Great apartment and had a great stay- the prices of dining in palm cove is exorbitant

Loved the location and the pool Beds were comfortable

Our apartment didn’t provide pool towels- only bath towels to take to the pool/beach A few things needed updating- the towel rack and toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall Rips in the outdoor lounge

Ocean view room & close to all amenities , including restaurants, beach & kayaking

The room was a little tired, needed an update on furniture, curtains & needs a thorough clean including behind the sofa , glass on balcony balustrade.

A very pleasant stay

The amenities and the whole property was very well kept and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pool could’ve been warmer, it was very very cold. The bed as a little uncomfortable.

Gteat pool, great location, short step to the beach and any problems ask for Fiona.

The first room we were shown into was below expectations. It was on road side, very unattractive view and smelt as though smokers had been there. We went and spoke to the wonderful Fiona and she immediately offered two alternatives. We ended up with a lovely view of pool area and were very happy. Fionna was outstandingly helpful and kind to us during our stay at Palm Cove -truly went above and beyond!

The decor of rooms is tired somewhat but loved having two double beds and two bathrooms with excellent hot water.

Passable

The corridors were extensive between buildings and were exceptionally cold - like stepping into a refrigerator. The fans in the bathrooms were not able to be turned off - they went continually, despite us turning off the air conditioning.

Disappointing and poor value for money

Location is good, that's about it.

The cupboards were mouldy and the whole apartment felt musty and with a fair bit of mildew. The furniture and fixtures (microwave) were old and rusty/peeling. It was quite disappointing given the expense of this property.

Exceptional

We were upgraded to a roomy older style apartment with a large balcony & view of the beachfront. It was very comfortable with a spacious lounge room, well equipped kitchen & a laundry with an extra toilet & hand basin. The bedroom opened out onto the large verandah which had a nice sofa, coffee table & dining table with four chairs at the other end. The pool was a huge,inviting lagoon style with tropical & local trees providing shade over the meandering deck. It had many private areas to relax in.

The shower over the bath was a bit dangerous & outdated.!!

Nice place for a reasonable price in a good location.

Beautiful big pool and great location.

When we were there they were painting the deck around some of the pool and spa area which meant that the spa was closed. The spa was one of the reasons that we booked the place so we were a bit disappointed to not be able to use it but understand that maintenance does have to occur. Perhaps an email to guest staying at the point to let them know in advance.

An excellent location with a spacious pool.

I loved the forest setting. the most beautiful trees surrounding the whole property. the pool is large with lots of space for different families and travellers. good shallow option for younger kids and an excellent location so close to the main strip and beach for walks.

Would stay there again.

Location is excellent, as public transport is easy to catch into Cairns. Very large pool area so you feel as if nobody else around you. Carparking is great as allocated parking per unit.

Being on the 3rd floor it felt like a herd of elephants in the room above, annoying at times.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and tidy room with space for suitcases and lounging.

The corridor between our room and lift was about 15° too cold. Almost everyone on our floor developed a cold or flu and was sick due to the change in temperature to get outside.
