We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment is lovely and beautifully decorated. The surrounding gardens are full of beautiful flowers! Extremely peaceful surroundings and an easy drive into downtown! We will definitely be back someday. Thanks!

This was located beneath their house. Everything was nicely clean and presentable. I slept in the bedroom, which was very comfortable. My mom enjoyed the little nook. They had good amenities that support you during the summer (fans) or winter (heater). We saw them outside when we arrived. Very friendly people that were open to any requests. Quick to respond on the vrbo app if need anything.

We had an incredible stay here. It was comfortable and a very convenient location. Our second to last day we had disaster strike involving us losing our car keys, wallet, etc. The hosts couldn’t have been more helpful and wonderful. We’d absolutely stay here again

Apartment was clean, very nice inside. Located in a cool little neighborhood. Short Uber ride to everywhere downtown. We didn’t have a chance to interact with the hosts but check in/out was very easy and they’ve been very responsive ever since booking. Enjoyed it very much.

Three of us spent a great weekend in this beautiful home. The place is lovely- warm, inviting, very comfortable and artfully decorated. We enjoyed all the details of design. A very welcoming place, well located. Just a gem!

I brought my older parents to Asheville primarily to tour the Biltmore Estate, and also check out Asheville in general. Meka and David’s cozy Grayscott apartment did not disappoint! It was very clean and comfy upon arrival, and had everything we needed. We were so happy to be so close to everything (I mean, literal minutes!) Meka greeted us, and was so very friendly. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. It’s a quiet, cozy location, located so closely to everything you could want to see. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Meka and David, for sharing your beautiful home :)

What an adorable place! My son and I traveled down from PA to buy a car and it was the perfect space for the 2 of us. You can tell all the touches were created with a loving design including the appealing and useful storage spaces, cozy bed pod, built in bed reading lights, gorgeous bathroom, and private entrance. Love the beautiful kitchen area with live-edge wood. I especially loved that this place was so well equipped with all we needed. And YAY for comfy beds! Nothing beats a good bed when traveling. Meka and David were also so responsive and attentive. Lots of good material and brochures for finding places to visit and eat. This place is tucked away in a neighborhood so very quiet, too.

The ground level apartment was perfect for a 2 day weekend visiting the Biltmore with my 83 yo mother and sister. Parking right outside the private entrance was fantastic. The beds were super comfy! My mom slept in the sleeping pod which was perfect ! The bathroom and kitchen were both decorated wonderfully. Everything we needed was available !!! Thanks Meka for making a cozy get away !!

We had a wonderful stay at GrayScott Garden Cottage. It’s very close to Biltmore Estate. We highly recommend the two day pass to explore the estate, winery and grounds. GrayScott is also close to the Grove Park Inn where we saw the sunset and had dinner. Access to the Blue Ridge parkway is just a few minutes away. The cottage itself is beautiful. We loved the wooden countertops and shelves in the kitchen. Thanks to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Cozy apartment with easy access to the Biltmore and local attractions. Easy communication with the host, making our stay comfortable. Nice kitchen and bathroom amenities we enjoyed. We wish the tv would work, but was not connected to cable.

The GrayScott was a lovely home base to enjoy an incredible Fall week. We cooked-in for daily brunch and a couple of evenings. The space was very comfortable and welcoming. AVL exceeded our expectations. We came to see a band at the Orange Peel & celebrate milestone b-days. We enjoyed the LEAF festival and the Hammam at the AVL Salt Cave was amazing. We had an incredible dinner at The Bistro & thoroughly enjoyed the Gardens & Antler Hill at The Biltmore. We had fun at Sat night karaoke at LaZoomRoom & the LaZoom comedy tour was a great way to explore AVL. Other fun finds: Craggy Mtn Train Line, Botanical Gardens, the Arboretum, the Pinball Museum, Blue Ridge Mtn Prkwy drive to Craggy Visitor Center, coffee at Double D’s & Summit Coffee Co. (Grove Arcade), cocktails at Capella on 9 (rooftop), and dinners at the Exchange, Laughing Seed & Early Girl.

Cozy, clean basement apartment with relaxing outdoor area. Nicely decorated with many amenities and the rain shower is awesome! Great location in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything including Biltmore, River Arts District and many Craft Breweries. Hosts are very accomodating.

This was the perfect spot for our weekend in Asheville! The property is centrally located to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. The house is very clean, has a great vibe, has all of the amenities that we needed, and a beautiful outdoor space. We will be back!

Our group loved our stay at this beautiful garden side apartment. We were in Asheville for work so did not spend too much time onsite, but agreed it was one of the most well-stocked rentals we had visited! *Real* coffee and tea options, ample linens and very clear communication throughout the unique space. Meka was quick to respond to anything needed, and even mailed me a pair of forgotten sandals! Would definitely book again.

This is a great option for a weekend in Asheville. From the property to downtown Asheville is about 10 minutes and the street was quiet and offroad parking was available for guests. The property was very clean, and well maintained. It was a basement apartment, but there was good lighting from doors and windows. I noted lots of interesting details to the build and decor. Very thoughtfully appointed and cozy. The owner was great, and communication was excellent. We'd definiately stay again!

My hubs and I loved staying in this place. It’s has a decent sized bedroom with a comfy queen bed and also a separate cozy cubby space with a full bed. The interior is very tastefully decorated! It also has a very nice rain-shower with great water pressure. The kitchen had all the basics that one would need to cook your meals. My favorite space was the outdoor covered porch overlooking their quaint gardens. Only a few minutes from downtown Asheville. We had great communication with our very kind hosts. Hope to be back.

We loved this place! So close to everything, and yet private! Downtown Asheville, the River Arts District and entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway are literally minutes away. The house was immaculate! And communication with our hosts was great. Decor was very tasteful, and we had our privacy. The covered porch and outdoor yard area was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was amazing! The location was perfect just a short drive to all our destinations. The decor in the unit reflected some beautiful craftsmanship and was very inviting. There was abundant outside space which was delightful. This is definitely the place to stay when visiting Asheville.
