inside at all to sit on .. no desk

No FOXTEL
ONLY General TV
I have no streaming services at home - no netflix, stan, etc - and that was the option

The room came with a extra large spa bath which was a nice surpise!

Pool
Was very old and run down. Not like the images and not worth the price. This is a room not an apartment. Too many children in the pool and nowhere to clean clothes or dishes.
8.0 / 10.0
closeness to beach & restaurants
no warning on the numerous steep steps - VERY difficult after a knee operation - should have been warned

It would be good to have a toaster & microwave in the room

Bed was super comfy, view was brilliant and close to everything.
Shower floods.
Didn't have any mugs or glasses amd checked in after hours so no where was open to get any. Staff were super helpful in morning, however once recieved, our dirty coffee mugs- which we had no where no wash but in bathroom sink, were not replaced upon mid week room clean.

Apartment is in such a lovely resort. You have access to 3 amazing pools, a gym and tennis court. You are also a cross the road from the beach with the swimming area and flags. The resort is also surrounded by heaps of great restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights and barely left the resort
as we had everything we needed there for a relaxing getaway. The swim up bar was very popular with us. The apartment itself was fresh and bright with a beautiful view of the main pool.
We loved it and will be back!
Only downside was that the wifi wouldn’t connect but we weren’t really needing it.

The location was outstanding, and the resort pool was exceptional.
Minimal dining options on a Monday night, overall our dining experiences locally were ordinary except for the Underground Palm Cove, who served an outstanding breakfast.

View from our balcony was stunning! The Beach style pool was magnificent! Even had a little family of duckies snoozing on the rocks when we had a night time swim. There's a pool bar too 😎 The room was nice, big bed! Air conditioner worked like a charm. Shower was really nice too, great pressure with adjustable head & could be hand held if you wanted. Got lots of amazing pics from the balcony. Even had some cockies yelling at some little black birds and throwing branches at them in the gum tree's by the balcony.. That was funny! And loud 🤣 they must have had babies up there!
Can't wait to go back! 🥰 Palm Cove is just amazing!
The night time cut off of 9pm for the pool. Probably due to insurance and things but if we were able to be in there later that would have been even better.
Spa on the balcony was very basic, had a cool spa once, probably dont even need one as its just too humid out on the balcony for that. If i was designing that suite id put it inside so you can have a warm spa inside with aircon on & enjoy the beautiful weather outside on the balcony, in the pool or strolling the beach.
The bar fridge has a little freezer for ice but it was frozen over a bit & oozing out so it didn't freeze the ice fast at all.
It rained the middle day we were there and then we had a pool balcony 😅 it didn't evaporate or drain out either so couldn't really use it on the last day.
No toilet spray in bathroom 😬 & no fan either.
We all do it but we don't like to smell it 🤣

Clean, comfortable, great resort, staff where friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing!!
